DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THOMAS. He is the best. He listens, he communicates directly, and explains anything you may not understand, patiently, more than once. Thomas is also not a "Let's Do it Over Zoom" or "I'll fit you in for a call between This and That" type of lawyer. He's attentive, personable, and prefers to meet in-person (remember those days?) versus trying to hurry you off a call like so many others in his profession. Thomas is the consummate professional, and if your case takes you to any court appearance, like mine did, you will rest easy knowing Thomas is in your corner! Helping to facilitate meetings is not a long line of assistants or back-and-forth emails; Thomas' legal assistant Alondra is also a total pro, and will literally get back to you within an hour if not sooner. I can't recommend Thomas more highly, he won my case, and I will be forever grateful for his time (well-priced for your budget), attention, and expertise.

I was referred to Joe from a friend that used him, and I am so glad we hired Joe. He helped us navigate a year long battle with my narcissistic ex and the trying opposing counsel my ex hired.
Joe is NOT a lawyer that is a money grabber and tries to extend the case as long as possible. He did everything he could to try to move our case along in the system, because he actually cares about his clients (I know, a shocker in the lawyer world!) He was honest and patient with us, and responded in a timely matter for calls and emails.
I felt that he billed us very fairly as well (I went through 3 lawyers in my first court case, and some of them billed for the most ridiculous things). Near the last 3/4 of our case, it was financially rough to pay in full for a few of the bigger court date months. Joe was extremely understanding and let us do a payment plan which helped a lot and we were very grateful for. Not everyone is willing to do this, so it truly shows Joe is compassionate and sympathetic to what his clients are dealing with financially and emotionally during an already stressful time.
Mornings before court status, Joe would call me to make sure he had all the facts correct and we would go over a quick synopsis of what he was going to bring up to the judge. He argued well for my case, and stood up for the best interest of my child. There were a few things I was stubborn on when I shouldn't have been, and Joe would calmly explain to me what he thought was the best route to take and why. He never spoke down to me in these instances and treated me as an equal. I did listen to his advice and I am really glad I did.
I started out with what he said was, "one of the worst agreements I've ever seen" and we got it to a much, much better place. Some of this was due to my ex making extremely poor decisions and the GAL realizing my ex was not going to change, but Joe helped in crafting a well written agreement. When the GAL gave us her recommendation synopsis, it was a hastily written, poorly worded document. She left out so much of what we had talked about and what she said she recommended in front of the judge. I basically crafted the entire final agreement, and put in almost everything Joe had written in his original draft. In the end, we did not have to go to trial and my ex lost a lot of his decision making abilities and visitation.
Lastly, I appreciated Joe's legal assistants. They were always very kind and helpful. Whenever I needed something, they usually responded very quickly which I really appreciated.
TLDR:
-Joe will argue well for you and not waste your money
-Joe will try to move your case along as best he can in the very slow court system
-Joe actually cares for his clients

Joe is an outstanding attorney and was successful in securing my first win in my challenging family law case.
Before working with Joe, I had three previous attorneys who were unable to overcome the litigious nature of the other party that would throw everything at the wall to see what would stick.
Joe is incredibly knowledgeable, understands the statute and case law inside and out, and can properly assess the situation.
His billing is always fair and transparent, which has been a change of pace from a prior attorney that would overcharge.
Most importantly, Joe genuinely cares about you as a person, not just as another case file.

I received a DUI last December.
Once in the system , I received dozens of letters, testimonials, and resumes from attorneys soliciting my business, to represent me in court for my case.
I chose Ingrid based on her experience and background.
That was a Huge and Costly Mistake.
Once Ingrid took my money, she became next to impossible to reach.
Every time I called her office her subordinates would screen my call and gave me a myriad of excuses why Ingrid wasn't available to talk to me.
When I did finally talk to her she was very condescending and provided little incite to what the next step(s) would be.
The outcome was terrible, and I have to believe it would have been different with better representation.
This was my first and last experience with this type of thing.
I was relying on my attorney to keep me apprised of what to expect.
Lesson learned!

I consulted him regarding termination pending in 72 H. He wrote a letter and saved me. I didn’t do anything wrong but couldn’t defend myself alone. Didn’t know how and what to say. I realised I was simply discriminated on multiple counts and was not aware of that. I wish I new him a decade ago.

My wife and I first retained Dennis 24 years ago for a real estate purchase and were incredibly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and relaxing yet take-charge demeanor. He set everyone at ease at the closing while he handled the legal matters. We just sat back and watched the show, and the next thing we knew, we were owners of our new home. And we never forgot him.

I came to Michael during what can only be called the worst period of my life. Going through a divorce is hard enough but at the same time my daughter was being treated for cancer and there was a pandemic going on. He was always calm and clear and helped me to do the same, taking me step by step through what seemed like an unmanageable process. These never really end well for the people involved but I was able to come away with my dignity and confidence intact with his help.

I am making this review because I want everyone looking for an attorneys support to stop and call Dan. I’ve known Dan for about 7 years I want to say. I’m 4 years from 30. I was referred by my sister who was referred by everyone else in the dupage area that she knows who’ve had from traffic violations, dui to so much more.
Dan is honestly the absolute best, he’s got the type of personality that makes you comfortable. He’s the
most reliable, the most caring, the most understanding, the most motivated, the most intelligent , honest, lawyer I’ve ever had. The Law Offices of Nigohosian & Dahlquist, P.C. is the right place for you. I hired Brian Nigohosian after having hired three law firms prior. Brian came in in the middle of a very convoluted "battle" with my self-centered, egotistical, rapacious, controlling husband, who is also an attorney. The likelihood of trial was very high from the very start, and the uncertainty that comes with this process was incredibly stressful and unnerving. The idea that I would have to “prove” my credibility and worthiness, while fighting for my future and that of my children’s as much as possible, kept me up many nights over. Many circumstances existed outside of our control, however, shortly before our trial date we were successful in entering into a settlement agreement. A lot of the issues involved caused me panic. Brian did a phenomenal job working on those issues considering the short time left in my case – a time-frame, which is allowed by the courts. Brian did the best he could and found many ways to come up with a favorable result that we could present to the court. Considering he was “fighting” another attorney, Brian was not afraid and faced all controversies with confidence. I received a DUI last December.
Once in the system , I received dozens of letters, testimonials, and resumes from attorneys soliciting my business, to represent me in court for my case.
I chose Ingrid based on her experience and background.
That was a Huge and Costly Mistake.
Once Ingrid took my money, she became next to impossible to reach.
Every time I called her office her subordinates would screen my call and gave me a myriad of excuses why Ingrid wasn't available to talk to me.
When I did finally talk to her she was very condescending and provided little incite to what the next step(s) would be.
The outcome was terrible, and I have to believe it would have been different with better representation.
This was my first and last experience with this type of thing.
I was relying on my attorney to keep me apprised of what to expect.
Lesson learned!
