I have used Mr. Herders services previously to file a bankruptcy and my case was handled professionally. Recently I had to contact them for some information on my old case and he was very helpful and provided the information I needed quickly. The issue involved a mortgage that was thankfully removed 10 years ago. He looked up the records and his office did the job perfect. He remembered me and actually answered the phone too. He has the same high energy in the past. Does he ever sleep? He also explained that I could not accomplish the result now. I timed the bankruptcy just right. Mark Herder filed my bankruptcy case and made a bad situation turn into a positive one. He and his staff took care of all the money troubles that I had from bad decisions from a bad divorce. I really felt like he was in my corner, and he even called me back tonight, after work, on a weekend. I am sure that he had plenty of other things to do during this pandemic as well. I am glad I followed his advice and instructions from the first time I contacted him several years ago. The car is saved and I have taken real good care of it too. My bankruptcy case will finish in 15 months and I have made all of the payments, just like he sugested. I will freely own my car at the end of the case, with no debts. I’m a New York Father. I rarely make reviews on anything and frankly I was not in a mental place to do so but I believe I’m in a better place to let this out now. So, back in 2023 my daughter was kidnapped by her Mother. I didn’t see my daughter for months and at least spoke to 10 detectives in New York to get someone to take my case seriously. I eventually got a warrant for her arrest but all based in New York, it didn’t matter with Ohio law. Once I found out my child was in Ohio and realized I needed a lawyer I reach out to Mr. Friedman. I called about 5 offices prior all closed but he was the only one still working late and answered the phone. He not only recognized the dire of my situation but was a great friend and professionally experienced lawyer. While in the court area he even unexpectedly bought me a meal as we waited. Long story short, I got my little girl back and Mr. Friedman was an angel in disguise for this period in my life. I don’t think anyone else could’ve done it better. He was supportive, responsive, educated, well connected, and followed through on the tasks at hand. This is one of those lawyers that you will never forget working hard for you in your lifetime, I know I won’t. I highly recommend his services and hope the best in your case with him. God bless.

Doesn't matter how important your case or the timeline. You can wait two months for them to never contact you, despite contacting them multiple times, and lose your court case, or you can go elsewhere. There's nice reviews from years ago. Apparently they fell off.

I reached out to Attorney Morgan after a business deal had gone awry, in search of a legal expert that could help my company. In my mind, help meant, “let’s go to court.” Attorney Morgan, however, with his calm and level-headed demeanor, talked me off the ledge with a suggestion to meet with the opposing party because of the relationship he and I have. I hired Ron about 7 years ago and he was prompt, professional and informative about the law. He made me feel secure about the decision I had to make. There was no pressure or sales pitch. I am so grateful I was referred to this Atrorney. He is sincere, compassionate, hard-working, and truly cares about helping people.
I suffered trauma after an auto accident (hit hard from behind), which caused severe trauma to neck and to my thinking. I had difficulty performing my job in the banking, and also in the insurance industries (shortly after that has ladted more than two years), and felt the need to resign (after being bullied by management, trainers, and fellow staff), because of being the "slow kid on the block," and the "weekest link" in the office. I was losing my memory and the fast funtion I had always had. Due to my medical problems, after resigning, I struggled with unemployment on and off for a few years. My finances became a chaos. I kept thinking, "This next job will work for me," but it never did. I struggled for nearly two years, with different office jobs and even MORE bullying.
Anyway, back to Ron...Ron was referred to me by CCCS of Columbus, as I was told by them that he has helped a lot of people in need of declaring bankruptcy. I never wanted to consider it, but he made it very simple for me to understand. I feel compared to other Attorneys, he is very fair in his pricing with tons of experience.
I can honestly say that I have never met a kinder attorney (only had two in my life). Ron is very down to earth, easy to talk with, and I feel that he took a sincere interest in my concerns, and my desire to get back up in my life. It may sound "mushy" to some, but I pray a lot, and I truly believe that "Attorney Ron," as I call him, was sent to me by God.
I was inundated with debt, and kept trying as hard as I could to get another office job, yet I struggled with my thinking and my neck each time, which made me look like an utter "Boob" every time (very frustrating, as I am actually a very brite person, intellectually).
Anyway, I finally found a lower stress job as a retail clerk for less than half of what I was earning in each office position, and sso had no choice really but to declair bankruptcy. Ron has never made me feel belittled, or judged in this, and that impresses me as I hear most Attorneys are "power hungry" jerks. Ron is NOT!
If you are looking for a good Attorney, in my opinion, Attorney Ron should be your guy. Don't worry, Folks, I get NO "referral fee." God as my Witness on that!
He's amazing. When my case is complete, I am sending praise about Ron to the BBB as well as the Colymbus Bar Association.

Mr. James handled a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for me and I was impressed by his responsivness to me and my questions and his timely manner for responding. During my time before my meeting with the creditors my son became seriously ill and I had to go out of the state for a few weeks. Jason always responded to my queries. He was on time and neatly dressed when we had the creditors meeting. I had never seen him before but he approached me and ask if I were his client by name. I would recommend his services and his assistant, Nancy, very highly.

I had a very disappointing experience with Yazdani Law, LLC, Columbus, OH. Despite paying for their services in full, they mishandled my case by submitting incorrect documentation, leading to delays and unnecessary stress during the visa process. To make matters worse, they demanded extra money beyond the agreed-upon contract amount, claiming it was for unforeseen circumstances—issues that should have been anticipated with proper diligence.
Their lack of accountability and professionalism was evident throughout. They acted as if they were providing a free service, despite the significant fees I paid. Instead of acknowledging their errors, they attempted to mask their mistakes by blaming and suppressing.
I do not recommend this lawyer or firm to anyone seeking reliable immigration assistance.

She is super smart, very professional, does NOT try to nickel and dime you with billing, and super creative with problem solving and resolving issues, and just simply a genuinely a GOOD HUMAN BEING that does her best for you!!!
I had tried to go the cheap route and do a dissolution with one lawyer that my ex-spouse chose. That ended up being a big mistake!!!!!! I practically got PTSD from how bad and incompetent the law firm was with trying to get a reasonable dissolution done. It became apparent that I needed to get a competent divorce attorney to represent me during the dissolution process. I was referred to her by a colleague who said she will work hard for you and not just try and get as much money out of you like some other law firms try to do.
After Darien represented me, things with my divorce went much smoother and she saved me from myself and helped me get out of an initially bad dissolution. She even corrected the other law firm's proposals and educated them on some crucial divorce law issues that were initially slowing up the divorce negotiations. Through her creative problem solving abilities, legal acumen and expertise, I was able to reach a settlement that worked out great for myself and my ex-spouse. Everyone walked away happy, especially me because she fought for me the entire time and was very pragmatic and was cognizant that I didn't have endless resources. They were not courteous or kind to me. The lady was somewhat rude and condescending towards me. Didn't even bother to look up the health complaint herself she made me find and email it to her even after giving her the tracking number for it, she didn't offer to help at all. And then wanted to tell me I have a time-line to file a suit... which I already knew from talking to previous attorneys I decided to not even go through with this firm because her attitude. Best of luck to everyone else trying to get justice for a lost parent.

I did not have a great experience with Gregory Williams. Just finalized my probate case after 3 years after the the loss of my mom. He was not a good legal counsel and the only thing he did on my behalf was file the paperwork and set up zoom calls. I could have done all this on my own. My sister and I had our own attorney's because we could not agree on things but when it came to Gregory fighting for me he was never able to come through there was always an excuse. My sister took everything out of our mom's house and never did he discuss with me because I was also co-executor I could remove things as well it was excuse after excuse. In the end my sister's attorney was the winner. I felt like Gregory was only concerned about the $$$ and definitely did not look out for my best interest. With that being said I ended up with nothing BUT attorney fee's. I had to pay for his attorney fee's and his new law firm which he moved there toward end of 2023 and their expenses were more than Gregory and had never spoke with anyone there or agreed to their fees since initially started out with Gregory. What I received from my experience is that moving forward this will NEVER happen to my two daughters. Attorney's care nothing about your loss or your grief. At least this law firm. He never had my back for me! Every request I asked for never honored always dismissed. Gregory ended up being more expensive than my sister's attorney and he did more on this probate than Gregory!! Just a joke overall!

David Abromowitz was the lawyer I hired to help set up my IV Hydration and Vitamin Infusion business. He charged me quadruple what was discussed (quoted me 3.5-5K - charged me over 20K and I paid a final amount of OVER 12k - astronomical amount) and took 3 times as long to complete the job. Three other nurses in my coaching group (NursePreneurs) had similar experiences with him and another nurse, coincidentally, came forward today from a different IV Hydration/Vitamin Infusion business reporting the same story. RNs - be warned! He is dishonest and will overcharge you! I notified the BBB but his response was "I'm sorry she didn't understand". You and I both know the truth, Mr. Abromowitz. You were intentionally dishonest. It's people like you that give lawyers a bad name. All these RNs trusted you, I trusted you. Despite your lawyerly response to this review - you and I know the truth.

Very unprofessional. I paid Jessica $350; all she did was eat her breakfast, and she gave me some paperwork. She was too rude even to answer any questions and never answered my calls after the original consultation . She then claimed to have sent me several emails and demanded that I answer her (her way to get rid of me as a client) to sever her services; at this point, I realized it was best to cut my losses and get a lawyer who cared. Please don't waste your time with this one; she is a high-priced waste of your time.

RNs - be warned! He is dishonest and will overcharge you! I notified the BBB but his response was "I'm sorry she didn't understand". You and I both know the truth, Mr. Abromowitz. You were intentionally dishonest. It's people like you that give lawyers a bad name. All these RNs trusted you, I trusted you. Very unprofessional. I paid Jessica $350; all she did was eat her breakfast, and she gave me some paperwork. She was too rude even to answer any questions and never answered my calls after the original consultation . She then claimed to have sent me several emails and demanded that I answer her (her way to get rid of me as a client) to sever her services; at this point, I realized it was best to cut my losses and get a lawyer who cared. Please don't waste your time with this one; she is a high-priced waste of your time.

I was a client of Sean Cydrus. I paid him his fee in full and was told I could file anytime I would like.so I waited about 10 months and called his firm back to ask for a refund because I'm not really sure that I should file.or not. His employee Dan said that I shouldn't refund my retainer until I was absolutely sure. After listening to his 10 minute speech I said ok fine. We'll after another 10 months I decided I didn't need to file and I was near his office so I stopped in.
His receptionist said that I need to write the request for refund. That was fine. So I emailed Sean. His response was that he needs a written letter not an email. Ok again. I wrote a letter and took it to the office. Sean then sent me an email in response saying he had no recollection of me or the transaction. I had moved and lost the receipt so I didn't have proof. And I am assuming he doesnt keep accurate records and doesn't remember very well. because he said he had never met me or talked to me before. Even though I sat in his office talking about Buick cars and his wife and how she is a veteran like myself.
So I was told I never paid him he never met me. But I guess since he is a lawyer I should go away and not say anything about the money that was not returned. It was a horrible desicion to ever involve myself with a person like that.

A friend told me to give Attorney Cydrus a call. I’m glad I did! He made me feel better and gave me hope. I was indeed able to get a car and approved for an apartment after the bankruptcy. They took the time to answer my questions and responded quickly to my emails. All I really had to do was turn in a few documents and they took care of the rest. Filing bankruptcy was easier than I thought. I would recommend calling them for a free consultation if you are thinking about filing bankruptcy.

Mr. Spiroff was my attorney for my Chapter 13 bankruptcy, which I just recently finished. When I was at court at the beginning of my case, I saw another attorney come in who had to call out his clients' names, because he did not know who they were/what they looked like. Mr. Spiroff and his employees always remember me and remember details of my case. He was able to answer any questions that I had, and helped me through this difficult process. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I was without work and needed to file for relief under the Bankruptcy Laws. I was advised by the Staff at this firm to get a job and that they would work with me. During the time I was looking for a job, my truck was repossessed as well as my house went up for Sherriff's Auction. I was just barely able to save my house by filing a Chapter 13 at the very last minute. I should have been counseled to go Chapter 7, but it turns out that Mr. Spiroff Only does Chapter 13. I feel, and it is my opinion, that I was misled and given very poor advice. My original attorney was replaced suddenly on a Sunday Morning and I ended up working with Mr. Spiroff directly. I subsequently refiled a Chapter 13 with a much better attorney (in my opinion) and have been very happy with the results. I was very disappointed in the professionalism (or in my opinion, a lack of) with this firm.
