After calling around Youngstown seeking assistance regarding a real estate matter, and getting nowhere (except for leaving callback voice mails) I finally reached Crystal, the very capable assistant in Mr. Zomoida's office. She asked for some details regarding the case and said she would get back to me. An hour later, much to my surprise and pleasure, she got back to me, and said she had researched the case and reviewed it with Mr. Zomoida, and the had the information that I needed.
My experience with Mr. Zomoida's office firmly sets it apart from other law offices in the area where I have met with absence of interest and lack of follow through.

John was very easy to work with. When i came to him i was a nervous wreck. He put my mind at ease very quickly with his knowledge. 2 weeks ago I got pulled over for a minor infraction just to find out I had a warrant for my arrest in Trumbull County from 6 yrs ago. It was Friday night and everything was closed! I couldn't for the life of me figure out where these charges stemmed from. The next day, after a night gripped with fear, I decided I'd better at least try calling some law offices and maybe God would lead me to the right one and someone would answer or call me back. The 1st message I left was with Ron Yarwood and he ended up being the only attorney to call me back the very next day on Sunday! I couldn't believe it. I didn't retain him that day because I thought these charges were going to be a mistake and I was trying to save money, but he heard me out and didn't cut me off. The next day I called the magistrates office and the Police Depart, and found out I was facing a Felony. I was sick to my stomach, sitting at work suffering in silence and fighting back tears. I asked for a personal day and went home to search for attorney that I could afford because I didn't have that much money and I was still holding out hope this would just get dismissed. It had been almost 6 years and no crime was actually committed, it was just an attempt to commit an offense. I called tons of attorneys, and if your reading this you'll know what I'm talking about when I say they only cared about the money, not about me. Long story short, I found an attorney(not Yarwood) and things went downhill, fast. He wouldn't listen to me or do any research on the facts I was giving him. He was dismissive of me. At this point, I new I was in trouble and I knew it was time to search for another attorney. It's 8am Monday(3 days ago) on my way to work, leaving msgs yet again. Once again only Yarwood called me back! I told him my charges and what has been happening this far and I had a hearing scheduled this Thursday. He said let's meet today so I took off work(again) and drove to his office. Ron came right down to meet me and led me to the conference room. At this point, I was exhausted, not sleeping and not trusting anyone. Atty Yarwood didn't sugarcoat anything for me and got right to the point. He looked at all the facts and right away went in to what his defenses would be.(thats right, i said defenses, plural!) I tried not talk much because I wanted to hear what he had say and I didn't have time to waste. Immediately, he picked up on crucial details that I had been begging my attorney(at the time) to look at to no avail. Even though I had not hired Ron Yarwood yet, he didn't hold back one bit of what his defenses would be. Atty Yarwood said it is important that we become a team, which resonated with me because I never heard an attorney talk like that before and that we need to trust each other... And that he's not a hand holder lol(which I didn't need)...however, I needed someone who will fight. After an hour meeting, which he never looked at his watch 1 time and I never felt rushed, I knew he was the one. My feelings were that he was honest and became an attorney for all the right reasons, so I googled him immediately. Everything he told me was true. Yesterday morning(8/16) I ran him over a check at 730 am. We talked for another hour and I just expected him to take my money and I'd be on my way. Not Ron, he pulled out a white board and went over exactly how this process would go and went over every possibility of how this could play out. I left feeling great and confident he had my back and I really could trust him. Fast forward 24 hours later...I'm sitting in the courtroom at my preliminary hearing, sick..again. Ron pops in just let me know he's there and he'd come back in shortly. 30 to 45 minutes later he grabs my dad and I and tells us to follow him outside where he tells us the charges are going to be dismissed! What!! Ron came in prepared and ready to go all the way for me. I am so grateful to him and I couldn't wait to write this review! Thank you Ron!!! Call Ron Yarwood!!

Attorney Yarwood could not be recommended more highly. He represented me in a DUI case, and the amount that he was able to get the charges reduced was nothing more than a miracle. I knew from the beginning that he genuinely cared about me and the outcome of this case. Todd did a really easy divorce for me. I paid up front, he told me what would happen and he was right. He made it easy. He was referred by a family member of mine. The only thing I didn't like is that he rarely returns calls on more complicated matters. So now the people that referred him to me are in a big nasty mess, because he doesn't seem to have time to get back to people that really need help. Just saying.......maybe a little lazy?

I needed to speak to an attorney regarding a financial issue with my parents. It was Ohio specific, but I was initially unable to get an attorney either online or even using the consultation set up by Avvo. Until Todd Horlick called me. He was able to answer my questions and when I was finished, he let me ask a few follow up questions. He was polite and never rushed me. I would highly recommend him.

In 2010 I found myself being charged with 6 felonies. I had never even had a speeding ticket and didn’t know the difference between a felony and a misdemeanor. I literally chose Attorney Smith at random out of the phone book. He not only met me for case discussion but also made sure to keep every meeting and/or scheduled meeting with the police, as well as attended every court hearing. In the end, my original charges (6 felonies) were all reduced to 1 Disorderly Conduct, a 4th degree misdemeanor. To say he is anything but a Godsend would be an insult. I will recommend Attorney Smith to anyone who is looking for an attorney and I will not hesitate to call him if need be in the future. Thank you for genuinely caring for your clients and not just practicing for a paycheck!

Ross represented me years ago for a criminal case and to say the least he got me a deal that i thought was impossible!! During that case he even went to lisbon and got a driving charge dismissed for nothing!! This man ran into my mother and sister and she had her 2 children with her at apple bees he came over said hello to them as a professional does then when my mother went to pay the bill she was told he had paid it already!! People who complain about her pricing, truly mind-blowing! People should NOT bargain shop when trying to fight for custody of their children, the outcome will be less than desired.
Over the last year, Lynn has given me 110% during a very stressful custody case. A case that involved my children being taken to Florida without me knowing and false abuse accusations. Attorney Ryan Ingram is one of the smartest men I've ever met.
I ran into some legal trouble on the worst day of my life, and he heard me out as a human and not just an attorney doing his job. He was relentless in getting me a significant reduction from what my charges would have been, by explaining my position to the prosecutor and judge, and tirelessly working far beyond what the monetary value of my payments were. I could honestly say I'd trust Ryan Ingram with any and every legal situation. He knows the law, he's hard working, and over all a good person. I truly cant thank him enough, he did such an impeccable job that I still feel indebted to him. He absolutely went above and beyond, and for a very reasonable rate.
A google review simply isn't enough to explain how vital it is for you to hire him if you need a lawyer. Do yourself a favor, give him a call, and meet with the guy, and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.

Attorney Lanzo is a very professional Lawyer who will not lie to you . After meeting him i hired him to represent me for a DUI case in 2007. I was young and i took the breathalyzer test and did not know any better. He told me if i had not taken the breathalyzer test he could have had the charges dropped because i passed the field sobriety test. He also got me everything i asked for no points on my license minimum fines and no DUI on my record. Ive know Attorney Lanzo for some years now and i would not hire anyone else. Hes intelligent well spoken very personable and will go to war for you in the court room !!!

Counselor Czopur was extremely helpful to me when I needed help with an Ohio traffic ticket in a court five hours away from my home.
I was in the middle of an 9 hour drive from the hospital at which I am an attending, to where my family was gathering for Thanksgiving. On the Ohio turnpike, a massive snow squall suddenly dropped an inch of wet sloppy snow in about five seconds. Fortunately, I was able to slow gently - but still ended up sliding into a ditch. The highway patrol was very helpful, but still issued me a 1 point ticket for sliding into the ditch (apparently that's standard Ohio turnkpike practice).
The officer explained that I could contest the ticket, and was told that, given the circumstances largely out of my control, that it would be straighforward to do so. The problem is the court that corresponded to where I slid into the ditch, was five hours away from where I was living. So making a ten-hour round trip to come to court repeatedly, to go through the motions of contesting the ticket, was not at all practical.
Instead, I looked up (on this website!) traffic lawyers, and called the office of DeGenova & Yarwood as the nearest high-rated lawyer. Counselor Yarwood actually picked up the phone personally and was very helpful, and referred me to Counselor Czopur. Counselor Czopur was extremely helpful the entire way through, kept me completely updated each step of the way, was extremely polite, respectful, and informative, and took care of the whole thing for me, including multiple court visits over two months, for one flat rate, successfully reducing the one point ticket to a no-point, non-moving violation fine.
It was annoying to get a traffic ticket for sliding into a ditch because of a sudden snow squall, but I got excellent help taking care of this annoyance. I would fully recommend Counselor Czopur. Thank you very much, Counselor!

The reception woman needs a serious attitude adjustment.
Clients should not be treated as if they are disrupting her whole day, when walking into, or calling, the office.
Clients are already in some type of dire straights, (hence needing an attorney), and do not need to have a person treat them so rudely.
If it had happened in one instance, out of several encounters, that could be overlooked. But I, and other clients I know, have experienced the same awful attitude in each instance, around half of a dozen times.
It is difficult to believe that the attorneys in the firm would tolerate her abhorrent behavior and treatment of their clients. Perhaps they were never informed of her bad attitude.
Other than that, the lawyers and their legal expertise has been very good and I reccomend them for your legal needs.

My admiration for Atty. Limbian is superior to any attorney anywhere. He is well educated. Determined, motivated and compassionate. He is focus on the best for his clients. Because of Atty. Limbian on Dec 15th, 2011 the court ordered that custody of my 4 and 5 year old sons be given to me. Atty Limbian is also my criminal lawyer. I was incarcerated and was brought home 6 months early on

She was able to get my case reduced from a 4th degree misdemeanor to what boils down to a minor traffic ticket in short order. She was very confident and professional. She made sure that I was fully aware and understood in laments terms what I had been charged with the consequences associated with that charge if I was to be found guilty and the plea deal that she had worked out with the prosecutors office.
