I went to the Law Offices of Roman P. Mosqueda last October 2014 to petition my children and wife. My case was complicated. I did the petition for my children and wife by myself and with no knowledge filled out the forms incorrectly. I was frustrated and stressed because immigration was sending me letters which I didn’t understand. I decided to seek the help of Mr. Mosqueda. When I first met Atty. Kevin & the entire DCD Law team are incredible! The amount of time and effort they all put in to help you from your first call to the end of their legal service/assistance is commendable and even though I knew how busy they were, I always felt like their #1 client. I had little success with my case prior to hiring an attorney. The only compromise being made was by me which only empowered my ex husband. The success that I did have was the divorce itself. I gave up a lot for the legal parting of ways with my ex husband but he wanted my misery, and he went above and beyond to hurt me and make my life difficult . I am the least likely person to do the things that he was accusing me of, in the presence of strangers or meeting people for the first time it was difficult knowing that their only idea of me is coming from a man intent on taking my children away because that is the most pain he could inflict on me. My ex created a narrative about me that described a horrible mother a horrible person in general, court was very intimidating, he said everything that would make me look like an unfit mother. I was frequently rendered speechless in court, always emotional. My judge was not empathetic to an emotional display. I would leave court feeling defeated. I was getting nowhere. I began to realize that anyone could say anything about someone in court and bring them to court for any reason. After four years of court appearances I saw the light and hired Joe to represent me. The relief I felt after our first appearance was incredibly uplifting. I wasn't feeling defeated leaving court for the first time in years because Joe is in his element in front of a judge. Outside of court Joe is not a man of many words but what he does say is well thought out, honest and impactful. It's easy to tell someone what they want to hear or mislead a person to get their business. I was told what to expect and to be in it for the long haul which definitely was not what I wanted to hear, court is seriously costly. Knowing what to expect takes a lot of the stress out of the situation. I no longer have to speak to my ex-husband, he speaks to Joe and Joe knows how to handle the bitter ex and move the conversation forward which has been incredibly satisfying. Not only are we moving forward while my ex-husband’s stall tactics have been rendered useless. I have the right person to speak on my behalf, I couldn’t ask for more, Joe continuously finds tactful ways to convey to the judge the character flaws that made it necessary I get out of a marriage that had become a prison sentence. The huge amount of gratitude I have for Joe’s integrity and commitment to the outcome of my case and his unburdening me of the bullying and torment that comes with personally corresponding with my ex husband cannot be measured. There has been a positive change in my overall well-being that Joe has given me. Joe is a very talented attorney, he doesn’t just blandly write a response he composes a statement that better expresses my experience than I did for him. . I now enter the court room with confidence, I leave having made a step in the right direction and I see that there will be an end to this stage of life of frequent visits to court. There are times in life that require you to leave it to a professional. With something as personal as your time with your children being in serious jeopardy it is very hard to hand it over and trust that it will work out. Joe can be trusted to handle the delicate and personal issues of your life with great care while relieving you of the stress that can diminish your quality of life. I did not expect to know what it is to be relaxed again. Nothing compares to peace of mind. Hire Joe to represent you, bring peace into your life.

I had hurt my back pretty bad at the beginning of the year. The place I worked didn’t believe me and the insurance didn’t believe me either. There were days I couldn’t walk or move. Mr. Roberts really stepped up for me. Just being able to talk with him when I needed helped to keep me calm during the whole ordeal and he fought to help me be able to back to school and settle my case. He’s no nonsense and a straightforward person and that meant so much to me.

If you find yourself in need of an outstanding criminal defense attorney, look no further than Leah. I chose the one with all 5 star reviews with an office located across the street from the Van Nuys court house. I figured she might know people there which could be a good thing. When I called her with my issue, she was out of the office as her daughter was having a baby. I left a message (crying hysterically) on the voice mail. She called back within 10 minutes and kept me on the phone until I could get set up with immediate face to face help (with her partner in the office). I could literally hear a baby crying in the background. Maybe she was in the delivery room? So the baby and I were BOTH crying--me from the mess I got myself into, and the baby for more obvious reasons. I went in that same afternoon to speak with her legal partner, Mr. Melnick, and they immediately began to work on my case to ease my nerves. They are very good with anything psych related. She went to court--over and over again, without settling for anything less than a dismissal with some community service. This was no easy task as it was a very delicate, difficult, embarrassing, case which had to be presented with kid gloves. This lady knows how to seamlessly deal with the client, DA, and judge while developing rapport in a most sublime way. It would have been in her favor $ and time wise to settle (sooner) as she does not get paid extra money when this is drawn out as it was--but no, she really does care about the client, and drawing this out eventually helped to get this dismissed. I sweat bullets for months and I know it was not easy for her, either, but she is too kind to admit it. She is calm and cool, always maintaining a positive, professional demeanor. When I thanked her, she said, "No need, I love doing this sort of thing". The fact that she apparently has lots of children probably works in her favor (as well as the clients) since she understands all the complexities that one can have and how a mostly good person can get into a legal snafoo. She is anything but judgy. Lastly, Leah actually saved my life. I was ready to jump off the cliff at Universal Studios (although I would never admit to such a thing) because I literally saw no way out when I called her. How she knew this, I don't know. Why she would stay on the phone with me when she was on leave for the birth of her granddaughter is beyond me as well. That said, if you find yourself in a desperate situation, give this lady a call. She may even save your life as she did mine:)

Karo is the most gentle, understanding attorney I've ever had, and he really is able to give you a picture of your situation from both the ground level, and at 30,000 feet. He was so good at informing me of all the contingencies I should expect to deal with along the way, and we talked extensively about those contingencies and how we might deal with them if they arise. When you have a lawyer who is able to give you insight into all the unexpected things that might pop up along the way, you feel much better prepared and much less nervous. Every other lawyer I've ever had just makes things worse and makes me more anxious than before I retained them. It makes you wonder "why did I even hire a lawyer at all if they are going to only raise my anxiety levels?" Karo was the exact opposite of that. He made me feel confident and sure of my position. We turned to Liana after my husband and I were denied our case due to the non-receipt of the documents we sent. We went through ten circles of hell before finally finding Lianna. All the lawyers said it was better to open the case from scratch, pay an exorbitant amount of fees, and wait again. Others said that the fees would still have to be paid again to get the case reviewed. And others refused to take on the case due to its complexity and ambiguity. Lianna, however, clearly explained all the steps we would take, and told us that it was not our mistake and we should not pay any fees again. As a result, our case was reopened for review. Ten days later, we received approval for our case! Words cannot express how grateful I am to Liana! She truly saved our case and helped us immensely when we had almost lost hope. I highly recommend her!

Mr Nader is the best lawyer in the industry. I called him regarding an eviction I received from my landlord for being late on my rent, that I payed within a few days after and I paid the following month to show my intent to resolve the matter. He advised me to go to court and file a no regarding the eviction. l offered to pay him upfront for this service he declined and told me to contact him back if they issued a court date.
Ending result the landlord accepted my rent n dropped the eviction with out having to go to court. Mr Nader is an exceptional attorney very professional and helped me thru this process.
I wish I could give him 10 stars. Thanks again sir.

I contacted Nader to arrange a consultation on an issue with my HOA. He listened intently, asked me many questions and examined multiple documents. Seymour is the best lawyer I have ever used. I'm no angel but I'm also not a bad person. I have had many conflicts with the law and on paper the DA and judge see me as if I should be locked up and forgotten about. Seymour has defended me on every case ever since I was a young boy and each time has worked me amazing deals. I was always guilty. He knew it, the cops knew it, and of course the DA and judge knew it. With my neck in the noose Seymour worked the charges down and the time to a minimum. And in many cases no or little time at all. It may take a year or so but he always fulfills his initial promise of what he said he could get me. Normally I don't write reviews. But the work that Amanda did in my case deserves recognition. I was referred to Amanda buy a friend . I have been dealing with my immigration Naturalization case for about 10 years now. Something that I have talked to numerous lawyers throughout the years and they've always put fear in my case always letting me know that it would cause thousands of dollars even involve me a criminal lawyer and that my case was not an "easy one". I've made an appointment with Amanda back in back in November she looked at my case and was extremely honest and straight to the point, I let her know what my budget was and all the other things that I've thought that was going to be challenges. She worked with my budget and let me know what paperwork I needed to get for her. But after I got all the paperwork for her she looked at my case and she was confident that I would not have any problems with my naturalization. ( Too good to be true I said to myself) after months of anxiety and panic attacks I finally got my interview for my naturalization two weeks ago , but anytime I had questions since November she was very fast to respond to me by email if I had to make an appointment with her she would get back to me right away either by email or phone but she would always try to give me a piece of mind and reassure me but there would be no problems with my case.. I am grateful that Amanda got referred to me. she's honestly a true and honest lawyer and is not in it for the money she is a lawyer with a big heart and really is a lawyer that cares to help people. I highly recommend Amanda and she is worth every dollar she deserves more and because of of her I have now a future in this country with no worries. I cannot recommend Lior enough!!!! I had a personal injury case that I had given to an attorney who completely neglected my case until about 3 months before the statute of limitations date. I had given up and figured that I wouldn’t push to settle my case and almost let the case go until a friend of mine introduced me to Lior.
