I used Bob for a difficult situation that I encountered. Before we really dove deep into what happened, Bob first made sure how I was doing personally. With all the emotions that you go through, he was the constant person asking how am I doing. Bob was very honest and forthcoming on how the process works. He never over promised and was very detailed in getting the facts into the defense. I would highly recommend Bob because not only he is a great attorney… he’s an even better human.

Mr. Walton was referred to me from a dear friend and former law school classmate, it was the best lawyer recommendation I have had and I'm a practicing lawyer for over 3o years. During a very difficult time, Mr. Walton made a material difference in our family lives. Bob, was responsive, knowledgeable and emotional supportive and, most importantly, he got results! He's direct and no nonsense and clearly explained what we had to do and what should be left for him to do. The bottom line, Mr. Walton made a difference in our lives and I can highly recommend Mr. Walton for anyone needing a smart, tough, knowledgeable, trustworthy criminal defense lawyer. David

I have happily hired Doug Whipple for 21 years. He has been a Blessing to me, my family and other litigants. He has the uncanny ability to get to the heart of the matter at hand. At times that resulted in me not pursuing litigation. Other times he has facilitated Justice through Fair, Compassionate, Evenhanded and Reasonable settlements. Doug is friendly, listens well, and has great empathy. This allows him to ferret out necessary facts that others overlook. He may come off as a “Colombo” type personality at times, but is clearly sharp, astute, perceptive, intelligent and downright shrewd as necessary. His methodology is to leave no stone unturned and ask enough questions in order to learn the necessary circumstances, business, processes and/or context as though he were a primary party in the situation. This is an uncanny skillset that sets Doug a cut above the normal lawyer. Doug has been helpful in high-tech Information Technology cases, Human Resource settlements, Business Contracts and even assisting in rather ugly inheritance disputes. During long depositions, I have seen opposition lawyers become increasingly unsettled as his persistent and unremitting behavior leads him to tease out compelling evidence and facts. His relentless approach often leads to impeachment of opposing witnesses if not outright settlement. Doug has demonstrated fearlessness in the face of Courtroom Battle. He is dedicated to his clients. Doug is my “Go To” initial lawyer whenever a legal matter comes up. It is a comfort to have him in our lives. Doug is compassionate, has demonstrated empathy and sees issues, concerns and disputes from all sides. This produces the best resolutions for all concerned. I highly recommend Douglas Whipple to anyone needing First-Rate, First-Class Legal Assistance. I have done so to my dearest friends and family. I would hire him again as circumstances require.

Doug Whipple is an excellent attorney. He took my call the very first time I contacted his office. He spent an inordinate amount of time listening to my legal concern and got back to me in a very timely manner with helpful, thorough, and wise counsel. His concern and genuineness were evident from the first time I spoke to him until the last. I highly recommend Doug Whipple as an attorney.
