Mike Bryant was a total life saver for me. I was in a motor vehicle accident with a severe neck injury and he and his staff took care of everything so I could just take time and heal. They worked hard to settle my case and keep the insurance companies off my back. HE IS AMAZING!! If you want a professional, caring, on top of things attorney Mike Bryant is very HIGHLY recommended!!!! I never imagined my bills would have come to what they did and Mike got all of my bills paid for and made sure I was taken care of. I had the exact same experience as Wade except I'm the mother who got ran over by a bus. Marso was bias and I lost everything because of her opinion and falsifying information. Wouldn't be surprised if other attorneys recommend her specifically in favor of their clients and Virginia or as the other party would call her "Ginny", gets a kickback (that's what appeared to be happening to my case). This woman needs to be debarred. I never seen such manipulation, Virginia had her mind made up prior to even meeting me. Aggressively raised her voice at me at McDonald's in St. Cloud with my children in the play center. I never stopped fighting either!

I hired Carol after my daughter's mother was refusing to let me see my daughter becasue I was engaged to a woman she did not like (despite never meeting my now wife) Carol did more then I had expected. I now have 50/50 joint physical & legal custody. She got us set up with the My Family Wizard app so my daughters mother is not able to harass us anymore either. Carol is a strong willed and persistent woman. Words cant describe my thanks for Carol.
This was a very messy case, my ex was coming up with every false accusation you can imagine, she attempted restraining orders and you name it she did it or said it.
My family is blessed becasue of Carol. My daughter is happy and I now have her more time then I ever did. I highly recommend Carol if you are seeking a lawyer

I hired ms. Overmann 8 months ago for a tax problem. After taking my retainer, making herself my POA, I have heard nothing from her. She has never returned my phone calls. Not one. 5 months ago, her assistant left a generic voice mail stating ms. Overmann would be on vacation. I have written many emails requesting information. No response.
DO NOT hire this attorney. My next recourse will be with the attorney general's office. Talk about making a bad situation worse. .

I had Christy Thorson as an attorney for a case. She did not reach out to me a single time about my case. Every time I called to ask a question or get updates on my case she would not answer and I’d be sent to voicemail. Many times the voice mailbox was full. She does not return calls and you have to call multiple times a day and many days in a row. I got lucky and she answered the phone on the day of my court hearing an hour before it was scheduled to start. She did not know the options available and was not optimistic, over all she was very unhelpful and unprofessional.

Tom was almost a miracle worker with the outcome I got from a criminal matter that could have cost me my career and freedom. He is an up front, no nonsense, take the bull by the horns type of attorney. He treats his client and the other attorneys with respect. He knows the law! He knows how to work it to his client's advantage.
My phone calls were always answered within 24 hours.
I would recommend Mr. Lies for criminal matters and have spoken to clients who have had him represent them on family issues and they were pleased.

The name should say it all LIES. As a vulnerable adult recovering from an emotional breakdown, Mr. Lies went behind my back and made a deal with the Respondents attorney and signed everything I spent 20 years working for and left me penniless, no place to live and no personal property. When I objected in the court room Mr. Lies told me to sit down and shut up or he would have me removed from the court room and institutionalized. Mr. Lies was suppose to be looking out for me and my best interest. Mr. Lies was looking out for his best interest and padding his pocket book. I have spent 2 years trying to reclaim the damage Mr. Lies has done. Everything that I told Mr. Lies would happen did happen. Then when the Respondents attorney drafted the order to be signed by the judge it did not reflect what was read into the order. Mr. Lies signed the document with our reading it, he told me. Mr. Lies does not care about the client.

Christy does not answer or return calls. She will not discuss the case with you and will leave you hanging up until a court date. In order to hear from her I had to call many times and multiple days in a row. Bad experience all around, very unprofessional.

To help resolve an issue I needed professional services. To assist me I selected Zachary Burmeister, who said he was intimately versed in solving such problems. At first Zachary Burmeister seemed interested. His suggestions included reaching out to tell the opposing party that their actions of misusing my possessions would have consequences. Their representative ignored these protestations and proceeded to claim that I was the problem. This was the exact opposite of the facts. Zachary Burmeister was slow to respond to my inquiries about the ensuing status of events. He was quick to bill me. All my bills were timely paid. My dealings with Zachary Burmeister lasted over one year. He responded less and less to my inquiries. I know that the exchange of information costs money. I would email “status?”, and wait weeks, sometimes months for a response. Zachary Burmeister excuses included being short staffed or too busy. Too bad I did not take a cue and fire him. I later discovered in my file he kept – which took months to retrieve, and only partially given to me – communications that went on between him and the other party. I was never made aware of these communications. A meeting was then held with an intermediary who went between me and the other party. Zachary Burmeister sat silent while this go-between person harangued me and berated me. Zachary Burmeister told me not to worry that this exchange would not amount to much of anything. As he sat with his head in his hands he seemed to be laughing at me. Chuckling at my expense. It was an expensive affair. Zachary Burmeister told me lies that an ensuing agreement could be easily broken. He never explained the consequences of agreeing. This result lead me entirely down the opposite path than I sought. I learned that I was not the only client duped by him. Others expressed similar reactions he made to them. To make matters worse Zachary Burmeister left me and my situation with no prior notice or communication. Incompetent, uncaring, unknowledgeable, indifferent, uninterested, and unresponsive are a few of the words that describe him for me. Do not employ this person as he cannot be believed for truth or justice.
