My sister and I were recommended to David B by our accountant who we think extremely highly of.. We needed someone who was familiar with Mass and FLorida Laws to handle my Mom's estate. Covid started just at that time and certainly made things difficult and also slowed things down David handled everything so well and while we needed to be patient because of covid he kept us in the loop during the whole process If we had a question he always responded within 12 hours. His fees were also very fair. We would use him again in a minute and certainly recommend anyone that needed his services. It is nice to know there are Attys that care, that are fair and get the job done. We would highly recommend him.

I worked primarily with Margaret and she did a great job helping me with a relatively complicated estate plan. Margaret is very knowledgeable about the legal matters and also sensitive to the personal side of my unique issues. They say miracles happen, and Mr Kevin Collins made them come true with his outstanding vast knowledge and his REMARKABLE REPUTATION AT MANY COURTS. I was in a situation where no one wanted to take my case or even tried to listen, let along the emotional support. Miraculously Kevin Collins was an angel sent from heaven. My story started when my Crazy EX went off the deep end after I ended the relationship, she used all evil ways and lies simply to see me in jail. She first started with an emergency restraining order and Mr Collins got it dismissed. Right after leaving the court house my ex starts to threthen and harass me and Mr Collins had a harassment order granted on her for ONE YEAR AND TO BE EXTENDED! She then files for Larceny over 1200 (that’s a automatic felony and reason why she filed for it is to have me deported because of my pending immigration status) again Mr Collins got it dismissed, it didn’t stop at that! She went right after the court hearing and filed for Larcent under 1200! The case went to the DA and the state of Massachusetts now still a larceny under but its a minor offense that would hurt my immigration status BADLY even if it’s dismissed and I still could be facing deportation if it enters the record. Thank The Lord I was blessed with Kevin he had the case just simply dismissed but DISMISSED PRIOR TO ARRAIGMENT! I couldn’t ask or expect more! Now I would say pheeeew it’s over! But no! She filed for 2 more restraining orders and Ofcourse when you have a Genius attorney like Kevin Collins you can just have faith and relax (both were dismissed). SIX accusations and the outcomes were ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE! His sympathy and professionalism makes you feel that you’re working with a family member. I wish I could give more than a five star review.

Bob knows his field very well. He has handled multiple real estate tax appeals for me in three different cities over the last several years. In all but one case, each appeal was settled satisfactorily without going to the appellate tax board. We won the one that did go to the appellate tax board! He is reasonable and represented my organization with the cities in an evenhanded manner. I highly recommend him.

I have utilized Bob's services since at least 2003. He has effectively reduced my RE Tax Bills at a myriad of types of properties in a number of Cities/Towns in MA. I am about to make a potential purchase of Residential Rental RE for which I know the RE Taxes are too low due to the property having only recently been completed. Bob has assisted me and my office in understanding the likely scenarios. I have had situation where Bob may not have had any experience with the Assessor's office in a particular town and he has welcomed the opportunity to lower (and succeeded in doing so) my RE Tax Expense. A couple of years back, I purchased a piece of cleared but generally undeveloped land. Bob detected that the undeveloped land was actually made up of two parcels. So he worked with us to split the land into two parcels and thus lowered the RE Tax Bill(s) for the undeveloped parcel(s). Beyond his experience and expertise, Bob is fun to work with.

We've hired Mr. Gaines to do real estate tax abatements for our company several times. Usually I will file for the abatement myself but if I don't get a satisfactory offer from the town, I hire Mr. Gaines to pursue the abatement. I've never been disappointed in the results.

When I was desperate with out hope looking for financial guidance and support on bankruptcy, I found David by sheer luck! We first met John Koenig in 2005 when we decided to sell our business that had been in the family for 40 years to a public company. He did a tremendous job of helping us understand what needed to be done to satisfy all of the objectives of different family members, some who continued to work for the new company and some who resigned or retired.
In 2008 my brother and I left that pubic company and turned to John to help us acquire a small private company, again with great efficiency and success. We are currently working with John on a very large prospective client that has presented us with a rather complicated contract.
As we have grown this company and see another generation coming into the business we will turn to John again to make sure that we are structured properly to protect the next generation and have an orderly transfer of ownership.

John L. Koenig represented us in the sale of a small manufacturing company. He was very knowledgeable in all areas of the sale, including taxation, local regulatory compliance, labor relations, estates and trusts. He was available weekends and evenings to fine tune every sentence and negotiate every detail which arose. I originally hired John in the early 1990's to perform all required corporate legal activity for a manufacturing S coprporation I owned with 2 other partners. I had been using a large Boston law and was satisfied with the partner, however most of my work was delegated to more junior members of the firm. The results were inconsistent and very expensive.
I therefore decided to search for a smaller firm where the primary legal contact would also handle most of the work. John and his firm were recommended to me and after an initial meeting and review of other references I engaged John for my corporate legal work.
His involvement with the S corporation was excellent and I felt as if he provided the broad expertise that the Boston based partner supplied, but on a full time basis at a signifiicantly lower cost. His involvement with this corporation concluded with the sale of the primary assets of the s crporation as well as an industrial building owned by a partnership and leased to our S corporation. John assisted with the sale of the S corp, and the formation of another S corporation I founded to accept some of the remaining assets and IP. I retained John for all legal activities up to and including the sale of that corporation.
John was extremely though with all the required legal issues, and always provided valuable council for the business aspects as well. John also is a skilled negotiator with other lawyers as well as the business people. I feel very comfortable when John is representing my interests.
John ably supported this new s corporation through its sale several years ago.
He now provides me with legal support during negotiations with customers regarding T&Cs and other considerations for long term contracts for $7 figure custom equipment sold primarily to very large corporations. This requires a broad skill set , to arrive at an acceptable contract with large inhouse legal departments who are not inclined to modify existing one sided boiler plate language.
Over the years I've engaged John for a wide range of legal contracts, compliance and transactions. i've always been pleased with John's involvement and would high recommend him to anyone without reservation.

Last year I was injured while shopping in a larger department store. I felt hopeless and had no idea where to turn for help. My medical bills were adding up, and i had limited use of my right hand due to the injury. The department store had several of their own representatives and lawyers calling me and offering little to no compensation. They kept telling me to sign a release statement of theirs. Clayton was excellent to work with! He walked my husband and I through a very difficult process...writing our wills. I didn't realize how many details we would have to ponder.
