I am truly grateful for the representation of Fender Law Firm during an extremely difficult divorce. Addison and Tracy are "The Real Deal". Addison remained professional and made it a point to encourage me to share my thoughts throughout the process. Both Addison and Tracy wanted to know how the children were coping and were eager to learn of their daily routines. A few years back, my wife and I had an unfortunate situation that required us to get an attorney to help resolve a situation in which we wronged. Nate did an amazing job getting us what we deserved. He was a true pleasure to work with and a brilliant lawyer.
I’ve dealt with other attorneys since then but none measure up to Nate! I haven’t talked to him for years so he may not even remember our case but we will never forget his level of service, professional, and even some level of “fun” throughout the process. His secretary was super helpful also.

I absolutely love MJ Goodwin. I filed for custody of my daughter. She was very prompt on any issues or questions I may have had. Very personal woman with high spirit. After my kids had been taken away from me and alienated from me, I was beginning to lose faith that I would ever see my kids again. Then in 2021, I found myself facing DSS regarding made up allegations of abuse fabricated by my ex-wife.
This office not only handled my case with DSS, they also helped me regain custody of my 4 children (some of whom had been allinated from me for over 7 years). My personal thanks goes out to Douglas Barker, Daryn Barker, and Andrew Brener. This mericle would not have been possible without them.

Last year I was involved in a case with DSS and I decided to hire Mary Lee Briggs as my attorney. The whole process extended for a year and half but she made sure to keep my mind at ease at all times. She puts herself in your shoes when she is representing you and that’s something you don’t find everywhere.
Mary Lee was very responsive and always listened and addressed all my concerns and I honestly felt like I was in great hands; she knows the law and understands all the proceedings which made me feel very comfortable and secure with her services.
She did an amazing job and the results were positive for me, I can’t thank her enough for her services, I will always be thankful for how she handled my situation.
I highly recommend Mary Lee and her team to anyone seeking legal representation that is fair and honest.

I can't thank Mary Lee enough for her support and strong ability to represent me for my divorce. I had moved from SC to Colorado and secured her while moving. Although it was a 1.5 year process, she was extremely supportive throughout the time. My ex was less than cooperative and honest during the entire process, but she kept encouraging me to hang in there until we had our time in court. She hit it out of the park when it came to the trial by addressing the issues at hand... extremely prepared and tactful. Things ended positively for me, even after a scare of a mistrial, she advocated for me. I can't thank Mary Lee enough. Divorces are never fun and there are two sides to every broken marriage, however, if you need a divorce attorney to help tell your side of the story and fight for your rights, she definitely will have your back.

I used Mrs. Briggs for a custody case throughout 2016 and 2017. Mrs. Briggs was extremely professional and efficient throughout the entire process. My particular case involved a child custody agreement, which normally is not an experience that I image anyone wishes to go through and I certainly was not looking forward to. However, as the title attempts to summarize based on my personal experience with Mr. Vitetta, these are the qualities that were most important to me. Above all, he responded nearly immediately to every email or call and kept me up-to-date with everything involving my case and explained everything in a way that I could understand. When presenting options, he was honest and straight forward, but maintained to keep my best interest in mind. Mr. Hall was one of the few divorce attorneys who politely answered every question I had during our conversation over the phone. He was concise, and more importantly not once was he condescending like many of the other attorneys I contacted previously.
When he said he would take care of something, he did, without issues or giving me the run around. I would receive a prompt updates regarding the status and what to expect moving forward.
Without a doubt Mr. Hall made the entire process worry free and about as streamlined as anyone could hope for when going through a divorce.

From the looks of these reviews they must’ve caught Brandi on a good day, bc I would never recommend or give my money to someone so rude! She doesn’t know me at all, I’m asking questions about a simple divorce vs. using an attorney and she had an attitude like I did something to her. I literally hung up in her face for being so rude. It’s a shame. Glad I found someone else who let me ask as many questions and walked me through the process.

Don’t trust this lady with the most important things in your life. My divorce, went on for a year and a half. I paid $12k to this Law Firm to do nothing. First mistake the judge will appoint one lawyer to turn in the paperwork for child support. They appointed my lawyer She never turned it in. I Kept calling the courts house to see how much my child support . Then I find out she never turned in the paperwork. Her mistake made me behind $5000. Me and my ex-wife gave my father-in-law $50,000 to buy his company. Which we had 500 shares of stock in the company. Miss Bowen told me that in evidence finding that it was no proof of 500 shares. She kept on giving me the runaround about this. We went to mediator, That Miss Bowen did on zoom while my ex-wife and her lawyer was there. Saying that she had a flat tire but still charge me $3000 dollars for it. While she was never really present leaving the zoom turning her camera off so we couldn’t see her. Nothing got settled. Then the day before the final court date she called me saying that we did have 500 shares, but it was gonna be a problem in court. So I made a bad decision to go with what she advise me to do. But to find out later she was wrong. So I settle out of court to get half the money back from company that I put in. My settlement agreement was $75k. Miss Bowen told me I would receive that money within 3 weeks. It took 3 1/2 months before I got the entire amount. Had to call her and she only send me 25k. She said that the other money was held up in HER bank. 4 weeks went by had to email her she only sent me $20 thousand more. Then another 4 week went by I had to email her again then she sent me another $20 thousand. These went on for months. She did these like it was her money. A couple more things went wrong but I’m running out of room but I think you get the message. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.

My experience with Adam Owensby and Seibert Law Firm fell short of expectations, particularly regarding communication and clarity. It did not reflect the "quality client representation" they claim to provide. During my initial $275 meeting with Adam, he took minimal notes and suggested writing a letter to the other party as the sole course of action. Later, when I discovered the other party was taking me to court, I received a $3,000 payment request—without a retainer agreement, contract, or any explanation.
I emailed Adam for clarification about the price difference and requested a formal agreement or contract but received no response. Instead, Adam returned my call, stating he hadn’t received my email and offering little clarity. I again requested to speak with Kevin or Rebecca and ended the call. Shortly after, Adam called back, stating Kevin was available. When I explained my concerns to Kevin, his response seemed more focused on justifying the situation than addressing the issue directly.
The firm’s website advertises "free consultations," yet my initial meeting cost $275 and provided limited advice. Receiving a payment request without a formal agreement was both unexpected and unprofessional. Comments such as being told I "live in a red state" and that I "rub people the wrong way" for standing up for my rights felt inappropriate and irrelevant to my case.
While I cannot speak for others' experiences, I personally did not find the level of professionalism or transparency I expected from Seibert Law Firm or Adam Owensby.
My recommendation: In my experience, the firm did not demonstrate a genuine commitment to client needs. If you're considering Adam Owensby or Seibert Law Firm, I strongly advise clarifying their policies and practices upfront.

This firm was great when I needed them. No one plans to get divorced and it's been 4 years now. I still appreciate the communication and ability to answer my questions in a pretty quick manner.
