My trust was updated successfully the end of 2024. Thomas Tuohy was the lawyer who helped me with this—and his associates, of course. Thomas was a pleasure to work with—he was relaxed and didn’t pressure me. He brought up items that I may not have thought of and provided answers to all of my questions. The binder with all of my documents was presented and will be very helpful in the future. I would definitely recommend this firm.

After my car accident I was knee deep in medical bills and insurance claim paperwork. Runion personal injury lawyer has some of the best lawyers for car accidents. They worked professionally and in a timely matter to make all the paperwork and process for the injury claim to go a lot faster. Didn't have to fight the insurance to deal with this rear end accident. I love how quickly they got me a great settlement and always kept in touch with me and kept me up to date on everything. I thought I was going to be at a complete lost but thanks to some of the best lawyers especially in New Mexico they got me a great settlement when the insurance was make it a hassle. Shortly after moving into my newly purchased Phoenix home. I was in acar accident that led to severe spinal and back injuries. My injuries were so bad I could not work or do most daily chores. I was so scared and knew no one in the area. I feel I found the best personal injury lawyer anywhere. Not only did they help win my settlement claim without any upfront fees, but they found me an amazing medical provider and helped me to be able to keep all my appointments and gave me piece of mind in my healing process. In the end my attorney fees were paid medical bills paid and I had enough left over to catch up on my bills in time and take some time to appreciate my new found health.

I can tell all the good reviews were obviously requested by Mr. Martinez himself. Hired him for criminal case . He assured me that it wouldn’t be any issue to get friend out. Said he would do it. Didn’t . Wouldn’t return calls text. Or even show up as planned. Didn’t fight at all . Scared and knowledgeable at court . Couldn’t even get a negotiated plea offered. Couldn’t get one thing changed on the plea. The video evidence was lost all body cam footage gone and still lost case. Felt mislead and severely manipulated.. shoulda burned the money instead. Would a been more worth it

I simply do not recommend Jose as a lawyer to hire because he has done a very poor job with our case. He does not communicate well at all and does not have much experience with a civil lawsuit. He has missed deadlines and has forgot facts about the case. He has missed the deadline to respond to a motion and therefore lost the motion in the other parties favor which we did not agree to but it got our case throw out while the counterclaim is still active and ongoing. We have no leverage now. This was done to spite us as we have a flat fee arrangement. It feels like he is doing as little as possible because of the flat fee arrangement.

We contacted Tiffany and have used her for our adoption and plan to use her in the future as well. She and her team did a great job walking us through the adoption process prior to and continued to check in after adoption. Judy Morse and her team took over my divorce after my first attorney left me high and dry. She was recommended to me by not one but two (!) separate acquaintances. Her firm was highly responsive, answering all my questions and concerns as they came up throughout the process, and Judy and her associate offered suggestions and strategies at every turn. Judy also drove our mediation, and I was very impressed with her on-the-fly thinking that helped us reach alignment. Do not know what else to say. Went through an approximately 3 year adoption/custody battle. Amy was not the only lawyer I met with prior to hiring her. Once I met her I knew she was the one to hire. I hired Amy after my now ex-husband filed for divorce, based on a reference from a friend of mine who is also an attorney. My ex-husband was extremely difficult throughout the entire process, causing me great anxiety, but Amy exhibited a great deal of professionalism throughout the entire process. While many attorneys would get frustrated and prefer to tell you what to do, Amy was great at listening to my concerns & questions and even had feedback when I had suggestions in my case. She has been handling these types of cases for quite some time and her ability to understand idiosyncrasies in the other party was key in the settlement of my case, which was in my favor.

i typically refrain from writing reviews; however, my experience with the folks at Terry Fong's Law Group has been so positive I decided to sit down and write a review.
Since Amy is a mother herself I feel she understands my frustrations regarding co-parenting challenges. Even when she doesn't have personal experience with the challenges I face, she still continues to provide excellent customer service and exemplary legal advice. Thankfully, we haven't appeared in court often but when we do go to court she remains composed and professional while continuing to legally advocate on my behalf.
Her paralegal, Andrea, provides exemplary customer service as well! This legal team has been patient and flexible with me regarding payment arrangements and as a single mom that is really important for my budget.
I highly recommend the legal team at Terry Fong's Law Group, specifically Amy, for all your family law needs. Not only is her family law experience extensive but she treats her clients like people, not just cases. It has been my experience that she goes above and beyond what is required by her job description as a lawyer to ensure I am well represented.

It was clear almost immediately that money was her primary focus. I do not feel she acted as my advocate at an incredibly vulnerable time in my life. She seemed to mediate during mediation rather than advocate for my best interests.
I was confused and vulnerable and found her compassion to be lacking. I was not adequately prepared by her for the very important mediation, and was required to correct many gross errors myself on mediation documents at the last minute under rushed circumstances.
Bonnie did not request a much-needed appraisal that cost me a lot of money.
The language in the final agreement was not clearly defined and resulted in additional arbitration or attorney effort and fees to clarify the provisions. I was ultimately required to hire another lawyer at much expense to try to fix some of the problems created. Essentially I felt "thrown under the bus" by this attorney.

I consulted with Bonnie about a child support case when I had lost my job and was trying to get an adjustment. She suggested I not pay until the court date that had been set for the adjustment. Following that advice cost me tens of thousands of dollars mostly due to a thrashing of my credit report, but also due to fees and interest the DES began charging. Do not trust Bonnie with anything related to child support.
She also brought up the fact that she wanted to be paid before I left the office more than three times throughout the one hour consultation. Once would have sufficed. If that's the sort of experience you want, definitely call Bonnie.

When you first enter into divorce proceedings the whole process can be intimidating and trust me YOU DO NOT KNOW THE LAWS (even if you think that you do)! We all think about money. I can tell you don't shop for a lawyer based on the cheapest as it will cost you more in the long run if you are not represented well. Bonnie is not the cheapest, but she is the BEST! I had been married over 30 years and my children are all adults. Bonnie worked with me for almost a year (yes mine was MESSY!) and in the end we were able to get a binding agreement with my Ex. You may say "So what?" It kept me from a judge deciding my fate which could have been much worse because they look at your last 5 years of annual income (they were very good years).
In divorce there are NO winners, however I can say that I wasn't a loser either and I am enjoying my life now! After you get through your divorce Bonnie will tell you one more thing..."Do not get married again without a PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT"! Words of wisdom! I HIGHLY recommend Bonnie Booden!

Unfortunately this lawyer was extremely disorganized and inadequate. Mr Lowen Jones neglected to bring in reports during court and did not represent and fight my case. Due to his lack of efficiency as a lawyer to represent me, my life for the past several years has been changed for the worst. He did not fight for my rights as a mother. It’s a very sad disheartening experience that I don’t wish upon any mother. I would not recommend this lawyer.
