I hired Atty Grayson for 2 traffic citations. One was when stopping for a red light on a wet road, my car skidded into the car in front of me despite the ABS system kicking in. I was cited for failure to reduce speed, which he was able to get dismissed. The other was for speeding, which he was able to get reduced to a non-moving violation. The outcomes exceeded my expectations. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

My wife, her parents, and I were hit by a drunk driver. The accident resulted in the death of my mother-in-law, the premature birth of my son, and serious injuries to the rest of us. We hired Mr. White to handle our insurance claims. He was professional and compassionate, even showing up to support us at hearings for the criminal case against the other driver.
Mr. White negotiated with five different insurance companies to get us the maximum settlement. Our medical bills amounted to over $150,000, but he was able to settle with our insurance for around $12,000. On top of that, he also secured a settlement for our minor child that was over and above the limits of our policy.
Throughout our case Woody kept us informed of what was going on and always answered any questions we had.

As a mother who has been in the trenches both professionally and a mother fighting the war on drugs, found herself with a son who for over a decade fighting prison and addiction. As a last ditch effort (after all went wrong) my son again was on the wrong side. I have had society telling me to walk away. As a mother it is not easy. It took me almost a month trying to say, "walk away", throw the keys away, be done!! Then one morning early I got up and said no!! I will find someone for once who will support me!! I did just exactly that!! I was scared to death!!! But this time I knew I could not do it alone!!! I found Woody White. I thought he would be just like all the others in the past! Get it done and over with, put my son in prison, let me take your monies and then be done with you and your addict son! This is a decade of a sick young man who is good when sober. If you are reading this, you know that I speak the truth. This was in fact the total opposite of Mr. White. He knew the pain in my eyes, on my face, as well as his staff. They felt the tears and heartache! They treated me and my son like we were family. Mr. White and his staff never judged my son nor myself. They knew he came from a good home. A family of tenants in my rental house stopped paying rent. I
googled Wilmington attorneys and had the good fortune to call David Collins. Although he told me his office does not do evictions, David took the time to give me direction and told me many attorneys do not do evictions. The forms are readily available at the office of the clerk of court and are not a terribly complicated process so that individuals can do it themselves. he said to call him if I ran into any road blocks and we could do a consultation then if necessary. His advice very helpful.

I can't begin to put into words how lucky I feel to have been represented by Ashley Smith in my divorce and custody case. Ashley cares about her clients and during what was easily the scariest and most difficult time in my life, I was able to focus on what mattered, protecting my 7 yr old daughter, myself, work, and keeping a straight head knowing I had Ashley on my side to quickly navigate and provide outstanding advise during a chaotic time. She believed in me and was always available and immediately got back to me the numerous times I had to contact her. I was prepared most importantly for the 2 times we had to go in front of a judge and was calm on the stand because I listened to Ashley's advise. I cannot say enough about Ms. Ashley Smith. She is the eye of the storm. The part in the middle that is calm and stable while there is chaos spinning all around. Some of us, like me show up in her office vulnerable, clueless, scared, hopeless the list goes on. Ashley is not your therapist nor is she going to tell you everything will be fine but what she will do is listen, focus, instruct, compile, answer every single question, guide you. Kevin did an outstanding job with my case, he was great at communicating and explaining everything that was going to happen. He was always there when I needed him and alway returned my calls or emails in a timely manner. He will have your back and give you the best result in my opinion. When I was arrested my bond was outrageous but Kevin was able to get it SIGNIFICANTLY lowered. I consulted with numerous lawyers concerning a scenario that was ongoing. I hired Bruce Mason after reading about his selection to Super Lawyers for several consecutive years, and meeting with him. My situation compares to being lost in the jungle only to find a lion who becomes my aegis. I no longer suffered from noctambulation or constant worry because Bruce Mason was superb. He is breviloquent and eloquent simultaneously and has substantive work ethic and integrity. He is also well respected by his peers, and I suspect his intellect far surpasses that of most lawyers. If you have something going on that is incredibly important to you, I suggest hiring him. He can handle difficult cases with ease. He certainly left me in a better place after winning my case, and the only thing I would change about him is not having been in the situation I was in to begin with to need someone like him. I wish the world had more people like him in it.

Even though I was an out of state client and had estate issues in 2 other states, they worked diligently to make sure all of my issues were resolved. I never had a problem in contacting them or getting my questions answered. I was satisfied with how they handled my mom's estate and I would highly recommend them to anyone. After years of stress and worry not being able to get ahead things got bad! Buying groceries on credit etc.. James Price and Pam relieved so much stress off of me, I wondered why I did not do this sooner! The laws are there to use for our benefit, but most people don’t realize it! When my daughter needed a lawyer in Wilmington , she chose Melissa Collins to represent her and I'm glad she did. Her case, which included multiple charges thanks to the over eager downtown police, were able to be taken care of with a voluntary dismissal after a year. She was determined and actually cared about my daughter, always answering emails and phone calls right away and reassuring us both along the way. No question was too annoying for her and we asked a lot of questions and were quite concerned about the situation . And the price was very reasonable. In April I had an emergent situation come up and had to file for custody after previously not having to have an order. In addition, I was having to do so from 2 hours away. Ms. Loshinsky was great from the start. She was always prompt when returning my calls and emails and worked very hard to get the final outcome that I was hoping for. She did her best to make sure that I wasn't having to make unnecessary trips to and from Wilmington, etc. I know that during this process I probably drove her crazy, if I did, she never hinted at it. Sarah went above and beyond on my intense high conflict child support and custody case. She explained things thoroughly without making me feel silly about being so stressed and worried. I could tell she took the necessary focus and time to my case to assure we held the highest ground in that courtroom as my case even went to trial. I had so much false accusations and slander being thrown my way and Sarah made sure I remained calm through the process.
