Lisa is phenomenal. My daughter was charged with reckless driving in Virginia just after graduating college. We were very anxious since my daughter was interviewing for jobs and a misdemeanor would hurt her chances. Lisa told us exactly what to do to help get the charge reduced. She was ALWAYS available when I called or texted. Weekends, dinner time, didn’t matter, she responded. She got the charge dismissed. I’m so glad we hired Lisa!

Let me start off by saying THANK YOU again Mr. Sandler. I needed to file for bankruptcy quickly and searched for a lawyer to help. I was at a crossroad not knowing which way to go towards moving forward on my divorce.I had separated from my ex -wife and was living in an apartment and paying for a mortgage and all bills of a house that I was not living in.The ex-wife did not want to cooperate with me in trying to be reasonable with the mortgage and bills for the house.I had spoken with several attorneys and I started out with an attorney in the office with Ms.Allen and I was later referred to Mr.Erickson.I spoke to Mr.Erickson and explained my situation to him as to what was going on. He advised me that I could start the process and move forward or I could sit back and wait and do nothing and keep paying out money and letting the ex-wife play games.I waited for awhile and then I decided to move forward on the separation and divorce process.I called Mr.Erickson later and told hom let's start the process.Mr.Erickson took me from the beginning to the ending of the separation and divorce process.I was standing to take a big lost during the process.However,the only big loss I took was the ex-wife getting half of my retirement in which I had already knew that no matter which way the process went that shevwould be entitled to that after being married for 30+ years.On the other hand,Mr.Erickson was able to get other monies for me for bills,insurances,personal items and I also got a FATCHECK when the ex-wife brought me out for the house.Mr. Erickson was very knowledgeable and professional all along the way during my process.Granted that even though I had to pay my legal fees,I will say that Mr.Erickson was able to get me over $200,000 in my pocket when everything was said and done.Based on my situation from the beginning and in the middle it didn't seem like I would come out on top.
I am very pleased with the outcome and have started a new journey in life thanks to Mr.Erickson.

Mr. Andrew is a wonderful lawyer. I had a DWI case in Alexandria Virginia. I had Mr Criado as my lawyer and he was honest and straightforward with me about my case. He layout a plan how he will approach my case and went over all the possibilities with me. He managed to bring the charges to a reckless driving with out a license suspension. He is the best lawyer i have ever had. Mr Criado is a lawyer you want to have with you at your court day.

I was told to get a lawyer by three staffs of the county jail house because of the severity of my case. I researched through the internet and came across a few but the moment i spoke to Andrew i knew he was the man who could get me out of my troubles
He was very professional from the first day i called him to represent me in a case to the last day of my trial. He kept on encouraging me to hold and and fight the case, he told me he was ready to fight my case to my satisfaction. Even though it took more than a year, he kept encouraging me to hold on.
He advised me not to rush to accept anything the DA throws at me just because i was desperate. True to his words, he was able to get the case reduced substantially. l was facing jail time, 12 months suspension of driving privileges, $2500 court fines and a whole lot of other things. He was able to beat the case to just $250 court fines.
Even when the case was pending in court for more than a year, he kept on checking on me to see how i was doing.
He is a good man and very professional

Nichols Zauzig, and in particular Cassandra Chin, has handled my family law situation for several complicated cases. Initially, I attended a seminar given by Mr. Nichols and he gave me confidence that the firm works hard for their clients. This proved to be especially true regarding Ms Chin. She is extremely well versed in Virginia family law, devotes the needed time and energy to the case, and far out classed the opposing counsel. She kept me well informed of the status of my case, presented options of how best to proceed, and every time we had a discussion I felt better about where I stood. I highly recommend Nichols Zauzig and specifically Ms Chin for any family law situation.

Cassandra Chin came highly recommended and I’m grateful for the recommendation. I retained her services for a post-divorce custody issue and both her and her whole team are smart, responsive, realistic, compassionate, and just so good at what they do. You're in excellent, highly capable hands from start to finish. Questions are always answered. I always knew exactly what was going on in our case. And you can tell just how respected she is in her field. Our case was resolved fairly and efficiently. It sounds odd to say when you are dealing with family law, but I enjoyed my time working with Cassandra and her team. While I hope to not have to retain her services again (knock on wood), I would 100% be a repeat client.

I was given Nichols Zauzig a few years ago as I contemplated a divorce. I’m thankful that I had their number because I suddenly needed them. My ex had her attorney send me an email telling me she wanted a divorce. Cassandra Chin urged me to try to work out a settlement agreement with my ex, but it is no surprise we couldn’t work anything out ourselves.
Just before we went into a settlement meeting between the 2 attorneys and my ex, my ex pulled her original (untenable) offer and submitted an offer even worse.
Cassandra called me before sending me the new offer and and told me not to worry because the new offer was against Virginia statute in several areas. She assured me that I would do better than the original offer my ex had just pulled. She was absolutely correct in her assessment. We got a much better deal and made a few nominal concessions early in the meeting that paid dividends later.
Though I got divorced later in life and my ex had no savings or investments of her own, I will be able to retire thanks in no small part to Cassandra’s guidance. I thought we worked well together and I owe my future to her.

Over the past 12 years Mr Jacobs has handled many business and personal matters for myself, my family and my friends. Recommending someone is always something I am hesitant about because your opinion is subjective, but not in this case. Business matters are something if not handled well can be easily be dealt with, simply fire the person and move on. But personal matters are hard and the majority of the time you only get one shot to get it right. Hiring the "Best and Most Qualified Person" can be difficult because your case needs to be handled correctly, sincerely and by someone you can trust and today that is a tall order and one that is not easy to fill. Mr Jacobs handled issues for my sister as she was facing the end of her life due to cancer. He was kind and caring, he told her that she may be able to take her case forward but he asked her if "spending her last days going to court to win money would that truly be "Worth" the time she had left" , and of course her answer was "No". But, many other lawyers might have opted for the large pay off from her case. I have since recommended him to three friends that have been in accidents and he has handled their cases so well they have said they received "more then they thought they ever would". Like I stated in the beginning, it is hard to recommend ,,,but Mr Jacobs is an exception!

I was referred to Mike after a drunk driver hit me in November 2013. Mike was able to assist me with both the insurance companies. He was knowledgeable, down to earth, and friendly. Best of all he wasn't the normal no personality attorney, (excuse the bow-tie, I think its just his thing). In the end, I got more than I had expected I would. If you have a personal injury claim, you would be well served to use Mike.

Hiring Andrew Taylor as my attorney was the best decision I made when filing for divorce. My case was complicated, including numerous filings and hearings leading to a multi-day trial related to my divorce, child custody and support. He also handled my J&DR Court hearings to secure a Protective Order for my children and I. Andrew knows the law thoroughly and his experience in the courtroom meant he gave me very sound advice. After trying diligently to settle with the other side, it became clear we would have to go to trial. This meant months strategically prioritizing and timing the work on discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, coordination with the Guardian Ad Litem (GAL), minor children testifying to the judge in chambers, and supplementary legal negotiations. Andrew and his paralegal, Shannon, expertly managed all of this. They are truly good people and a delightful team: I trust them implicitly.
