We have used Mr. Newman, for our Estate planning, our Wills, Health care proxy, Living
Will and other documents required under Florida Law, to protect our estate. We found

I set up three interviews for a bankruptcy attorney, after meeting with all three i felt i made a good choice, by bankruptcy was effected by a tax issue, caused by the short sale of my home unfortuantely, the attorney that represented me had a conflict with the bank and myself, needless to say i wa illinformed to say the least. Miss Bucci has a master in taxation, which honestly i did not realize what that meant, but the bank attorney and closing agent was not happy with the way Miss Bucci knew the law and was able to save us thousands

I hired Mr Wolk for a traffic ticket I received in an accident. I have known him for many years and knee how capable he was as a defense lawyer when I worked for law enforcement. I didn't pay attention when I received a ticket for running a red light. I went into collection not to mention my license was suspended. I contacted Mr Wolk after finding out that the ticket was into collection and my license was suspended. Not only did he get my license back but I owed over $1,000.00 because of the collection and fines for my license and paid so much less. I can not thank Mr. Wolk enough for all that he did for me. My brother and I retained Mr. Trantilis after my father passed away. Prior to his passing we had entered into a contract to sell his Wilton Manors condo. I spoke to a few area lawyers, all who doubted the ability to close on the sale on the contracted date. Mr. Trantilis’ legal assistant, Brett LaGrow told us it was not impossible but it would be a challenge. It was clear that Brett was well versed in Florida law and would work diligently as we raced the clock. There is no doubt in my mind that we were able to close as contracted because of the hard work of Mr. Trantilis’ hard working team, especially Brett. They quoted us fees that were in line or lower than the other attorneys we interviewed. There were no surprise charges or hidden fees and they made a hard situation a little bit easier. Had we missed our contracted close date our buyers would have had a mess as they had to be out of their rental, the possessions would have had to go into storage and it would have cost them thousands of dollars and it would have been a major headache. Dean Trantalis is wonderful. I have known Dean for years. He has worked with my family and me on several occasions primarily real estate related. He is someone whom I have always trusted and has always had my best interest at heart. His work ethic is top notch.
Most recently, Dean represented me in a civil domestic case. I truly needed an advocate in my corner. He was so helpful and understanding. Outstanding attorney. Hired her to handle a probate matter, and found her to be honest and trustworthy. Probate takes forever, and there are a thousand hoops to jump through, but Ilene made sure everything was done properly so at the end of the day the case got wrapped up with no problems. Her fees were more than reasonable. Would strongly recommend her for any probate case.

I retained Ms. Schnall to handle the probate of my father's estate. Once we were a bit into it, I found her to be petulant and the giver of poor advice. Even though I believe she is not worth what she charged, once involved with her it made more financial sense to take matters to their conclusion. I think. Perhaps not. Beware of getting into long, seemingly innocuous chats with her that she initiates. You are always being charged and my lasting impression was that she will attempt to generate that type of revenue for herself.

Just finished putting the Bar complaints in the mail.
Ed dropped the ball BIG TIME by failing to turn in documents on time. He covered this up with lies until we called him out on it, at which point his communication became evasive or he'd flat out ignore us.
We hired another attorney who reached out to Ed for our files, ledger, and remaining retainer and Ed is refusing to comply after 5 weeks of requests.

Neil Kolner is the epitome of a sorry lawyer. He is so lazy and takes time to see or contact his client. He charged my family 15 thousand dollars and submit bare bone papers. Even after we lost trial, he wouldn't take responsibility for not submitting our evidence. This man is so unprofessional
