Kelli Anne Viloria was our daughter's attorney in a very difficult divorce and financial settlement. If you have been accused of something please do yourself a favor and at least have a consultation with Tom. It is overwhelming to go through this experience, particularly when you have never been accused of something in the past. From the first second I sat down with Tom, it was obvious that he truly cared about me, and I felt that I had an ally in my fight. For the rest of my life, I will never forget Tom and the compassion he showed me. He inspires me and restores my faith in humanity. I have never experienced such kindness and generosity from a stranger before in my entire life. I only wish I could repay him in some way. This review is the least that I could do. Not professional at all. She asked for non-refundable fees for a matter that has been canceled before she even started to work on the contract draft she was supposed to review, but never accepted to refund us. Also, she replied to our email weeks after, when she was even replying. I thought lawyer were trustable, but they can also be true scammers.

They are not only excellent at what they do, but they also always act with your best interests in mind. If they do not believe that they can provide value given your specific circumstances then they will tell you that rather than wasting your money.
Their responsiveness and communication are top notch! Their reputation is top notch! Their ability to represent you and resolve your family dispute is top notch!
As mentioned in a few other reviews, they are definitely not a discount law firm, but you get what you pay for and they will not disappoint.
There is a certain comfort that comes with knowing that the opposing council knows exactly who your lawyer is, and what they are capable of. It sets the tone for all future interactions, and in my experience made opposing council much more reasonable.

I cannot recommend Ashlee Vasquez, Avea and Kim highly enough! From the very first meeting, Ashlee truly listened to my goals and took them seriously. Marshall Willick represented me in my child custody case. And he did an incredible job I seriously could not ask for a better lawyer. I highly recommend Marshal and all the legal staff at the Willick Law Group. I hired them to assist me in a complicated family matter and they were simply amazing in their handling of my case. The paralegals are so knowledgeable too and the team approach they utilized was paramount in the success of my case. I wish, I had hired them to handle my legal case initially, as I feel so doing, I would have likely saved money. They will use their expertise to help the courts see the truth from the get-go, which is so important-so your ex can not use the courts to create legal issues that cost you dearly financially years after the fact. The latter is so important when leaving a toxic situation, in hopes of the start of a new life.

I found Alyssa here through Avvo. I sent multiple personal and detailed messages regarding my horrific family law matter. After realizing how difficult child custody trials are, I was referred to Lorien for help with my case. Lorien was amazing from the start, she met with me and gave me insights on where my case stood at the time and what I could do to help win. My high-conflict Ex had Filed for Divorce just as the Pandemic started and we went on Lock-down. I had questions because I didn't know if I even needed a lawyer. Lorien answered all of my questions for me, and offered me direction, before she even agreed to represent me. She represented and stood by me during my almost three years long, High Conflict Divorce & Custody battle that included numerous false allegations, false accusations, multiple false CPS cases, Extreme Parental Alienation, and multiple Smear Campaigns by my ex. Lorien always knew what to do each time something new was hurled at me, and she helped me prove everything to be false, so that my children were returned to me, while helping navigate me through the most difficult, heart wrenching, and stressful time of my life; as well as restoring my character and reputation, in court. We had 7 full days of trial, as well as many, many Hearings. She had many witnesses and expert witnesses testify, always on pointe when questioning witnesses, and never backing down to opposing counsel and all their shenanigans. As a mother herself, she always has the best interest of the children at heart, and she really cares about her clients - you never feel like you're just a case. Kim Surratt is not only a great lawyer, she's a good person. She walked me through the hell that was my divorce, counseled me through the difficult decisions about the children, custody, child support, etc. and helped keep from going crazy when everything in my life was upside down. Divorces suck. There's no way around that. Having someone on my side that was empathetic to what I was going through, but was able to maintain a business mind about the whole thing was crucial to me making good decisions and not fighting just to fight because I was pissed. I've been back several times because of custody issues, and she's helped me navigate the ridiculousness of a crazy ex who happens to be the mother of my kids. I honestly don't think anyone could have done a better job.

Corinne Price with Fine, Carman, and Price Law Group is extremely knowledgeable regarding family law. During the consultation she walked me through the whole divorce process and suggested next steps. John has been my lawyer for at least a year now assisting with my stressful divorce. He is an honest lawyer who won't act on a request simply because you ask; if he believes it’s not the right or fair course of action, he will not proceed. He fights for what’s best and just for his clients, especially when children are involved. Although I wasn't 100% satisfied with the outcome of my divorce and custody battle. As he mentioned in every litigation, you can’t get everything you want. I trust that John’s expertise and understanding of the judge led to a fair result. He doesn't just do what you want to charge you more or unnecessary; he adheres to the law and ensures that actions are fair.
I recently hired John again for a motion that my ex and I couldn’t agree on. I chose him because I know he will act in the best interest of me and my children. John is not the type of lawyer who will simply charge you for actions without sufficient evidence or necessity. Unlike some lawyers who will do anything for a fee, John maintains a high standard of integrity and only pursues actions that are supported by adequate evidence and proof.
