David and his team of lawyers are the real deal. Through their combined efforts, we were able to get over half a million dollars of total debt discharged despite our relatively high income from multiple sources. Forget those debt negotiation companies. If you can get over the artificial stigma ofbankruptcy, what you should pursue is a fresh start. The first thing David will tell you is to never rush into a bankruptcy petition. His team will guide you through the steps you need to take to construct the six-month look back period prior to filing the petition for a successful Chapter 7 case. He is always available via email and Zoom meetings upon request.
Be wary of other lawyers who advertise legal fees of $1500 and under. The last thing you want is to turn your Chapter 7 case into a Chapter 13 due to lack of good counseling, guidance, or diligence. David’s law firm does charge a little bit more than those other firms, but his team will stick with you to the end and never simply give up. And if you can get all of your unsecured debts fully discharged, the legal fees are worth every last penny.

Stay away from this law firm. Their m.o. has not changed in years. Someone posted five years ago how Mr. Goldberg gave them the run around. He does the same to me and I am his client! He never returns my phone calls or my emails. I called the office recently and left a message for his partner and nothing. They don't value their clients. Go elsewhere. Had I known what I know now, I would have gone to a different law firm.

After 5 years of court & a dozen lawyers, I was forced to endure Mr. Sliver's "representation". If he had been the only lawyer available to me, I would have undoubtedly suffered significant losses.
While he may have had some expertise in bankruptcy matters, his skills in family court were abysmal. His unprofessionalism was foreshadowed by his 1st correspondence with the defendant's lawyers, describing me in the most dismissive manner: "Mr. Client talks a lot." Such derogatory remarks were not only uncalled for but also revealed his lack of respect for his own clients.
My complex international case, which involved numerous violations of the custody agreement, required meticulous attention to detail. However, this lawyer displayed disinterest and arrogance from the very beginning, only to showcase his incompetence and insecurity in court.
I couldn't help but question whether he was lazy, cowardly, or both. It remains a mystery why he even agreed to take on this case, as his actions seemed solely focused on creating constant disputes and protecting the interests of the opposing party. My experience with other lawyers and my understanding of the law made it clear that his excuses for not performing his duties were baseless.
In fact, it would have been easier to navigate the court proceedings without him altogether. I sincerely hope that no one ever has to endure his representation in family court. He is worse than useless; he has the ability to ruin everything.
He also threatened to file a lawsuit against my wife after she posted a review. Ironically, that would be the legal motion he would have filed having anything to do with me. Negative 5 stars. Far worse than any experience I had with opposing attorneys.

Mr. Weiner and his team were definitely a godsend. I lost everything due to a gambling addiction back in 2015. I owed just about every casino in Vegas and on the east coast with threats of lawsuits and arrest. I sought counsel from many firms and they all told me things I didn’t want to hear. I didn't get a single bill for months after Bruce was engaged for a bankruptcy auction and was shocked when he suggested that he'd used up the retainer (or even half).
"I am not going to go line by line with you, just take this as not agreeing with anything you say. There is no reason for further discussion."
So completely unwilling to return any of the retainer nor to speak directly in support of the unsupportable bill. He mailed in the work and stonewalled any discussion (via email).. and has not returned calls.
