Kerrie Justice is an intelligent lawyer with an athlete’s competitive spirit. Although she is obviously busy, Kerrie was always a wonderful representative of calm preparedness during my lengthy and tenacious custody litigation. I appreciate her knowledge, her calming presence, and her polite and respectful attitude in the courtroom, and outside of it.
I can only assume the negative reviews were retaliatory response from frustrated phonies who lost against her in court because Kerrie did an outstanding job representing the best interests of me and my children in a very touchy and extremely stressful custody case.
I was most pleased with her high level of integrity and tenacity during her closing statements because of how aptly she conveyed to the judge what was of highest importance to me in regards to outcome.
She is very intelligent and was forceful when the situation called for it. Her knowledge of the law and how it can work FOR you is exceptional and her ability to think outside the lines and come up with creative ways to solve a problem is beyond reproach. Speaking from experience, Kerrie’s best work is when you just trust her and let her do her job.

I found Ms. Justice by a unique turn of events. It was one of those situations that when your at the end of your rope and attaching it to a rock to throw over a bridge something happens. Something you truly did not expect because the shoe has been consistently dropping in a 20 year marriage. He was going to make sure I could not leave and he tried hard to do everything in his power to financially destroy me and thus keep me and my children in a life he had complete control of. My story was embarrassing for me to tell. There were facts that I realized were a coin toss for one to believe. Ms. Justice listened and believed me. Pretty profound for a women who had been told for years she was crazy and imagining things. She could not promise me anything but that she would do her utmost to make sure my children and I survived this. We not only survived we are thriving. Were there times I was frustrated?..YES...Were there times I felt like I was falling in the dark without a parachute?...YUP!!! However more were the times I knew I had a legal team taking care of me. They calmed me down through melt downs and panic attacks and "Thank You" are such small words for what I truly feel. Ann Marie,for all the times you actually made me laugh and understood my fear and helped me. Kim for serving that man in a way that was nothing short of a real life TV episode and staying close to make sure me and my kids were safe after he was served. Ms Justice for going above and beyond solely on me doing my 50% and seeing it all through...THANK YOU...I owe my new life and successes to you..I adhere to the advise you gave me Ms. Justice..."Out earn him so you have control of you life from here forward"

Jennifer has been my attorney in a variety of matters. Though officially a new attorney, Jennifer's many years in the legal industry and experience working for large firms and the US Attorney's office in the past are what made me feel comfortable. Jennifer is top notch, exhausting every angle and strategy and a great negotiator. She's very communicative and will always take a moment to let you know the status of your case and give you a strategy for each possible scenario. What she didn't readily know she was able to research and understand quickly and inexpensively. I would definitely recommend Jennifer to a friend.

I was in a landlord tenant discrepancy when I first contacted Jennifer. I originally went to her to seek mediation services.
Our first conversation, she was very professional, engaged in active listening, asked several questions to understand my conflict, and asked me what my objectives were. I immediately felt as though she really wanted to guide me in finding a resolution to my problem.
I loved that at the end of our call, she did a brief re-cap of our conversation and clarified any questions. Especially when there was emotion involved in the conversation, which I assume is common when dealing with conflict.
Our game plan consisted of me meeting my landlord first before she would reach out to him. Which brings me to another point. In our first conversation (still as a mediator) she helped me create a game plan I was comfortable with. My first correspondence with my landlord after speaking with Jennifer was through email. He was very aggressive in his tone. I was able to refer him to Jennifer as a tool to not engage in unpleasantries.
After forwarding his emails to her, she contacted me just to make sure I wanted to move forward with mediation. She informed me that once she contacts him, she can not represent me in future. I didn't like that idea, so we agreed to have her represent me.
Her conversation with my landlord was pleasant and professional. The follow-up and feedback I received from both parties was positive. Since Jennifer represented me, the conflict was handled very professional, but informal- all by phone and email. Even to a point where my landlord has considered using her for representation for himself.
My landlord and I have yet to have another discrepancy since I've involved Jennifer, my attorney, into the situation. His tone with me has changed and is no longer trying to take advantage of me. I have already recommended her to several friends as a mediator or attorney. I will absolutely use her services again in the future.
I trust her completely. I appreciate her level of professionalism and follow-up. I highly recommend her services.

I retained Mr. Richard Malone with the Zumbrunn Law Corp for a case of a contractor had put a lien against my deceased mother’s home that I was trying to sell. I had been dealing with this for months, talking with other attorneys not going anywhere. When I talked with Mr. Malone, he told me what he can do. Mr. Malone had the case settled within a few weeks and cleared the lien. I recommend Mr. Richard Malone for any real estate issues, he is very professional, fast and efficient.

I have been in the construction industry for 19 years. I have been sued and I have needed to sue. He has a great perspective, one which a appreciate. He will not tell you to storm the gates of hell without cause. In all the times we've spoken, he has always given rock solid advice. He's great about reading people and has steered me clear a couple of times from situations in which I could have been trapped easily. Having a great attorney is a top priority for anyone who has anything who wants to keep the wanters from stealing it. He's given me some great tools to deal with difficult clients.

I hired Mona to help me get out my debt. I lost my job due to a illness and couldn't find work. I used my credit cards to live and soon they were out of control. I called lady justice and this attorney walked me through everything. She answered all of my questions and her hours were flexible. She also was in court with me and really put me at ease. I hired Mr. Greiner to help me with a family trust issue when the other trustees unfairly disputed my transfer of property within the trust. He listened to what I wanted, he questioned what I wanted, and help me define a solution to my problem. His solutions were a lot to think about and he suggested I sleep on it and talk to him in the morning. When I spoke to him in the morning, he had 2 choices and I had a 3rd hybrid choice. Together we chose a "this or that" type of solution to offer the other trustees. I'm grateful to Mr. Greiner. I am now at peace.

Then when I asked for a consultation for help on a case we wanted to start she cuts me off by saying "ok that is not a criminal case we don't do that" I cut her off by hanging up because she sounded like she was about to lecture me with that god awful tone of hers.

My husband and I had some problems and we had a fight. I called the police on him and they took him to jail. He was on probation at the time and I didn’t really realize that by me calling the cops on him that he would get thrown back in jail. The cops said he was resisting arrest and he wasn’t. He was just shocked and mad that I called the cops. Mr. Terrell was the best Attorney we have ever had and we’ve had several. He got the results we needed and my husband is now back home. Mr. Terrell wrote a letter to my husband’s boss and he could have lost his job. The video I took of the cops beating up my husband for no reason helped.

Attorney Ritter gave excellent Legal Advise We trusted her wisdom & experience...She is retiring and not taking any new cases So I feel like she should not be meeting with potential new Clients and charge them a Counseling fee and then rush you out, So she is making $100.00 every 1/2 hour, I believe she was very misleading along this event,although she is very knowledgeable and seemed to have so much Wisdom I would of hired her on the spot

Elizabeth is a great family law attorney. Unfortunately the judge did not see everything I was asking for Elizabeth fought for it. She is also an advocate for children and has a solid understanding of the childrens' needs during a dissolution of marriage.
