First impression was everything! Ashlee V. was insightful, strategic, and always gave lots of options, without pushing us into anything that we did not want. I have never needed a lawyer to represent me in the past, so this was my first experience. I bet that, along with fictional depictions of lawyers, a person's first experience with a lawyer probably colors how they generally think of them. If I am correct in that idea, then my idea of lawyers is that they are awesome. Levity aside, Ashlee and her firm (to include Sue, the paralegal) are fantastic. I was going through a divorce that was initially civil and was going to be a joint petition but my ex kept delaying for months. Eventually I had to hire an attorney and from day one Ashlee was attentive in understanding the particulars of my circumstances, my ideal outcome, and explaining to me what I could expect. I am the type who researches and ask questions. Ashlee was always available via their client portal and, once she realized my personality was to know the details, she provided explanations of everything happening along the way. I ended with a settlement that was in line with what I wanted. 100% without hesitation recommend.

Marshall Willick represented me in my child custody case. And he did an incredible job I seriously could not ask for a better lawyer. I had a huge hiccup with my previous one, and let's just say they really dropped the ball. I was actually refereed to Willicks office from my aunt that lives in Chicago from her lawyer. I had a consultation with them and I already felt 100xs better just by explaining my situation. Marshal Willick, wow…just so amazing! I don’t know 5 stars can cut it on my feelings for how well I feel Marshal handled my case. He exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Marshal and all the legal staff at the Willick Law Group. I hired them to assist me in a complicated family matter and they were simply amazing in their handling of my case. The paralegals are so knowledgeable too and the team approach they utilized was paramount in the success of my case. I wish, I had hired them to handle my legal case initially, as I feel so doing, I would have likely saved money. They will use their expertise to help the courts see the truth from the get-go, which is so important-so your ex can not use the courts to create legal issues that cost you dearly financially years after the fact. The latter is so important when leaving a toxic situation, in hopes of the start of a new life. Further, I found the Willick Firm to be very compassionate. I felt they cared about my case and they were very mindful of their billing, without compromising quality. I found Alyssa here through Avvo. I sent multiple personal and detailed messages regarding my horrific family law matter. After realizing how difficult child custody trials are, I was referred to Lorien for help with my case. Lorien was amazing from the start, she met with me and gave me insights on where my case stood at the time and what I could do to help win. Throughout the 8 months Lorien worked on my case, I was consistently given updates from her and her team and was always made to feel heard and validated. She took the time to make sure myself and witnesses were fully prepared for the trial date. On the day of the trial Lorien helped me stay calm and reassured during my testimony. Lorien was stern and clever when speaking on my behalf. After the trial was over, she talked to me and let me know of what to expect next. My high-conflict Ex had Filed for Divorce just as the Pandemic started and we went on Lock-down. I had questions because I didn't know if I even needed a lawyer. Lorien answered all of my questions for me, and offered me direction, before she even agreed to represent me. She represented and stood by me during my almost three years long, High Conflict Divorce & Custody battle that included numerous false allegations, false accusations, multiple false CPS cases, Extreme Parental Alienation, and multiple Smear Campaigns by my ex. Lorien always knew what to do each time something new was hurled at me, and she helped me prove everything to be false, so that my children were returned to me, while helping navigate me through the most difficult, heart wrenching, and stressful time of my life; as well as restoring my character and reputation, in court. We had 7 full days of trial, as well as many, many Hearings. She had many witnesses and expert witnesses testify, always on pointe when questioning witnesses, and never backing down to opposing counsel and all their shenanigans. Travis Clark was phenomenal in putting together my divorce package after I was served. He listened to what I would like to see happen. We developed a game plan that he perfectly executed. Worked with the opposing attorney to resolve conflicts and provide clarification on matters of concern. Travis's advise was invaluable. In the hour before seeing the judge a big last minute detail had to be worked out. It was expertly handled to my benefit. Kim Surratt is not only a great lawyer, she's a good person. She walked me through the hell that was my divorce, counseled me through the difficult decisions about the children, custody, child support, etc. and helped keep from going crazy when everything in my life was upside down. Divorces suck. There's no way around that. Having someone on my side that was empathetic to what I was going through, but was able to maintain a business mind about the whole thing was crucial to me making good decisions and not fighting just to fight because I was pissed. I've been back several times because of custody issues, and she's helped me navigate the ridiculousness of a crazy ex who happens to be the mother of my kids. I honestly don't think anyone could have done a better job.

Corinne Price with Fine, Carman, and Price Law Group is extremely knowledgeable regarding family law. During the consultation she walked me through the whole divorce process and suggested next steps. Her determination to get her clients the best deal is very evident in and out of the courtroom. She was able to quickly draw up and get me the parenting plan and child support I wanted. When my case ended up going to trial, Corinne came prepared with all the documents she needed. Because of this, the judge denied my ex-husband's request for spousal support. Kainen Law Group provided such comfort and stability during the most stressful and sad experience of my life. Specifically, Dara Marias was my emotional support attorney. She explained the entire process in a way that was easy to understand but not intimidating. Originally, my partner and I discussed mediation, but after hearing her speak about amicable divorce, it became clear that was the right choice for us. I am so grateful that she informed us of the option, and even though my partner and I were in fact amicable, I truly believe that it made the separation process much less contentious. On the same note, Dara gave honest advice and made even unpleasant statements sound tolerable. She gave awareness and guidance on issues I never would have thought of, and it was clear that she had invaluable experience. I have not used their services just called for a consultation. I was told that the consultation would be around $500 because they are consulting my individual case. Then to retain an attorney it would be around $10,000-$15,000. Not something that I can afford at this time.

Still, she is a no-nonsense lawyer who will give you homework and communicate with the court to let you know the status of your case. She explains court postings from eflex. My Ex threatened to bankrupt me. Tehan used the law to protect me. It wasn't painless, but what was done, she did in a way to provide the best outcome for me and my financial stability. Kelli Anne Viloria was our daughter's attorney in a very difficult divorce and financial settlement. She always knew the law, was immediately responsive in emergencies, was extremely knowledgeable about our case, and she was described by our judge as "the best divorce attorney in Reno." From our experience with her, we could believe that. Her diligence, perseverance and experience won the day for us.

If you have been accused of something please do yourself a favor and at least have a consultation with Tom. It is overwhelming to go through this experience, particularly when you have never been accused of something in the past. From the first second I sat down with Tom, it was obvious that he truly cared about me, and I felt that I had an ally in my fight. For the rest of my life, I will never forget Tom and the compassion he showed me. He inspires me and restores my faith in humanity. I have never experienced such kindness and generosity from a stranger before in my entire life. I only wish I could repay him in some way. This review is the least that I could do. Tom if you read this, you are a good man and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Marathon law group. An awesome experience from the first day I called them to the last day and the last day is not the last day they check in on you even after the case is settled. Very family oriented and very knowledgeable. They work diligently to make sure you are taken care of not waiting unnecessarily long to get to doctors to have follow up they are on it. John has been my lawyer for at least a year now assisting with my stressful divorce. He is an honest lawyer who won't act on a request simply because you ask; if he believes it’s not the right or fair course of action, he will not proceed. He fights for what’s best and just for his clients, especially when children are involved. Although I wasn't 100% satisfied with the outcome of my divorce and custody battle. As he mentioned in every litigation, you can’t get everything you want. I trust that John’s expertise and understanding of the judge led to a fair result. He doesn't just do what you want to charge you more or unnecessary; he adheres to the law and ensures that actions are fair. I recently hired John again for a motion that my ex and I couldn’t agree on. I chose him because I know he will act in the best interest of me and my children. John is not the type of lawyer who will simply charge you for actions without sufficient evidence or necessity. Unlike some lawyers who will do anything for a fee, John maintains a high standard of integrity and only pursues actions that are supported by adequate evidence and proof. If you need a lawyer for custody or divorce matters, I highly recommend John Keuscher for his exceptional service.

I tried to get an email address because my verbal communication is not great when discussing technical and complicated matters. Tony answered, and while they don't practice law in Clark County (I keep finding them in my searches), he turned out to be a bit of a jerk at the end of the call.

She was very friendly at my consultant and I brought my daughter with me. I was already ripped off by my husband of 19 years and I can't touch his trust but I can get at least 1/2 his pension. I'm living with my daughter and her family which I thank God everyday for that Blessing. Ms. Miller said she could do the pension but at no time did she say that was another entity I had to hire. I sold all my jewelry to pay for this divorce below cost but I did it anyway. Then she screwed up by submitting the wrong divorce decree but a work up I reminded them the Alimony was pension not cash. So, I had to tell them it's wrong. And now, after I submit my decree to Teamsters they tell me it won't work there's a whole other paper work to go along with it. At no time did she tell me or give me a referral to the right attorney for my type of divorce. I have no money and now I have to come up with more money. She got her 1k+ what does it matter to her!

Kaitlyn Miller and her legal team went above and beyond for my family. I had a difficult case, one which I tried to handle without an attorney for financial reasons. I have had a few attorney's I've hired for an enduring custody battle, and after I thought all was lost in hiring a truly reliable attorney, Marilyn came along and has helped me so much. Marilyn does what she says she will do, and goes to bat for you. The thing is she understood everything I said to her and is compassionate about the matters I was concerned about. I highly recommend at least consulting with her, her team is amazing and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Marilyn has been the very best, I will never use any else! She took the time to explain the process and my options. After I filed my 13, I had some pretty big changes in my family and wanted to switch to 7, she was completely supportive of my decision and even help me come up with additional options, should I need them. Going in front of the trustee was very intimidating, I was so relieved to have her by my side. She is very knowledgeable and always on top of things.

Extremely unprofessional, Should be able to give Zero Stars. I was happy with the initial response to my inquiry regarding a potential case and the cost but as I was retaining them I got the we think this case is going to cost double. Really three weeks later as I'm retaining them. If that was the real cost why not tell me the upfront? Shady bait and switch! If you want your money to be taken then hire these people.

After an injury at work, I mistakenly thought the doctors that workmen’s comp sent me to would help me recover. Instead, I found that their loyalty was to the insurance company paying the tab.R. Trent McAuliffe helped me get the medical treatment I needed when workmen’s comp kept trying to close my case. It took a few years to go through the process, and I am grateful that I got the surgery I needed. I’m very satisfied with the results of Trent advocating for me. I wish I had consulted him when I first got injured, instead of several months later. Get a consultation with him as soon as possible, it’s in your best interest!
