Michael was my second attorney with a custody case my case lasted almost 2 years and was probably one of the worst experiences of my life. I did a lot of research to look for an attorney when my current one was not representing me And my daughter, the way I sold an attorney should. I consulted with Michael after reading reviews and hired him after the initial consultation. I will say Michael is very straightforward. He will tell you exactly how it is with no sugarcoating. He will probably make you mad because he pissed me off many many times but it was because he knows what he is talking about and he either, wanted to prepare me for what was coming or he knew the direction that I was going to was going to lead to a fail in my case. I was facing pretty much my daughters dad getting 50-50 custody with me and everything split down the middle that was looking at the best outcome and to me and my daughter that would be devastating. My daughters, dad and his attorney made me look like a monster, a dramatic, crazy monster. It was a horrible two years of him, badgering me, and trying to gaslight me in word, twisting and threats but somehow I look like the reasonable one and really thought that it was a possibility I could lose custody of my daughter ended up going to a trial that lasted a day and a half and end up I got full custody. I got full medical he does have visitations not 50% but not the one day week every other weekend. I am very happy with the outcome, my daughter‘s dad and his attorney whole case was how horrible , I am or Michael focused his whole case on what was best for my daughter what would be the best for her? Michael put my daughters interest, happiness, well-being and we won the case. I am very great full for Micheal and his staff for not only helping me through this difficult time and working hard to get me a good outcome, but for putting up with me for two years, I am not the easiest person to deal with I can be very dramatic, especially when it comes to my child. I really wouldn’t say that I had a downside to my experience with Michael and his team except maybe sometimes his staff would not respond to emails or phone calls as quickly as I would have liked them too, but I’m not the only client I Know that. For the trial, I feel like Michael prepared me very well. I thought he argued his case extremely well and the outcome shows that so if you were looking for custody divorce, any kind of family law I highly recommend Michael

Took my dissolution by the horns and made a process that I thought was going to take months to even get into the courts weeks. I got a dui in a tough town. Usually an automatic 10 days in jail. Allison was able to have my 10 days spent in hotel class instead of jail (not the norm for this town). I’d like to take a few moments to say a few words about attorney, Alex Savickas. I felt I had no hope after receiving a court ruling that put my daughter in extreme danger. My ex was violent and accused of horrific crimes by multiple victims, including our daughter together, and was requesting long-distance (to FL from OH) visitation with my young daughter. The attorney I previously had butchered my case, leaving us with a detrimental ruling that forced my child into visitations with her dangerous father.
By the grace of God, someone recommended Alex. He immediately filed motions to appeal the order, and we were able to get safer visits established. It has been an ongoing battle for more than 3 years as my ex continues using the system to harass us, and Alex has stayed a few steps ahead the entire time, and every round gets us closer to keeping my little girl safer. My divorce turned into a nightmare. My ex fought us on absolutely everything, refused to provide court ordered documentation, just made it extremely difficult. Mr. Zeiger was honest about what was/wasn't worth a fight. From his experience he already knew what the outcome would be. He fought hard for what was right, didn't let the lack of cooperation from the other side detour him. He found ways to gather the necessary documentation without their assistance. In the end the settlements were fair and I didn't have any regrets about the decisions we made and how it was all handled.

I was referred to Audrey Sweeney from a good friend. I made the decision to get custody of my two small children, I was facing the toughest battle of my life by myself, everything seemed confusing and overwhelming. I first talked with Robert (Bob) several years ago and wanted to see if a product I had developed was worth the time, money, and effort to obtain a patent. I asked him to be honest and to not be afraid to "call my baby ugly". Bob gave me great and objective advise and I hired him to begin working on obtaining the patent for my product. Jonathan Kohfeldt is an extremely good lawyer and does everything in his power to set your case up to be approved. Even if it doesn’t happen the first time stay with him because he already knows your case and he will do even more digging into you medical records so when you go back for a hearing he can work in the other items he has found. I was starting to give up on it because it takes a lot out of you to always be fighting social security but I told Jonathan that we will keep fighting for it until social security gets tired of seeing all of my medical records as the keep getting bigger. After a 3rd hearing and a little bit better judge I won my hearing and all thanks to the hard work put in by my lawyer.

Jonathan is a person first who treats you with the upmost regard. He listens and explains precisely what you may not understand. He is not arrogant nor condensing as many lawyers can be. Although he came into the picture late he took the time to make sure he knew my case and asked the correct questions to refresh the judges memory of our original hearing. Finally he helped me win my case against a judge who dies not like to grant SSD to claimants. My wife and I are the owners of Sinless Natural Spray Tanning LLC and Matt was absolutely vital to the setup of our business. Being new to the entrepreneurial world I knew very little on what was required to own a business and wanted to make sure I completed all the necessary steps properly. I also wanted to make sure we were protected from any liability from legal standpoint. Matt took care of all necessary paperwork and applications for us to acquire an LLC. All we had to do was sign the documents. He made it extremely easy and whenever we had questions his response time was excellent (even in the evenings). John Polofka and his staff made my Social Security Disability appeal as pleasant as I imagine any dealing with the government could be. It was obvious to me in the entry interview that Mr. Polofka knew what he was doing, and that he was analyzing the legitimacy of my claim.
Once he accepted my case, Mr. Polofka's staff was in contact with me immediately to make sure I submitted all the necessary documents to ensure a quick hearing.
Mr. Polofka followed my case close enough that he was able to get the hearing date moved up 4 months. At the hearing, the judge gave me two options regarding settlement of the Social Security claim. Mr. Polofka's advice was instrumental in my decision. Once I made my choice clear to the judge, the hearing ended and I learned of the decision within a couple of weeks.
I credit Mr. Polofka's expertise and experience with the quick settlement of the case in my favor. I would highly recommend his services to anyone dealing with the Social Securiry Administration.
