I have nothing but great things to say about Sandra. Because of her experience, knowledge, and desire to fight for what is right, but above all to fight for what is best for my child. I now can spend quality time with my son without having to worry about his mom not letting me see him just because I am one minute late to pick up time. Before she came to my rescue, I would see my son once maybe twice a week for a very short period of time. Now, he has “sleepovers” with me, I can take him to and from school, as well as, his medical appointments and those are some of the best moments a parent can have. My husband & I used Lori to take care of our adoption (which was an open adoption for our great niece). We we anxious to get the adoption done and Lori was compassionate to listen to our story, knowledgeable in rights of the family members, and was efficient in getting the adoption completed within two months! Lor is amazing and trustworthy. This review is so late, but we appreciated how simple she made this portion of our adoption !

We contacted Lori Jenkins for my husband to adopt my four children, all teenagers. She was very knowledgeable about any and all questions we had. She handled our case with care and efficiency. She is always patient, caring, and professional. The adoption went very smoothly and faster than we expected as the bio-father lives in another state. It helped that my ex willingly signed consent to the adoption but we feel it was Lori that made the process so smooth and easy for us. My husband and I hired Lori initially to help us terminate my Ex’s legal rights to my son and allow my husband to adopt my son. It ended up being a long, brutal, custody battle with my ex who had resurfaced after being absent for years from my son’s life. Lori fought hard for us, prepared us every step of the way, took time to listen to us but also told us ways we could cut costs by handling certain things ourselves. She told us our options along the way and explained why she recommended one option over the other. She helped us see things realistically and at times helped to reel in emotions and keep things focused on our son vs my ex. With her help we were able to come to a sustainable agreement that kept our son safe. My ex was granted supervised visits that would graduate to unsupervised, then overnights, then short summer visits then eventually 3week summer visits. Lori told us this was the best solution to give him time to prove himself or enough rope to hang himself. It’s been over 5yrs since that arrangement was made and he has still never had an unsupervised visit and only maintained contact for about a year. Lori still touches base with us to see how we are doing. Our son turns 18 next year and Lori will be handling the adult adoption case for us so my husband can finally legally be named his dad. Lisa Kenn exceeded all our expectations. As parents, we both have legal experience and did some research to help our daughter find the best divorce lawyer in a very difficult, messy divorce. From the very beginning our daughter always felt like Lisa Kenn was on her “team,” and that enabled her to operate under extreme anxiety because she knew Lisa Kenn always had her back. Mike has represented me and various family members of mine for a number of things over the last decade, starting with my divorce from my first husband in 2008. He has always given my family and I his honest opinion and assessment of our case, even when we don't like the answer we receive. It is easy to take things personally in the middle of your own legal matter, and he offers an outside perspective that often brings us back to center and helps us to evaluate the situation without all of the emotion. His honesty is also something that keeps our legal bill down as he won't pursue matters that, in the grand scheme of things, are frivolous, just to run up a bill. I am thankful to have had his legal and personal advice over the years and will continue to turn to him, as well as refer friend and family to him, for so long as he practices law.

I originally contacted Mr. Sahagian when my sister got herself into some trouble a few years back. He was straightforward, honest and helpful from the start. He explained how he thought the case would go and recommended how we should proceed. He then went above and beyond for my family and I. Kathleen has made my nightmare of an experience much easier. My soon to be ex who adopted my daughter as a step parent changed his mind about being responsible for her once our marraige dissolved. Nobody knew how to handle this. I called so many lawyers. Kathleen was the first lawyer that did. Not only that, but her prices are reasonable and she has held my hand and made me feel supported through all of it. She also showed personal concern for all of us, proving that she actually cared about what was best for our family. She has always been great about quick responses, and has never shown any irritation towards my stupid questions or multiple phone calls. I would recommend and use her again if ever needed!!

I hired Kathleen to handle my personal injury case because I trust her. I first interviewed a 'baracuda' lawyer. He said my 'soft tissue' injury case was worth maybe $10,000. Kathleen supported my getting an MRI which showed damage. In her non-confrontational way, Kathleen established a rapport with the insurance adjuster, and settled my case (without going to trial) for $22,000. I work as a legal assistant and know many attorneys. I chose to work with Kathleen and I do not regret that decision.

When I was in foster care she was my voice and she was there for me when she didn't have to be. She took me to restaurants to have coffee and see how I was doing. I could call her to ask legal questions. She is just a great person.

When i was a state kid in Portland Or from the age of three to eighteen I was told that Louise Palmer would be my lawyer. I first i was like anouther strange person in my life. Once i got to know her i found out that she was very jood at her job and was always showing me howo much she cared about my happyness. We had encountered a unique situation regarding our adopted daughter and a previous foster parent. Ms. Peggy Bond was not only knowledgeable in adoption law, but was a great advocate for ensuring every decision we made was for the best interest of our daughter. Issues with adoption are emotional. Parents may not be thinking clearly, nor know long term consequences of adoption decisions. Ms. Bond was honest, has outstanding support connections / referrals within the community, and genuinely cared about the future of our family unit. This case was 10 years ago. Now as we reflect on the decisions and court actions we made with Ms. Bond, they had been for the best for our daughter. One of the two best intellectual property attorneys I've been associated with in my 50 years of business experience. Michelle pleaded our case concerning a trademark that was deemed by the trademark officer to be too similar in definition as to be an infringement. She convinced the reviewing officer that we would not be infringing and consequently we received our registered mark for the product. In another instance she negotiated a co-existance agreement that could have cost us the trademark of our flagship product and, even convinced the other party to pay most of our legal expense.

Jo was great to work with from start to finish. In the beginning, I had a million questions about divorce and especially collaborative divorce. She answered them all fully and patiently. As we were going through the divorce, she was very knowledgeable about prior judgments that helped bolster my case. She and her team were able to handle the divorce in ways that made me most comfortable. Their professionalism and kindness made what I thought was going to be the worst time of my life and made it into something manageable.

Attorney Jo Posey was recommended to me when my wife decided to file for divorce. I am very glad to have her as my advocate. Attorney Posey thoroughly explained the potential paths my divorce could take, and was realistic of how it would turn out. At the same time she was caring and sensitive to my thoughts and emotions, listening intently to everything I needed to say whether is was grieving the end of my marriage or going through the different specifics of my case. She accurately knew what would be a reasonable and fair settlement, so she was able to direct everything toward that end, saving me a lot of money. Brittany Sumner and Stephanie Kincaid both pay great attention to detail in every aspect of each case they're working on with the utmost respect and professionalism, they work hard truly caring about the individuals or Families that they represent as does each person With Johnson & Taylor. Brittany's extremely knowledgable and cares about her clients and their children including their wellbeing and health following all laws with being honest through the entire process. Zachary Gottlieb took over my case after 10 months of getting nowhere with my existing divorce attorney. He not only had to step in and fix all the issues she had caused, he had limited time to do so. He always emailed or called me back nearly instantly. He was extremely thoughtful, guiding me through the process on what was a very complicated situation. The papers were signed today and I couldn't be happier. It has been almost 2 years and I am grateful I had the opportunity of starting my family law case with Katherine Denning. Unfortunately, my situation was incredibly high conflict and I started out without representation and restraining orders on both sides were approved with identical restrictions. After a consultation, Katherine helped with confidence and determination. Slowly that all unraveled as communicating became confusing and eventually I was working with Zach right before a seperate hearing relating to my childrens' home and possessions. When I had cried on the phone due to being overwhelmed I was dropped by Katherine with only 2 days left until a hearing took place. I was referred to another attorney/firm. I'll never forget trying to find a lawyer and requesting that the judge postpone the hearing. I represented myself at the hearing and although i didn't get the outcome i wanted, I am proud of myself for facing my abuser on the stand. His lawyer also messed up quite a bit and was less scary during the hearing. However, the judge had no sympathy that I was lawyerless in which I am getting very used to in the legal field. Overall, my ex' lawyer was agressive and unfortunately my replacement did not put in an effort at all. This is no fault of Litowich, however I do think attorneys should be willing to learn how to deal with victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault before taking on high conflict cases. Eric Fournier provided legal help for my case, I was extremely happy to be able to get him as my lawyer. Mold in several coffee cups on her desk. Was told to wait while she investigated future Disneyland Deals. Speaks loudly about her clients to others. Please see her revocation with Oregon DOJ for the same reasons... A conflict of interest in the court system.. Paid thousand of dollars, never a show in court.

I hired Lisa to represent me in my divorce. The circumstances in my case were probably the hardest that a lawyer can deal with. Specifically, my ex wife was abusive and extremely mentally ill. Without Lisa, I do not believe my children would be in a safe place right now. She was honest and forthcoming about my advantages, weak points, and things to consider. She was not afraid to tell me when I was wrong, which should be appreciated in cases like this. The divorce was long and drawn out, 15 months. During that time, Lisa was patient with my stress, and always answered questions in a timely manner. If you want a lawyer with integrity and honesty, but also knows how to win, you would do well to hire Lisa. There is not enough gratitude in the world for me to express just what she has done for my children and me.

I retained Mr. Ivers to represent me in my divorce. The whole process took almost a year. Mr. Ivers was mediocre at best. I dealt with his assistant Jodie most of the time (who was awesome). When we went to trial, Mr. Ivers left out many key pieces. I was very dissatisfied with his performance in court and should’ve fired him months ago.

this lawyer guided me with good advice with a parental interference case, and got me to be able to see my son again after not seeing son for 4 mo from ex wife issues, of which i will forever be grateful to the lawyer. he was helpful but was constantly busy, and indicated he didn't have a lot of time. i honestly feel he was trying to make time, but in the end i was called by his secretary and told that in the time frame i needed help, i would be better off finding another lawyer service, they did provide me a list and a contact number to find lawyers. this was when i was getting ready for a hearing that was coming up in 1 week. but for the time that i was getting advice from this lawyer it was better than i could have done on my own. the one piece of feedback i would like to give to him is if they new they would not be able to help me further then dont take money from me to put into trust fund. of course it is possible that they didn't realize the time involved, or that i would require more than an hour consulting a month until a few days after i made the deposit. it seems like i will get most of it back, but it might be some time. we will see, it seems more like a staffing competence rather than lawyers.... i'm used to professional lawyers from the past but from a larger organized firm. this lawyer is more affordable and i would use him again if i would have assurances for how much help they can and can not do, what they are willing to accept as a consultant, and how often i can contact them, and when i would get a response. even though i think this lawyer has good advice, and is affordable it is really just one or two people that run the show, and they need to learn to organize better, or get better help to organize and i hope they take this feedback and i wish them success. i feel this lawyer would do better working at a larger firm than deal with all the hustle and logistics of a business.

When I was served with a divorce I thought I would handle it by myself even though my soon to be ex had a lawyer. I learned very quickly that was a bad idea. There are way too many laws, rules, procedures, etc that have to be followed. Doing it myself went downhill pretty quickly so I wanted to get a lawyer. I asked some people for help finding a lawyer, and several of them gave me Andy's name. He is great at explaining things so that you understand them even when there are a whole lot of moving parts. I was amazed at how well he understands people and can predict what will happen or people will do. After he got involved we eventually came to a settlement that basically gave me what I asked for to start with.
