We hired John to take care of a Long Standing Dispute with a Nightmare Neighbor who was Making Our Lives Miserable then Trying To Sue Us to Get a CPSO As If They Were The Victims rather than us all along. Jacci was very helpful in going over the generally expected ranges for things like property divisions, spousal support, etc. when discussion possible options regarding divorce and dissolution proceedings without children. All of our negotiations with the other party went smoothly, and the dissolution was completed as quickly as possible once all the documents were submitted. Highly recommend Ms. Baumann for divorce, dissolution, and other separation proceedings.

My fiancé and I originally contacted an attorney in Cincinnati to help with our K1 Visa process, however he seemed a bit…busy? Anyway, after the initial phone conversation and odd feeling, we were lucky enough to find Neil Fleischer.
Neil was there EVERY step of the way, walking us through every aspect with respect, politeness, and a TRUE sense of caring! My (now wife) and I are truly blessed to have worked with him and were married earlier this year.

I first consulted with Ron Petroff around September 2021. I was informed of the difficulties that my case presented to me and was told how he would begin to represent me and what the plan of attack was AND WHY. He understood when and how to explain things to me throughout the two years almost of representation I have required.

When our Mom passed away several years ago, Bill handled the Reverse Mortgage notification for us. Then six years later we received hundreds of pages of documents about the property that we did not understand. The relief I felt and the burden that was lifted after I called Bill and spoke with him about the documents received in regard to our mother’s reverse mortgage is the biggest part of the reason for this excellent rating.

I had a very disappointing experience with Yazdani Law, LLC, Columbus, OH. Despite paying for their services in full, they mishandled my case by submitting incorrect documentation, leading to delays and unnecessary stress during the visa process. To make matters worse, they demanded extra money beyond the agreed-upon contract amount, claiming it was for unforeseen circumstances—issues that should have been anticipated with proper diligence.
Their lack of accountability and professionalism was evident throughout. They acted as if they were providing a free service, despite the significant fees I paid. Instead of acknowledging their errors, they attempted to mask their mistakes by blaming and suppressing.
I do not recommend this lawyer or firm to anyone seeking reliable immigration assistance.

An Unstoppable Advocate – Kia Fights for Her Clients!
I cannot say enough great things about Kia and the incredible work she has done for me and my children. From the moment she took on my case, she was relentless in ensuring that every detail was handled with precision and care. Litigation is never easy, and when things took a turn for the worse, Kia stepped in and made sure that my paperwork was solid and in my favor.
What truly sets her apart is her resilience. She didn’t care she challenged the court she was going to keep approaching the bench until we got what we needed. Doesn't matter how important your case or the timeline. You can wait two months for them to never contact you, despite contacting them multiple times, and lose your court case, or you can go elsewhere. There's nice reviews from years ago. Apparently they fell off.

I had contacted dozens of lawyers to help me with my (contested adoption) case, they all had turned me down until I found Ryan Kuhn. From the very beginning you could tell Ryan and his assistant Jen are both very passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. One of the experts in our case said to me, "you either find a good lawyer who is a bad person, or a bad lawyer who is a good person, Ryan is the rare exception in that he is both." This is sooo true. Ryan and his assistant, Jen, were very understanding and compassionate but yet professional and reasonable as they helped me file for divorce from my husband of 30 plus years. One of the first things Ryan said to me was… “ I am more expensive than a counselor, so if you want to chat about things not directly pertaining to the case, I will steer you back on track….but I recommend it is healthy to go seek out a counselor to help you emotionally get through the divorce.” Right from the start he was very conscious of a budget and kept things moving that were important to the case. He reminded me that somethings could cost more in attorney fees than were worth proving. Where I wanted to achieve something based on the principle of it, he steered me back to the cost that would be sacrificed to get it.
The divorce was complicated by the fact that I had put my career on hold to be a stay-home-mom to several children, allowing my husband to advance his career with the federal government and have all the perks related to early retirement eligibility, federal employee health benefits (FEHB), a government pension and a generous government matching Thrift Savings Plan (TSP). Although I had the same college degrees, education level, previous federal employment, and had recently picked up non-federal employment, I did not have the number of years to be eligible similar benefits. I counted on Ryan to weed through the confusing government rules and regulations pertaining to government “Spouse Equity,” “Survivor Spouse Annuity,” and “Federal Employees Health Benefits.” When my husband was adamant that he did not want to provide for the Survivor Spouse Annuity, Ryan was able to appeal to him and his attorney to have it provided because of the long marriage. Whatever Ryan did not know, he found out. He also has access to professional paralegals (at rates less than his) who are experts at dividing government retirement and TSP accounts based on individual cases. Ryan leveraged their information and guidance in preparing the court orders for the retirement division and the TSP division. Ryan is highly knowledgeable of the government retirement-type issues and an expert in the preparation of court orders specific to government retirement plans.
Although there were no longer any minor children, my case was further complicated by many other things, to include stock being held for an elderly parent with the intention that it would be returned to her if needed for her health care, multiple bank accounts, brokerage accounts, credit cards, student loans for a couple children, pages of personal belongings, hotel points, airline points, hidden cash, hidden trips, hidden debt, an adult child still in college-tuition, a house mortgage, a timeshare, multiple cars, some of which belonged to children, a dog, healthcare, dental and vision for adult children under the age 26, and the desire to be able to obtain federal healthcare when needed for myself.
One of the best ways to describe Ryan is that he has the mind of a chess player. He was always thinking one move ahead, and the topic of alimony comes to mind here (pros and cons)…. You’ll have to ask him.
Did the divorce cost more than expected? … Absolutely! But I am the reason for this. I can be wordy (this is probably the longest review on his page) and my emails long, but Ryan patiently answered every question, reminding me along the way to trust him, and that my wordiness and multiple questions would cost me more. I did not care because he was providing me with information which gave me peace of mind. He also obtained something that three other attorneys told me could not be done (ask him!). He is excellent, worth every penny.
Lastly, it is not in my nature to write reviews. I have made this one exception because Ryan and his assistant, Jen, deserve kudos for a job well done. A sincere Thank You Ryan for accomplishing the near impossible. May your practice thrive!

Jenn is an absolute wonder. She and her staff helped me through my mother's estate and setting up my own families trust. It's hard to find someone to trust with your assets, but after extensive research and reading reviews (plus - gut instinct) - it was a homerun. Jen returns calls and messages that same day or in some cases within minutes. Don't know how many people actually know about the work that goes into estate planning and setting up a family trust - It's a lot... 'trust' me. Jen went over every aspect of what the whole process encompasses. Sometimes it gets confusing, but she understands that it's a lot to take in and doesn't have any problem going over things with you again.

These are words that do not begin to describe my experience with the organization and with all I have interacted. We conferred with Jen about drawing up our wills. We had definite ideas about how we wanted our affairs handled, but we didn't think we needed a Trust. Just a simple will. Jen was very patient and explained that what we wanted to do was exactly what a Trust was designed to do. Still, we just wanted a simple will. Jen did not press us and continued to try and make our wishes work with just a simple will. As we worked together, we began to see that she was right and eventually established a Living Trust. We have so much peace of mind now knowing that when the time comes, our affairs will be handled according to our wishes. I really appreciate Jen's patience and ability to explain things.
