Mike was beyond amazing to work with. He is an incredible attorney and we got a favorable outcome on my case. From our first phone call he listened to me and was very sympathetic for my situation. I had spoke with several lawyers prior and they were not as kind or compassionate as he is.
This was my first time needing a lawyer. Mike helped make the entire process smooth and not intimidating. He is very good at his job and does it with ease. He is also very reasonably priced.
I fully recommend Mike if you are in need of an attorney. I hope to not need a criminal defense attorney in the future but if I do, Mike will be the one I call and who I refer people to.

Jesse was not my lawyer. He represented the other party in my custody case. Throughout the duration of the litigation he and his client made false claims to try and reduce the amount of custody I had per week and at point told me -“he knows what kind of guy I am”
The investigator appointed by the state found zero supporting evidence of Jessie and his clients malevolent claims and as a result I have been rightfully awarded additional custody and proper concessions.

I was accused of a crime that threatened my reputation, my freedom, and my professional role when an embittered adolescent with social-emotional needs falsely accused me of physical assault. Having had very limited exposure to criminal proceedings previously, I had no idea what to expect and was, to say the least, terrified. Mr. Daniels was more than trustworthy, knowledgeable, and responsive, he was real. He provided me with the insight I required to maintain my sanity during an incredibly difficult time in my life. Though he had much larger cases than mine, I only discovered this through happenstance and otherwise would never have known I wasn't the most important he had ever had. I would recommend the Law Office of Christopher A. German for your bankruptcy needs. He is honest and upfront with you. There are no surprises, and you know exactly what to expect. He's thorough and takes his time answering your questions and goes over everything with you before your meeting with the creditors. After my meeting I couldn't be prouder. The night before we went over everything and he answered any questions that I had. He made sure I was prepared and at ease for the meeting. However, that's not the only reason why I was proud that he was in my corner. I had witnessed a party go before me with their lawyer and I couldn't believe how unprepared she was and the lack of representation and pride she had in herself and in her client. Mr. German doesn't treat you like you're just another number to him. You're his client and he treats you as such. He communicates with you every step of the way and ensures that you are clear on what to expect.

Charlie did a great job trying to defend my case. Although the DUI did not get dropped, he did get my careless driving dropped. DA was not budging on jail time. Danny stepped in at my last courtdate, and was able to get me IHD. On that, I was thankful. I feel I did get my $'s worth from this team. They really do try to get the best deal possible. I would say I would use them again. However I will not need their services in the future. As I will NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. Colorado has become tougher through the years for DUI. The cost alone with everything involved is not worth admitting to having a few drinks and refusing Breathalyzer or Blood tests! If you are ever in this situation, call these guys. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It is worth having this team of lawyers by your side through this process.

After suffering a devastating defeat in court fighting the usurious, yet unfortunately successful, claim made by unscrupulous debt collectors, and having recently lost my employment, I can only describe to you a cold pit of despair in my stomach and a grey, uncertain future. After defending myself "Pro Se"... with predictable results, obviously effective counsel was required.
For any person of interrupted means, or a person in need of relief from an egregious or abusive debt-burden, please recognize that there are still very good lawyers out there who can plot a path forward. Bill Zurinskas is one of the good ones. Here's how I know... because what I wanted was the assistance of experienced council to utilize my "once-per-eight-year" ability to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy, in this way to remove the pressure of this recent, burdensome judgement.
When I called the law-office of "Bill Zurinskas. Bankruptcy Attorney," Mr. Zurinaskas personally answered my call. When i, in a shaky voice, informed him that I needed assistance with Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, he was immediately willing to listen. This Human touch, after dealing with so many chat-bots, immediately put me at ease.
After I stated my needs, Mr. Zurinskas then asked me a series of very relevant questions to establish the basic circumstances of my potential filing. After questioning and consideration, he had the integrity to inform me of a number of potential reasons why declaring .Chapter 7 Bankruptcy might be not be the best option, given its very limited conditions of use, and given that the unpredictability of the future that might require more urgent need. We had a small dialogue about potential alternatives and a path forward.
Professionalism, Obvious Experience, Humanity, and Excellent Communications Skills were the impressions that I was left with after our telephone conversation ended. Thus, if you... personally... the reader of this review... are looking for a great recommendation for a Bankruptcy Attorney who-- at least in the humble opinion of this observer-- has completely justified his excellent reviews, and excellent reputation, Mr. Zurinskas should be the call you make.

I lost my job and was hit with huge medical bills due to covid. I was about to get evicted when I started reading about bankruptcy. Adam and Denver Bankruptcy Relief saved me from living in my car. I hired Mr. Tirella at Denver Bankruptcy Relief to file my chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He was laid back but seemed to know all the complexities of the law. I felt like he responded to my emails and calls within a day and was with me every step of the way. I can say I received excellent service and representation and was able to conduct a good amount of the process over email. My only complaint is that I had to find two years of tax returns which i initially thought was annoying. It turns out those are required for the court. All in all, he's a very good lawyer.

I got into trouble with the IRS. With their fees and penalties, the amount they wanted was over 80,000$. I tried an offer in compromise but the IRS was not helpful with that. I made an appointment with Mr. Tirella and Denver Bankruptcy relief. Mr. Tirella explained to me that in a chapter 13, the only tax I would owe the IRS was the basic tax debt and not any fees interest or penalties. I ended up owing a very small amount and was able to pay it off over 5 years in the chapter 13. I got my life back in order and thank Mr. Tirella for his hard work.
