I called Mike to help me set up a plan for my wife and i so that our daughter would be taken care of. I have to admit it was easier than i thought. i had tried an online trust creator and got totally confused. Mike and his staff made sure we understand everything as we went through the process.

She is the kind of lawyer put her heart into your case. She works extremely hard on your case. She lives on her professional reputation. My previous lawyer just take your money and do nothing on your case. Jeanne is very professional and ethical. I am very lucky to have her as my attorney. Also, her fee is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this lawyer.

My relationship with attorney Jeanne Collachia is ideal. She has been 100 per cent truthful and forthcoming in all our interactions. She is impressively literate and concise in her correspondance relating to my legal situation and has always been timely in her communications with me. It has been apparent from the beginning that Jeanne has put my concerns and my situation at the forefront of her activities on my behalf, rather than the eventual financial result of my case. .

I was unjustly accused of stealing a church that I started and managed for many years, out of envy and greed, I was lied against, taken to court and lost due to carelessness on the part of my attorney, on the basis of lies, then I hired Jeanne who researched the case and wrote a brief, she and her team worked on this case tiredlessly, she took it like a personal case while comforting me all the way. she exude so much confidence I was so impressed at her mastery of the case, it was as if she had been part of the case all along, she would update me on a regular basis, she fought the case like a bull, and the judgment was overturned. I later understand that not a lot of attorney specialise in Appeal case. this woman is good I recommend her greatly.

I'm not sure whether he is a scammer or just a bad human who preys on people when they are in stressful, unfamiliar situat llbworked with me from the time of my accident in May of 2022 up until December of 2022. He told me to book all these doctor visits and that they'd be covered by her insurance. The last thing he said was that we were just waiting to see if they would pay the amount he requested. Then he stopped responding entirely until I commented on his Instagram page. After that he sent an aggressive message saying that he is retired and that he'd told me this multiple times, which is a lie.

Michele L. Varanese was hired by the executor of my parents living trust upon their deaths. It was a basic trust, uncontested. It took her over three years for our final disbursement. all the while she was on the "payroll". Ms. Varanese was never available to meet with us, not even once. She took weeks to return phone calls with excuses that she was on vacation or was sick. She has no secretary. Many times she told us the check would be mailed on a certain date, and that date would come and go. Months passed until she gave us the next deadline, which also passed with no check. This went on for over three years!

How Much Does a Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring a lawyer varies widely based on several factors:

  • Fee Structures:
    • Hourly Rate:
Lawyers may charge anywhere from $150 to $500 or more per hour, depending on experience and location.
    • Flat Fee:
For routine legal services like drafting a will or handling an uncontested divorce, lawyers might offer a flat fee.
    • Retainer Fee:
An upfront payment against which the lawyer bills hourly fees.
    • Contingency Fee:
Common in personal injury cases; the lawyer receives a percentage (typically 25% to 40%) of any settlement or award.
    • Monthly Retainer:
For ongoing services, businesses might pay a monthly fee for a set number of hours or services.
  • Factors Affecting Cost:
    • Complexity of the Case:
More complex cases require more time and resources, increasing costs.
    • Lawyer's Experience:
Highly experienced lawyers may charge higher fees.
    • Geographic Location:
Legal fees can vary significantly by region or city.
    • Additional Expenses:
Court filing fees, expert witness fees, travel expenses, and administrative costs may be extra.
  • Estimating Total Costs:
Request a detailed fee agreement outlining all potential costs.
Discuss any additional expenses that may arise during the case.
  • Negotiating Fees:
Some lawyers may be willing to negotiate fees or offer payment plans, especially for clients with financial constraints.

For those who cannot afford legal services, some lawyers or legal aid organizations offer services at reduced rates or for free.
