After calling a few attorneys, I was very fortunate to find Mrs. Joslin. She took the time to listen to my case and understand everything that had happened. She asked for a little background about me and for a couple documents. She presented my case to the court and was able to get my case dismissed. I did not have to take several hours out of many different days to go to court for a minor offense that could have resulted in fines, loss of license, and possibly even jail time. I am very thankful for her services and will use her services again in the future if I may ever need them, which hopefully I won't. I would highly recommend Mrs. Joslin to anyone I know needing an attorney.

Showed up for pretrail hearing on a speeding ticket & driving with suspended license. My attorney (Kenneth Price) was a no show & judge was sending unrepresented defendants home for a future court date. Since I live almost 5 hrs away and work a lot this was unacceptable. I decided to go outside the box and attempt to hire one of the attorneys in court rep. other clients, judge agreed and I found Mr. Wainwright who agreed to help, not only did he have my speeding ticket deferred but he also had my driving while license suspended thrown out. Did all this within 15 minutes and no prior knowledge of my case. Really got me out if a jam, great guy! Thanks

Mr. Wainwright is straight up honest. He is the most upstanding professional in Parker County. He will fight for your rights and not just settle. I know it sounds like a Dinosaur how ever he is an Attorney that cares about you. If you need an Attorney in Parker County or other areas hire Mr. Wainwright. Before hiring an Attorney go sit in on the District Court cases. You will see Attorneys in their wrinkled suites sitting on the wood fence and edges of the tables laughing and joking, I am assuming talking about the new toys they will be buying with your money. John has been our corporate attorney for the past seven years.
He has assisted us in corporate documentation, and often in creating contracts and assisting us in making sure they were honored. When we did have to go to court to enforce the company's agreements, he did a great job representing us and got the result we wanted.
Most recently, he defended our company in a lawsuit that was a thinly-disguised take-over attempt by a dissident minority shareholder. Decided I needed to hire an attorney, after a local healthcare provider served me with A lawsuit after non-payment for services. Having health care insurance and never going without lapse in coverage was a little blindsided by this. Wendi Andino was a great advocate in my case, she was able to proof negligence on the behalf of the healthcare provider and not billing my insurance in the required time therefore causing The claim to be rejected. My wife and I hired Alyssa Turner to defuse a complicated fence dispute issue with an unhinged neighbor (who freeloaded for years off our privacy fence) and then threatened us with legal action and more because we provided a courtesy notice we were removing and replacing our fence with one well inside our property line so neighbors couldn't attach to it and so we could maintain it without needing anyones permission to go on their property. My belligerent neighbor went mental because they have 3 large dogs and would have to pay for their own fence if we took down our fence; they claimed it was on their property and we would be trespassing if we tried to remove it. Alyssa served legal notice on our neighbor that we would exercise our property rights and was literally there for us on fence tear down day when this hostile neighbor called the police, ensuring law enforcement knew we were within our legal rights. Alyssa is a compassionate attorney, and a tenacious and fierce advocate. We are so grateful to her and would not hesitate to hire her again!

Several years ago (8) I hired Mrs. Zellers to assist me with a child custody issue where the mother decided things were not working out for her in Texas anymore. I had moved her so that I could remain in my childs life and after 4 years of living her the mother informed me she was going to take my son and move back to WI where we were originally from. By this point I had established a life for myself her and per the orders we had from WI that were still in effect I saw my son every other week Friday evening thru Friday morning the next week (week on week off).
As soon as the mother of my child informed me of this decision I contacted Attorney Katherine Zellers and Mrs. Zellers took the steps to ensure that the child could not be removed from the state w/o a court order.
Several months later and to make a long story short it was agreed that I had followed the mother here once to maintain a relationship with my son and a judge agreed that NO father should be required to uproot his life and move wherever the mother felt on a whim and I was awarded full custody, child support and the mother had to pay for any travel incurred so that she may see her son. She moved 1100 miles away to the north and only saw him one month in the summer and every other Christmas (even years) and every other spring break (odd years). SHe paid airfare and the $50 cost for me to walk him to the gate and pick him up as this was a requirement due to 09/11. A Father can get custody in this day and age and any Father that is half a man should try there is no law that says a mother loves their child more that the mother. In this case when she lost the court hearing she just snuck out and did not even say goodbye to her son leaving me to explain it to him.
Mrs. Zellers made me feel at ease and had it not been for her I would have been terrified about loosing my son. She is a kindhearted one of a kind attorney.

Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, well-spoken, dedicated, and very communicative with her clients. I was kept very well informed of developments in my case, and she returned all of my calls. This was very important to me. She was very professional, and explained to me the legal process involved in my child custody case. She even let me know that my infant son wouldn't be allowed in the courtroom by the presiding judge so I was able to make arrangements for his care during the hearings. First and foremost Valerie Kruse is the most awesome lawyer I ever met. I deal with lawyers in courts quite a bit due to me assisting Veterans the the court system when needed. But when I needed her she didn't hesitate to go to work and not only did she have my case dismissed she did it in one showing. The first lawyer I got had me going back in forth to court almost 17 times to tell me prosecutor want bulge and the reason was he never talked to the prosecutor. Mrs. Kruse talked to the prosecutor and had my case drop within 30 minutes and I am still baffled who does this. Of course she did. I am truly I found her on the internet but to whomever read this review know this is real talk and I am not an actor. God Bless her and I can finally relax my mind body and soul and on top of that I got a new job through all this trauma.
