I have nothing but good comments to report on my experience working with Matt Fleischer.
My sister and I were the executors of our mother's trust after she passed away. Her mineral rights assets had not been entered into the trust, so we hired Matt to probate them over to a new trust for us. We did not live in Oklahoma but Matt took care of everything and was very easy to work with. He let us know up front what the total cost would be and each step of the process, including court dates, documents we would need to provide and/or get notarized, etc. Everything was handled via phone and email, with certain documents eventually being mailed. Fees were right in line compared to other firms in OK. Finally, I don't think I ever called Matt where he himself didn't answer the phone - that is what I call responsive and helpful.
I would recommend Matt's firm to anyone needing legal help in Oklahoma!

Carla was amazing! I was unfamiliar with the process of getting a divorce and Carla walked me through everything. She's a go-getter and extremely knowledgeable in the field! She's highly respected and will tell you like it is. My ex didn't want to give me a dime after being married for 10 years. Carla was able to get me what was rightfully mine. The process of divorce is mentally draining, but Carlas strength and passion also helped me personally through the process. I came out of my divorce feeling strength I'd never felt before and a huge portion of that was due to Carla! GO WITH CARLA!

My visit to the Gibbons Law Office was excellent! I was greeted upon arrival and made comfortable while waiting for my appointment. The appointment itself was as if visiting with friends. Pictures of family were shared and an easy conversation was constant throughout my appointment. My documents were discussed so that they were completely understood by me and all my final wishes were correctly stated.

Aaron Compton was fantastic to work with. When I had an unjustified lawsuit brought against me, he stepped in as my council and handled it masterfully. He did his research to familiarize himself with the plaintiff's past litigious behaviors and knew exactly what to expect. On the day of court, Aaron came with a plan A, B, or C based on what direction the plaintiff chose to push the issue, and he was fully prepared for each scenario. Luckily, only plan A was needed, and the plaintiff skulked away, dismissed the suit, and will likely re-think the way they do business going forward. I have the utmost gratitude for Mr. Compton for representing me with his legal expertise, knowledge of human behavior, his tenacity, and overall genuine desire to see my legal rights and property protected. “I regret having to share this review, but my experience with Joel was deeply disappointing. During our initial consultation, he seemed knowledgeable about family law, but that impression quickly changed once the process began. Joel demonstrated a lack of understanding of my needs and concerns. Despite my repeated requests to meet in person, he ignored them and conducted the majority of our communication (about 90%) through email.
Unfortunately, his personal life appeared to interfere with his ability to focus on my case. I found myself doing much of the work I hired him to handle. My livelihood was nearly jeopardized due to errors in paperwork and inaccurate information. He also asked me to provide details he could have easily researched himself.
Ultimately, I felt I had no choice but to terminate Joel as my attorney because I feared for my psychological safety. This experience left me questioning whether my case was being dragged out for financial gain or if the lack of effort stemmed from the fact that I had already paid in full. Either way, I did not feel like Joel was in my corner or had my best interests at heart.
I strongly urge anyone considering working with Joel to do thorough research beforehand. Investing your life savings into a legal representative only to leave feeling frustrated, unsupported, and destitute is a devastating experience.”
