DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THOMAS. He is the best. He listens, he communicates directly, and explains anything you may not understand, patiently, more than once. Thomas is also not a "Let's Do it Over Zoom" or "I'll fit you in for a call between This and That" type of lawyer. He's attentive, personable, and prefers to meet in-person (remember those days?) versus trying to hurry you off a call like so many others in his profession. Thomas is the consummate professional, and if your case takes you to any court appearance, like mine did, you will rest easy knowing Thomas is in your corner! Helping to facilitate meetings is not a long line of assistants or back-and-forth emails; Thomas' legal assistant Alondra is also a total pro, and will literally get back to you within an hour if not sooner. I can't recommend Thomas more highly, he won my case, and I will be forever grateful for his time (well-priced for your budget), attention, and expertise.

When you talk about an absolute miracle you talk about Michael Sweeny. It took me more than a month after my case to write this review because I wanted to write the perfect review for the perfect lawyer. I hired Mr. Sweeny for my very difficult case which I thought had no hope to be honest. He was very efficient, quick to act and thorough, and instilled a lot of confidence throughout the process. My case could have had a potentially very damaging outcome, however, it was resolved positively, with much better results than I or anyone else in that courtroom could have ever expected. I was met with stellar communication skills, excellent and professional representation and understanding without judgement. My ex-wife file for divorce and once I got David involved, the opposing attorney and ex's demeanor drastically changed. After David gained insight on my situation, how I earn income (I'm self-employed) and what my ex was asking me for, David was my voice and advocate to make sure I was not taken advantage of. My ex's requests (demands) were based on emotion and she wasn't budging until David came along. David worked through the legal system and made sure the settlement was based on facts and not emotion. When I wanted to give in, he asked me "for what? There is no legal basis for what they're asking for (paraphrased)". There's an awful lot of waiting as the due process takes place but it's for a reason. This gave my legal team some time to formulate a plan, and used time to our advantage. David and his paralegal Joni are top notch, very knowledgeable about the law and how to apply it to get my case settled. There were many phone calls and emails to me from their office outside of normal business hours, which I appreciated, so their dedication to their clients were beyond evident. David worked hard on my case and I can finally move forward in my new chapter of life. If you're interviewing attorneys deciding who to select, have at least a conversation with David, and you will immediately know that he absolutely has your best interest in mind. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for what he and his team have done for me, my future and for my dependent son. Thank you David! I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

Divorce is such a painful process on multiple levels. I wanted my divorce over as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there are levels of attorneys and 5 star reviews don't always correlate with competence. I chose one based on 5 star AVO reviews and was severely disappointed. My divorce dragged on years exacerbated by Covid.
I was at my wits end when I was thankfully referred by word of mouth to David. After a 20 min ph call with David, I fired my last attorney and hired David. He is very intelligent, professional and straight to the point. David has a network and rapport with the "system" that can only exist because of a long and successful career. This network also greatly benefitted my case both financially and psychologically.
My experience with divorce was ugly. It was not only a battle with my ex, it was a made worse because of her team of lawyers. Petty arguments and tactics designed to drain the estate of finances and wear you down emotionally.
In such a situation, you want a shark on your side to cut through the opposition with efficiency. David was just that both strategically and in front of the judge. If only I had hired him first. I would have saved myself a lot of mental and financial energy. Do yourself a favor and call David. Trust me.

I got in touch with Renae 2 years ago when I was in the market searching for an attorney to file my EB1A. I consulted a few attorneys, out of which few said I won't succeed in EB1A and a few didn't give me a good vibe. Renae was the only one who gave me comprehensive feedback and a good vibe, hence I decided to go ahead with her a year ago. Getting an approval for a profile which has high standards or an award already isn't a big deal since any attorney can get it approved, but the one where a profile is actually built up to get to the EB1A standards and have it approved is the real success which shows how competent the attorney is, Renae is one of those highly competent EB1A attorney. A few things which sets her apart from the rest is that she thinks outside of the box, she is fully involved and doesn’t solely rely on paralegals, she answers all queries comprehensively, and a client isn’t just a number or case file, she actually cares about the client and the client’s success.
She has EB1A expertise and is well aware of exactly what the USCIS officers are looking for, she got my EB1A-APPROVED in premium. I was very much stressed right after filing, worrying about getting RFE because I have heard that premium filing triggers a RFE most of the time, but getting a straightaway approval in premium in 8 working days from the toughest service center completely blew me away and clearly shows without a doubt that Renae is an expert when it comes to EB1A. I highly recommend her for EB1A, EB2-NIW, O1A.
I'd also like to thank her paralegal - Ingrid, who was always on top of things and also contributed to my case. Thank you Renae, you made the rest of my life comfortable, else I'd have been stuck in a decade long backlog to get a green card.

I came to Henry with a divorce case previously handled by another attorney that was extremely long, complicated, and for which there was no similar precedent. Add to that a change in the divorce law while in process, and the complexity magnified. I truly believe had it not been for Henry's intelligence, tenacity, deep understanding/amazing total recall of the law, and spirited desire to make things right, my outcome would have been financially and psychologically disastrous. I had a driving on a suspended license charge from 11 years ago I never took care of. I agreed to 240 hours community service back in 2013 that I never did. I was arrested on a bench warrant in 2024 for it. Mr. Brundage not only got my case dismissed satisfactorily WITHOUT me having to do the 240 hours of community service he also did it without me even having to see a judge. He talked to the prosecutor and i was out of the courtroom in under 5 minutes. Cannot say enough good things about this guy. Stop googling attorneys and call Mr. Brundage!!!!!! Thanks Mr. Brundage!

I was being careless and got ticketed for going 94 in a 55 with priors. Stephen with his experience and knowledge of the courts and people was able to get this knocked down to a simple fine, traffic school and supervision - just about the opposite of what you’d expect on a speeding ticket you should get arrested for. They have excellent customer service, they were quick to respond any correspondence that my husband and I sent along with excellent follow through with all of the information that they needed. I consulted him regarding termination pending in 72 H. He wrote a letter and saved me. I didn’t do anything wrong but couldn’t defend myself alone. Didn’t know how and what to say. I realised I was simply discriminated on multiple counts and was not aware of that. I wish I new him a decade ago.

I was the successor trustee for my deceased aunt's trust. Midway through the process the original attorney handling the trust left the law firm and Colleen Henes was assigned to us. Although we never met in person, we were able to conduct our business via email until completion. Colleen was always up on everything and responded to my emails in a timely manner, even on weekends. I felt I was always kept up to date. It was a pleasant experience working with Colleen.

Kelly is very knowledgeable in her field. She kept up-to-date with any new changes to existing laws that would be affecting my case. She is not afraid to speak up for her clients best interests and question the judge's reasoning as to why he would rule in a certain way and Kelly was still able to get the opposing party to agree to more than what the judges opinion was. She is truly dedicated to what is right. Not only is she patient with her clients, she is a good listener, and just pleasant to work with. Attorney Miglore is THE G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Times) when it comes to Criminal Law. He was able to do what others said would NEVER EVER happen. My spouse had an issue that he was grandfathered into when the laws changed which was out of state that required him to register as a sex offender. We lived in Illinois for a brief period and to be in compliance with the law he had to register. The out of state Judge granted an order to remove him from the registry nationally. My wife received a ticket for not properly stopping by a school bus in a school zone. it was total B.S. she was stopped the bus was moving with his sign out! Naturally there was a ticket maid from the government to watch and nail her with a ticket. He probably sits there all day. Its just another revenue generator for local government. Its a very serious ticket because they threaten to restrict or suspend your license ( its all about kids safety right?lol) Plus she works as a nanny and submits to background checks. she was interviewing with a couple when this happened and this ticket came up in a check on care.org and they suspended my wife's account like she was guilty!!! what happen to innocent until proven guilty. it was a real mess.
Sal got it changed to a changing lanes violation with online drivers improvement school and a probation period. These over paid ticket maid are out to nail you and generate revenue for the local government. thats their real job. Do not let them steal from you. You have rights. Hire Sal!
To end a bright note the couple hired my wife with a four year contract. They said everyone knows what the cops are up to so it didn't bother them in the least.
