Where do I start? When I contacted Ryann from Miller Embury, I called him to take my case against a former employer, this was due to a work injury and Worker’s Compensation dispute. I have two children, 5 and 7. I was only granted weekend visits during my divorce and over the last three years since the divorce was final things kept getting worse. I tried to file motions on my own and was told I would have a court date in two weeks. Wrong! I kept getting blown off. I searched online for a lawyer and was very unsure if I could afford one or if my Lawyer would let me down like my divorce lawyer. I decided to set up a consultation with Shelly and gave a brief description to her assistant Ruth over the phone. When I went in to her office I was nervous, a single dad going for full custody...not very often does that turn out good. Shelly and her whole staff, Ruth, Brian and Chelley made me feel extremely comfortable and explained EVERYTHING to me in great detail. I decided to hire Shelly. We had a very short time to get things ready before going in front of the referee for a parenting time violation and status conference. She did a very good job prepping for in in just a few weeks. I ended up with temporary custody and we had to prep for mediation. Mediation was not a option as we found out. So now the preparation for trial. I was very skeptical about everything at this point. Shelly and her staff did a great job explaining what was happening and telling me how I could save my self money by getting medical records or anything relevant to trial. I was still having doubts about the whole trial. With their kind words and explaining absolutely everything I was put at ease. After about six months of court dates, trial prep and then the big trial it is finely over. She helped me win custody of my five year old son and seven year old daughter. These two kids are the reason I wake up every day and Shelley and her team could see that and fought until we won! My wife and I had to travel to Michigan USA from Australia in an emergency situation to care for our son who had been severely injured in a motor vehicle accident which claimed the life of his partner. We had travelled under the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA) and on arrival were granted a statutory 90 day stay. Within about two weeks or so of our scheduled departure date, we realised that due to our son's health situation, there was no way we could leave him by himself at the end of the 90 day period. We then started researching our options for extending our stay. Navigating and understanding the US Immigration website is extremely difficult and complex, especially for someone who is from another country. Within about nine days of our scheduled departure date, we realised that if we were to have any chance of extending our stay, we needed professional help. We were very fortunate to find the website of Pillar Immigration Services and specifically, Attorney Agnes Jury. From our first contact with Agnes we were impressed with her understanding of our situation. Over the next week or so, Agnes worked tirelessly, above and beyond our expectations, to compile the necessary documentation in order to prepare and lodge our case under a "Satisfactory Departure" request with the US Citizenship and Immigration Service. She even worked for us over the Thanksgiving Day public holiday. Because of her amazing efforts we were granted an extension of our stay for 30 days which was an immense relief to us. In our dealings with Agnes she was at all times highly professional, gentle, caring, patient, and empathetic to our situation. She kept in constant communication and explained the steps she was taking along the way. We would highly recommend Agnes Jury to anyone who needs the expertise and services of an Immigration Attorney to help them through the complexities of US Immigration Law. I had an issue with GoDaddy not releasing a domain name I owned in an old account. I tried for 2 years to resolve the issue with them to no avail. Some lawyers would not take my case since it was too small an issue. John and his team were happy to help, and with a single letter and the right contact he was able to have them respond immediately. I went to an experienced bankuptcy lawyer in Traverse City who had his staff doing a great deal of the work and was told I could file chapter 13 and given a recommended payment plan for repaying my debts. It was impossible for me to make the payments. It was difficult to decide on consulting another lawyer and paying legal fees a second time but it was the best decision I ever made. Dean Sheldon is very factual and straightforward. I did qualify for chapter 7 and am now past the bankruptcy. It would have been devastating psychologically and financially to have agreed to the chapter 13 plan as it would have failed for me.Consulting with Dean for a second opinion and evaluation was a wise decision.

If you are looking for a great lawyer look no more.. Patrick is an amazing lawyer and did an excellent job with my case. I retained patrick to represent me in a probation violation case.. During this I found out I had a few more warrants that I did not know about. He helped me with those cases also with no extra cost to me. At arraignment the judge planned on reprimanding me to jail but Patrick got me a PR bond. At my plea hearing I should have been sentenced that day and had a recommendation of 60days in jail. Patrick got it to where I was reevaluated for probation and had a new recommendation done and spared me from that 60 day sentence. Finally on sentencing day with my new recommendation Patrick went to bat for me and again did amazing! Not only did I not go to jail I also did not get probation. I was a free woman! None of this would have been possible without Patrick. I would be in jail right now if I had not hired Patrick Fragel. I highly recommend him.. After having a defamation anit-SLAPP motion already dismissed in Texas, I hired Enrico through his law firm, Traverse Legal.
I consulted with Enrico on the phone, and was immediately impressed with his diverse legal team of experts, all reasonably priced. Enrico was key in driving his team, coordinating conversations, coordinating milestone appeal deadlines, and communicating everything to me in a very prompt and professional manner.
His law firm uses a web based bulletin board system, which makes the tracking of my case, and communication with the legal team, incredibally efficient and productive. There was never a time that I didn't know what was going on. Extremely well organized communication system.
Enrico, though his own legal expertise and that of his team, quickly determined that filing an anti-SLAPP Appeal was not the best approach for my case. The best approach was to gain leverage in order to negotiate a settlement with the Plantiff.
Enrico strongly encouraged a mediation, which I declined due to the normal cost of mediation and the perceived stubborness of the Plantiff to drag it out.
I opted for settlement discussions outside of mediation. These discussions were timely and always represented my interests. Progress was made with the settlement discussions, until a wall was hit where the Plantiff became increasingly unreasonable, where it was apparent to me that the Plantiff really wanted a trial.
Since Enrico was not local to Texas, I opted to switch law firms to a local litigator to proceed to the trial phase.
I would strongly reccomend Enrico and Traverse Legal to anyone. They were awesome.

We've been working with Enrico Schaefer for the last year and we are very happy with the work he's done for us. Traverse Legal is quite a bit different than other firms we've retained. They aren't in the same city and we don't meet face-to-face (which really doesn't matter to us). We are involved in internet sales - and Enrico is especially aware of the issues faced by our type of business. Simply put - there's a very nice fit between our unique business challenges and Enrico's skill set.
The extranet application Traverse Legal offers allows us to keep track of various project easily and fosters a very collaborative environment. We are able to see all pertinent info on our projects with a click of a mouse - 24/7. His project-based billing model is nice as it allows us to fix a budget around something we need to accomplish instead of having to guess.

I made the unfortunate decision to drive after drinking. I was charged with OWI with high BAC. (.19, and .17) After talking with several attorneys in the area, I made the decision to hire Robert. Robert took the time to get to know my personal accomplishments and not just the crime I committed. Because of his commitment and professionalism, my charge was immediately reduced. In addition, at my sentencing I was given non-reporting probation, and a 4 hour highway safety course. When I first contacted Robert I was facing a car installed breathylizer, possible jail, reporting probation, and community service.
Robert also has the respect of the courts. Regardless of how many people filled the court room, Robert was always the first case the judge called. The judge made personal recognition of Robert, which put me at great ease.
He is a family man, but also respected professional. He is involved in his community, and it is obvious everyone that works with him (judge, court employees, probation officers) has great respect for him and find him trustworthy.

Dealing with Landlords can be a scary thing. Your entire household is on the line. Gary was calming and patient and explained what could and could not be done; what my options were; the best course of action and WHY. My wife and I have used Deb Rysso on multiple occasions in the past ten years. She first worked with us when my father entered in a nursing home and we needed to protect my mother's assets. Next we used her with my mother-law's estate and then used her to develop a ladybird deed for my mother's home. All of the estates were small and in all cases she helped us simplify the process and avoid probate for a very reasonable fee.
My wife and I were so impressed with her attention to detail and sound advice that we used Deb to set up our own trust.
