Without going into too much detail about my case, I was in a jam and for reasons beyond our control Ruth and I met for the first time just 5 minutes before the trial date of a custody hearing. This was a 5 year old case that had gone completely off the rails due in large part to an error in judgement I had made years earlier and then further exacerbated by an over zealous guardian ad liatem that I had asked to be appointed on my daughter's behalf. The GAL had completely convinced herself that she was right in figuring out that I had done something wrong even when all the evidence before her pointed to the contrary. With 5 minutes to prep Ruth on the most significant points of the case, we developed a strategy that took the legs right out from under the narrative being pushed forth by the GAL and the judge was wise enough to see through the clutter. My version of events made sense to what was known and did not require the leaps, jumps, and assumptions that were needed for the other. The truth can be stubborn like that sometimes. The odds were stacked against me but within minutes of having just met, Ruth understood the complexity of this case, comprehended the flaws in the GAL's logic and orchestrated a momentum shift that ended in a complete reversal of the tides. I contacted Ruth Robinson on a Saturday regarding a warrant that was issued for failure to appear. On Monday, she filed a notice of appearance as my attorney and filed a motion to have the warrant recalled. The court told her they’d recall the warrant and set a new court date. Ruth was very professional, diligent, and went above and beyond for me. She listened to everything I told her, requested me to send her several screenshots and filed the necessary paperwork to get the warrant recalled and a new court date. Amazing and highly recommended if you want or need someone who is passionate about practicing law and treating you like you’re a priority.

I don't know if I can properly articulate just how good of a lawyer Tonya is, but I'll try. She represented me in a custody case that dragged out for almost a year and a half. Today, I won custody of my daughter! Even after putting a HUGE obstacle in her way, Tonya was able to win the best possible outcome for my daughters best interest and facilitated reunification after my baby was kept from me for over a year! I could not have had a better experience having to have an estate probated. Joe provided names, numbers, addresses of everyone I needed to contact. He then contacted all others. I know I was a pest sometimes but Joe never showed any impatience with me. I will definitely be coming to Joe to write me a new will and would recommend him to all of my friends. Very unprofessional hung up the telephone on me. What lawyer writes a will and don’t keep a copy! Wrote my mom’s will and the whole thing has been a hot mess. He dropped the ball big time! He listened to all the lies my step sister told about me never once did he call to verify her statements. My stepsister got rid of all the furniture from my mom’s house and didn’t have an estate sale. This wanna be lawyer knew about it and did nothing. When I called his office to ask questions is when he hung up the phone on me. That was very unprofessional and unnecessary! His advice to me was hire and attorney. I live in Atlanta Georgia my mom lived in Adamsville Alabama. I’m told the office doesn’t even look like a law office. Beware Alabama save your money!!!!!!! Truly he deserves no stars!

I filed for a divorce with her and the whole process was horrible. My ex husband have a protection order out and it was never submitted with my divorce. Child support order was never submitted to clerk office so I don't get child support. The way divorce was wrote up no one can help but her and she refuse to help. Clerk office told me to contact her about enforcing divorce and she said she's not doing anything else to help with my case. I paid for services and I was willing to pay more if needed but no help. The language in my divorce is so confusing to the point that no one else wants to help. I feel like it was only done to hurry up the process. Don't recommend to young mothers with children.

AshLeigh Dunham is a very poor family law attorney. She's always
unprepared and lost in a hearing in which my ex-wife was not represented by an attorney. She tended to blame unfavorable
rulings on me even though she was the attorney. She constantly asked for more and more money despite losing just about every
hearing. She was outclassed by opposing counsel when my ex-wife retained him. She doesn't know how to litigate and should not be the attorney you use in a high conflict divorce.

We hired AshLeigh and her team to assist in our efforts to create a living will as well as to obtain the pre and post birth orders for our son who was recently delivered via surrogacy. AshLeigh is passionate about family law and worked diligently to get these tasks complete without missing any details. Our son was born during the national pandemic announcement on a Friday. Despite the courts having shut down early, she and her team worked tirelessly to ensure a timely execution of our post birth order.
