In July of 2024, I was involved in a 3 car accident that could have gone terribly wrong. I was mailed multiple citations that would have ended my driving privileges. Also in the mail was an advertisement from Mr. Katz Law Office. Thank God I decided to acquire him, beacuse he was able to get all tickets dismissed due to negligence. The small fee was worth it. I'd rather have him fighting for me than to go in alone not knowing what my fate will be. I always say, money comes and goes, so pay for good representation to keep that cycle running.

Accused of rolling stop sign. Pulled over and issued 3 points plus the $171 ticket. Elliott told me he'd do his best to have the ticket reduced to no points and I'd still pay the fine. I am good with that. Day of the hearing - he calls - case dismissed entirely. No points. No ticket ever existed according to record now. #LEGEND - Best Chester County traffic attorney hands down. On May 30th, 2024 I was involved in an automobile accident.
The State Police Officer, who investigated wrote a ticket on me based on a witness who said I was speeding.
I had received a brochure in the mail from the law firm of Ellis B Klein and Associates stating that they would represent me incourt, and that I did not need to be present at the hearing.
My case was finally heard today and needless to say I was found not guilty and the potential 3 points were not put on my driving record.
I would definitely recommend this law firm .

Dan has been on point and engaged since day one. On his very first assessment of my case I could tell that he was motivated to fight for me and my interests and he clearly identified the areas where I had been wronged. As a matter of fact, when he represented me in court, I stated to him that he represented me with more integrity, attention and fervor in the one morning at court than my former attorney had done for the last couple of years. I was in a dispute with a private disability company a few years back and Scott’s help was absolutely invaluable to my win in the dispute. Throughout the years Scott would help out in this matter from time to time and I sincerely credit his help as the biggest factor in keeping me from feeling totally alone in the dispute. To provide some context, we ran into a situation back in the beginning of spring of '14 where we had worked with a public adjuster and restoration company to take care of some minor damage from a roof leak.
Long story short, the public adjuster ran off with what my insurance company paid out for the restoration services. After a lot of back and forth (almost 2 yrs), we could no longer contact the adjuster -- and neither could the restoration company. Unfortunately, the restoration company then started going after us for a significant amount owed to them. To add to the stress, we just recently welcomed our second child to our family, so needless to say, this bill was unexpected and certainly led to an extremely stressful time. Thankfully, my aunt recommended that we seek the guidance of Elliot as she had used him previously.
As soon as we connected with Elliot, he immediately started familiarizing himself with our situation and laid out a course of action. Unlike some other professionals -- whether it be another lawyer, doctor, etc. -- we didn't feel like just a number to Elliot. He really took the time to listen and understand our situation and by knowing that, he really helped alleviate some of our worries.
Once ready, he then began mediating conversations between the restoration company and ourselves. This eventually lead to him negotiating on our behalf and taking any worry out of our hands.
When all was said and done, he helped negotiate something that was fair for both parties, so it would still provide money for the restoration company's services as well as greatly reduce the financial burden this would have had on our family at the time.
So Would I recommend Elliot? Of course. 100% yes. He has helped out my family twice over the past few years and like I mentioned above, he was truly invested in our situation. My wife and I can't thank him enough for what he's done for us.

These guys are crooks they wanted to consolidate my dept I did have a lot one was already at a lawsuit stage the other three where not they did nothing I settled three of them myself and saved myself alot of money the other one I could of settle with automatic payments for full amount before they filed a lawsuit which is what I should of done but lindner talked me out of it saying how they could beat them and yes I have them on recording saying it so I listened they ended up dropping it and now I have to send the other lawyer a check each month I paid lindner 17000 dollars to screw me over on a 15000 dollar case I asked for only 2 third of my money back since I settled the other 3 myself now the won't return my calls so now I'm in touch with another law firm out there to go after full amount and damages stay far far away from here

My case needed to go to court for elder issue. Henry was a disaster. He came unprepared . When he was asked to address witnesses he stalled so much that the judge had to constantly prompted him. Never did any research. Never prepared our witness, told just keep talking.
