No one wants to be in an accident, let alone get attorneys involved. But, when the bills start flooding in and insurance companies, along with hospitals keep calling it can be overwhelming. 10 minutes into my consultation with Angela Zervos and I felt the weight lift off my shoulders. Zervos & Calta isn’t a giant law firm that requires you to correspond online because they don’t have time for you. I could call at any time and have answers within seconds. Stephanie, (Super paralegal), kept me apprised of my situation on a timely basis, so I was always in the loop. Bottom line, this firm treated me like a family member and not a case number. I would highly recommend Zervos & Calta if you’re ever in need of an equalizer!

I was in a car accident while on vacation at my brothers the 2nd day, needless to say this ruined the last 9 days I was there, we contacted Angela's office as she came highly recommended, I, by my own admission, am not a good client because I don't like dealing with everything that goes along with a case but Angela explained everything to me and was always available throughout, she followed up all the time making sure I did all the necessary Dr appointments so that my injuries would be treated and was very apathetic, I can't thank her or her associates enough

I was in a lawsuit for over 2 years with a prior attorney and referred to Angela by a mutual friend. She was immediately there & ready to help me. We FaceTimed before I got the chance to meet her in person & from that call alone, I dropped my prior attorney and had Angela represent me. The first time I went to her office she was to the point and gave me every possible outcome for my situation. Lauren calta did an amazing job with my auto accident law suit. This unfortunately wasn’t my first accident and the lawyers I’ve had before have never delivered the way she did and didn’t fight as hard as she did. We hired Lauren after a fall that resulted in a broken leg for my daughter (who played soccer in school) and surgery to repair it. While this was a stressful time for us Lauren was compassionate and thorough every step of the way. She asked the right questions and even went to take pictures of the scene herself. She kept us up to speed every step of the way and called and visited to check in on us and our daughter. Dealing with insurance companies is not pleasant and she fought for us. She wouldn’t take their offers that barely covered the medical bills and wasn’t afraid to go after them. Lauren got us a proper settlement and we couldn’t have been happier.

We contacted Mr. Fucillo regarding our landlord (a national company) not returning our security deposit and submitting false claims against the deposit after their allotted 30 day window. He put our minds at ease and took care of everything and we didn't have to worry or think about it at all. Ultimately he won for us and they even had to pay the attorney's fees! Previously I made a mistake by hiring Attorneys from Television ads. and then from local Magazine. I never again will make this mistake to hire an Attorney from Television ads. or Magazines.
I was injured in an automobile accident by a negligent driving and Stephanie Valentine from Dolman Law Group in Clearwater Florida represented me at the Mediation Conference and she was alert and listening to the questions from the other attorney all the time waiting for an unrelated question. She is like an Aggressive Tenacious Lioness Attorney. I am very grateful to her. After the Mediation she called me with good news. She got me the FULL POLICY VALUE from the at fault driver’s Insurance Company. Previously the same Insurance Company offered me less than half when I was with the other Attorneys who I fired them.
Prior to hiring Dolman Law Group to assist me with my accident case, I had hired and then later fired couple of named local Attorneys from Tampa Florida who represented me with my accident case. One of the Attorneys said that I was too aggressive and knowledgeable and the other one wanted me to settle the case for way less amount. Finally after hiring Dolman Law Group to represent me with my accident case, I am so grateful to this Law Firm that I could get medical treatments so quickly. I know that my case was not a big case of business profit for them. What most impressed me was that I know I continued getting the same dedication, compassion and attention from them, just like another client from a larger case. Stephanie Valentine is sincere, compassionate and the best legal counsel because she seeks the best for her clients in an honest way filled with integrity, grit - in a good way - because she fights for you. When I say fight, I mean she battles through the legal issues with prompt responsiveness. She and her highly courteous office staff were willing to find out pertinent information related to the case. She invested time into phone calls and document preparation related to the case, constantly sought out the best course of action, and did not waiver from her desire to continue to resolve the case fairly and conscientiously. She made sense of information and organized it not only in her head, but in mine, as she encouraged comprehensibility by me, the client, so that I knew everything that was going on, and that I could always make the best choice. Sonny Im handled a DUI case for my 32 year old daughter, Michelle. She was in a difficult situation where it became necessary for her to drive to escape physical harm from another person, and she had been drinking. Sonny handled the case with sensitivity and expertise and was able to protect her as well as counsel and defend her. I could not have asked for a better attorney for her. Worst experience ever with an attorney who is supposed to have your back. He promised all kinds of money and in return when the settlement check came he forged my name and stole my money. We hired a handwriting analysis to make sure that it wasn't s my signature and 120% was not he recommended I get back surgery that the settlement money would be more and in return we received a settlement check for $3,000 due to the fact that he signed my name and took my money it was reported to the bar

Ed Latour is by and far the best personal injury attorney in Tarpon Springs and probably in the region. Ed has handled two separate auto accident cases for me and although WE ALL wish we could settle in a week for six figures, that's never the case with any attorney, and if it was, you'd probably wish for your health or limbs back instead. The case was handled professionally, timely and courteously by all of the members of Ed Latour's staff. I assure you...INSURANCE COMPANIES CRINGE WHEN THEY KNOW ED LATOUR IS ON THE CASE ! During my deposition, Ed spouted out each of my injuries in depth citing each vertabrae by memory, looking the opposing attornies in the eye. He memorized my injuries ! In his lobby, Ed treats every client like a family member, jokes, teases and makes you feel like you're in the hands of a friend , not just a run of the mill stuffed shirt attorney. Again! There is none better than Ed Latour ! Don't waste your time with others who spend all your money on big advertising ads , he doesn't need too !!

I find it curious that a law firm of "30 years" has only a handful of reviews, many of them unfavorable. Our first impression of the female that answered the phone was not a good one. She was curt, rude and unprofessional. She promised us a return call from the attorney to establish a consultation to discuss wills and trusts. That return call never happened.
So, in choosing an estate planner, it's imperative to notice whether or not your phone calls of inquiry to a prospective planner are promptly returned. This is perhaps the most important criteria in choosing a lawyer, because after you die, your executor, children, and other heirs will have enough other problems to deal with - getting the lawyer to call them back shouldn't be one of them. Prompt call backs are a great indicator of how efficient and trustworthy any lawyer will be.

Maria saved my life. My husband was facing second degree murder and had a whole army of pasco detectives messing the case up deliberately spicing up the case, losing written statements, but it was set up to go very badly for us. Then the public defender screwed him out of a YO and said we couldn't use stand your ground. Maria cleaned up his damage and kicked those district attorneys butts. She has heart, she believed in our case and she won. She is an excellent trial lawyer.

I engaged this attorney to represent me in a case involving a boating accident. After receiving partial payment and writing a letter he literally stopped returning my calls and would not respond to me. He apparently knew little about admiralty law and unilaterally decided to drop my case. I never collected a cent from the person at fault.

I paid this attorney $2,500 in June 2024 to help recover losses from a subpar home project. He told me to start repairs and promised to file court documents, but I never heard from him again and have tried reaching out several times. Not only did I receive poor work, but he also took my money. I plan to pursue legal action against him. Avoid this attorney!
