Mark and Allyson make such a great team and are very knowledgeable! Mr. Gober is straightforward with how the process works and what all is needed. They are very welcoming and listen to your needs and concerns. After speaking with Mark my mind was definitely at ease. Allyson is always so sweet and always taking the time to answer calls and questions. She truly cares for their clients needs and is always there to help in anyway she can. I can’t forget Piper, the office cat either. She is a member of the team and family as well and is always there to greet everyone as they come in. I chose Ms. O Mailia, with others from the internet, reached out to all and she was the one who followed up in a timely manner. Throughout the whole process she responded quickly using the online portal and, having this portal, I was kept in the loop every step of the way even I am from out of state.
Kate is knowledgeable and presented her ideas and requests in a very supportive way. She is diligent, analytical and very resourceful. She was extremely well prepared and had me well prepared, all the while communicating with me empathetically. She cares about her clients.
She has a reasonable fee with an extremely transparent billing system.
She assured me, yet did not tell me we would win. Throughout it all she remained confident and calm and we won!

I have never met a more “work for you” lawyer in my life.

I was in a heterosexual marriage for almost 17 years with two girls involved. I was Gay and coming out and knew I needed the best legal representation due to the stigma and disagreement by many. I loved my two girls and it was no surprise to my ex-wife. Candace Peeples was the best in representation one could have for such circumstances. While I can she calmed me down several times when I wanted to "react", she assured me that I could trust her through this process if I let her do her job. I can tell you today that she is the absolute best one could have for legal needs and representation. After 4 years, I still use her for various reasons when in need. She and her competent staff are beyond professional and very astute not only of the laws, but also caring for their clients.

Without going into too much detail about my case, I was in a jam and for reasons beyond our control Ruth and I met for the first time just 5 minutes before the trial date of a custody hearing. This was a 5 year old case that had gone completely off the rails due in large part to an error in judgement I had made years earlier and then further exacerbated by an over zealous guardian ad liatem that I had asked to be appointed on my daughter's behalf. The GAL had completely convinced herself that she was right in figuring out that I had done something wrong even when all the evidence before her pointed to the contrary. With 5 minutes to prep Ruth on the most significant points of the case, we developed a strategy that took the legs right out from under the narrative being pushed forth by the GAL and the judge was wise enough to see through the clutter. My version of events made sense to what was known and did not require the leaps, jumps, and assumptions that were needed for the other. The truth can be stubborn like that sometimes. The odds were stacked against me but within minutes of having just met, Ruth understood the complexity of this case, comprehended the flaws in the GAL's logic and orchestrated a momentum shift that ended in a complete reversal of the tides. We won the case. Mind...Blown... Very impressed. The good guys won today. Thanks Ruth

I contacted Ruth Robinson on a Saturday regarding a warrant that was issued for failure to appear. On Monday, she filed a notice of appearance as my attorney and filed a motion to have the warrant recalled. The court told her they’d recall the warrant and set a new court date. Ruth was very professional, diligent, and went above and beyond for me. She listened to everything I told her, requested me to send her several screenshots and filed the necessary paperwork to get the warrant recalled and a new court date. Amazing and highly recommended if you want or need someone who is passionate about practicing law and treating you like you’re a priority.

I don't know if I can properly articulate just how good of a lawyer Tonya is, but I'll try. She represented me in a custody case that dragged out for almost a year and a half. Today, I won custody of my daughter! Even after putting a HUGE obstacle in her way, Tonya was able to win the best possible outcome for my daughters best interest and facilitated reunification after my baby was kept from me for over a year! This woman is worth every penny and she WILL get results!

I could not have had a better experience having to have an estate probated. Joe provided names, numbers, addresses of everyone I needed to contact. He then contacted all others. I know I was a pest sometimes but Joe never showed any impatience with me. I will definitely be coming to Joe to write me a new will and would recommend him to all of my friends. I hired Mr. Alsobrook for criminal defense in late 2023/early 2024. He attended two hearings.
For the first, he arrived 15 minutes late. No further issues occurred.
For the second, Mr. Alsobrook was at the courthouse but late for my hearing, to the ire of the judge. In Mr. Alsobrook’s absence, multiple court staff commented that he is known for being difficult to work with. Once he returned, the hearing proceeded without further issues.
Afterward, Mr. Alsobrook advised me to obtain interlock device at my expense, which he said was required. He also commented on another client in a negative manner.
I later learned from the court that an interlock device was not required, as the law had changed six months prior. His office denied that he ever misinformed me and placed the blame on me for following Mr.
Alsobrook’s advice. Following Mr.
Alsobrook’s advice caused me about $500 in unnecessary personal expenses and additional complications that had to be solved by a court magistrate.
These things said, Mr. Alsobrook spoke well on my behalf during the hearings. His experience was evident.
Still, based on my experiences, I would not hire him again and cannot recommend his services.

When my brother died without a will, I was faced with settling his very complicated estate. After reading many resumes and reviews of probate attorneys from many firms, I wrote down several names and prayed to be directed to the right one. That turned out to be April Wise. Great choice! April is a likable and easy to talk to person. She is a good listener and put this anxious, older client at ease. But, most importantly, April is a knowledgeable attorney with a sharp legal mind who is very thorough in her work. She always knows exactly what to do no matter what comes up. Along the way, she breaks down the whole process nicely for you so that you can understand all the necessary probate steps and legal time frames. I live in Montgomery and called April for help will a will dispute. After talking to her briefly I was sure she would be an excellent choice. To my surprise when she found out the dispute was in Jefferson county she recommended another attorney who practiced in Jefferson county. She felt he would know the area judges better and be more suited for the job. I subsequently retained the attorney she recommended. She didn't make a dime and took the time and effort to help me. That's integrity, a rare commodity these days! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Aaron helped me with my contentious divorce. He communicated regularly with me, responded quickly to emails and phone calls, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. He didn't mind explaining things and answered all of my questions in detail.
Unfortunately, we had to go to trial (not at all his fault, the ex refused to negotiate a settlement) but Aaron did a great job for me. He was very calm and sure, and presented my case very well before the judge. In the end, I was awarded almost everything we asked for.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aaron for anyone needing his services.
