I am a family law and criminal attorney. I know that my minor child would go to foster care if boyh parents die. I wanted to make sure that my son doesn't have such an awful experience. I had Keila draft my estate planning documents for me. What differentiates her from other estate planning attorneys is that she's also an asset protection attorney. For example, most estate planning attorneys would name their client's trust Smith Family Trust. She doesn't do this because it compromises anonymity. Other estate planning attorneys would have their clients open a trust account using their own social. Keila, on the other hand, would get a separate tax id for the trust to protect assets. Overall, I really enjoyed working with her!!

This company is great. A rehab facility let my dad fall almost everyday he was there. The last time the day he was to come home he fell and hit his head. I feel so fortunate that we found Claudia Barba! Years ago, my parents fell for a large company that solicited elders. It was not a good experience, and they never finished the trust. My husband found Claudia through her online reviews. He chatted with her first by phone and was very impressed. The experience we had with her was so different. I was glad we filled out all the financial information. It helped me find a benefit I wasn't aware of and made me get everything organized in one place.

I need to say that this lawyer exceeded my expectations. I am in a very challenging industry-the movie business. I needed a lawyer to organize me legally and set my priorities straight.
Linda Corwin delved right in at my request. She was able to negotiate several of my expiring contracts for way more than I expected. She does her homework too. During the discussions regarding these contracts she was able to argue market share enhancement and several other concepts which led me to get way more favorable contracts.
Interestingly she was able to talk me out of pursuing a couple of litigation possibilities by explaining the weakness and strength of my cases. Then she explained the remoteness of the possibility that I could recover enough to make my time and legal fees worthwhile. Glad she had my best interests at heart.

I was looking for someone to represent me during my divorce involving a very unreasonable spouse and two very young children. Christina meet with me free of charge and discussed my situation and set real expectations for me right off the bat. I decided to retain her services and am extremely glad that I did. Christina and her assistant Sarah were very professional and helpful throughout my lengthy case and trial. Christina's office was very well organized and punctual with all my paperwork and filings, they handled everything perfectly and I never had to worry about a single thing, which is important when you are going through such a testing experience like a divorce. If I ever needed to discuss a situation or ask a question, Christina's office was always available and would quickly take care of whatever I needed. Christina's billing and fees were fair, and for what she brings to the table, I never gave it a second though.
My initial legal needs were representation durning a rough custody mediation and spousal support issue. Without Christina, my children would barely see me and I would be paying so much in child and spousal support that I would have been living out of my car. But she was able to fight for me and get me more and more time with my children each time we went to court. Christina put together a very detailed MSA for me and after several attempts to reach an agreement with my ex, we had to cut our losses and go to trial. After reading some horrible stories of what has happened to some people that went to trial, I was very anxious, and a little freaked out. Christina once again gave me real expectations and told me that this was my best shot to get a fair deal. Christina and Sarah dedication and effort preparing my trial reassured me that I was in good hands, and that every detail was going to be just right, and that is exactly what you need to know when you are going to trial. Christina gave me confidence and I knew that she was going to get me the fairness and equality that I was seeking, even if it seemed like a long shot and as if the court was working against me.
After my divorce was finalized, and my trial was over, I was able to finally move on with my life and start again. Christina fought for me and turned a bleak situation into a win, something that I never thought to be a possibility. I know without a doubt that without Christina's representation, my life would be a mess right now.
I would absolutely recommend Christina to anyone in need of a silver bullet.

Mr. Pinchak took my Workers Comp case and fought for me to the very end of the case. He is extremely knowledgeable reference CA workers comp laws and explains the law to you in a way you can understand it. Well prepared for every court hearing we had. Even after a couple.of years after my case was resolved, a question was brought to my attention reference my case. I contacted Mr. Pinchak, faxed him my paperwork that was sent to me, and once again he addressed the issue for me.

I have a small company (35 employees) and had a claim and we submitted it to our work comp carrier only to be told our coverage was no longer in force. The next thing we knew we had investigators from the Div of Industrial Relations all over us and some agency, uninsured fund, joined us and liened all my equipment and my home. Mr. Miller we after our insurance company and proved we had insurance and they had to handle the claim and Mr. Miller even got back most of the money we paid him from the insurance company.

I hired Karen to assist me with with my child custody matter and she was so helpful!!! Prior to her, I made the mistake of seeking legal counsel elsewhere and literally got take advantage of by the previous attorney so when I went to her I was skeptical and scared and let her know upfront and she was understanding and empathetic and was straightforward with me about my case and in the end I pretty much got what I was asking from the court, even though my mediator was a total nightmare. I’ve continued to refer friends to her and they have had the same experience. I highly recommend her, she is trustworthy, honest, and really knows her stuff.
