Lorena and her firm made everything so very easy. The entire process, from start to finish, always had either her or another member of her firm there to help make sure that everything was understood. Whenever there was a question, even during this time of social distancing, they were quick to respond the same day and often within the same hour! During the meeting with the trustee there was only one small stumbling block which was handled beautifully and corrected before the end of business that same day. Once the discharge was complete I was able to know immediately thanks to them contacting me to let me know even before the court sent me the documents. They even went so far as to help with resources and tips on how to rebuild my credit score after the discharge was complete and made sure to let me know how keep myself safe from temptations and scams related to people who've recently had a discharge. In a time that could have been stressful beyond belief, Lorena and her team made it a breeze!

As what some would consider being a 'high asset' client...my case was MUCH more difficult than most. I make that statement confidently due to the fact that I visited nothing short of 10 attorneys prior to moving forward with Howard's team. Thankfully I visited Howard late enough in my schedule of attorney interviews to KNOW what differentiates in terms of knowledge base, dependability and overall skillset.
Howard was thorough and obviously heads above. In my interviews I got 2 'yes' and 8 'no.' Howard knew what he was doing and got it done- for literally the SAME cost as the competition.

I came to Mr. Rothblooms office to seek counsel for a issue whereby a major furniture company that filed bancruptcy was seeking to claw back from me over $10,000 that I was paid for services rendered. Additionally, this very same company owed me money which I assumed I would never see again.
I was represented by an associate of this firm, Adam who gave me his full attention, instilled in me the confidence that he would represent me aggressively and professionally. His approach to my case seemed reasonable, effective and gave me a quite confidence that the outcome we be better than I hoped. Yes, the price was very reasonable as well -- a fraction of what the furniture company was seeking to claw back.
The outcome was better than I hoped. Adams preparation, approach and thoroughness won the day. We prevailed without having to pay back a penny to the furniture company. In fact, I finally did receive a check from the company that had filed bankruptcy. A win win outcome.

We hired Attorney Brandon Hughes to help out with a landlord/tenant issue in 2021. The landlord violated several terms of the lease agreement and old us money. Brandon was able to listen to our concerns and provide great legal counsel. Brandon replied to all our emails. And handle the situation with the landlord quickly. The landlord was really difficult but Brandon stepped in and was always calm. And explain what was the best solution for us because the lease was a trap and the landlord was not honest. But Attorney Brandon showed us he was honest and had experience with handling landlord Mold and other landlord issues. Attorney Hughes is very professional and good attorney with handling this Mold issues with our landlord. We would highly recommend him for any landlord/tenant issue. Call his firm 1st.

Just wish the helpers answering the phones for this office paid more attention to details and was more familiar with the processes. I called and told the young lady exactly what I was needing which had nothing to do with filing bankruptcy. She told me that I needed to schedule an appt. to come in and talk with someone. I hesitated and mumbled that it would take me two hours to get there (I was referred to them by someone) and with no response from her, went on ahead and scheduled for today, 12/27/18. I drove two hours only to get there, expained again what I was needing and to be told that the attorney that handles litigation law was out of town for the remainder of the year and that they could not help. I did not even get to see the lady that they scheduled me to see (a two hour drive for 15 min of nothing). VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

What can I say. When I 1st went up to the office Adam was there a long with his team. And they IMMEDIATELY made me feel like family. Having to go through probate and a court appointed administrator I had to deal with a lot of different lawyers. Nothing compares to the way Adam and his team were.
