Atty Falvey and his team are great. They are responsive and comprehensive in the help that they provide. I would highly recommend Attorney Neil Crane, especially in the area of real estate Foreclosures, where his talent was utilized. Within the last 40 years, I have retained no less than a dozen attorneys from Connecticut to Washington, D.C., one of whom successfully represented me in a Connecticut “Supreme’ Court” case. During those years I found only one other attorney that stacked up to Attorney Neil Crane’s ability and tenacity. He was a labor attorney in Washington, D.C. with an AVVO rating of 10.0.
Attorney Crane brought a foreclosure action (on my wife’s and my behalf) within the speed of light (that’s 186,000 miles per “second”)!
Along with other tactics, he legally finessed the other side to settle our issue in a most favorable outcome. He is an example of pure work. Since “a lawyer’s time is her/his stock in trade,” it is important to the client’s wallet to retain an attorney who not only is extremely expert in her/his field, but also possesses a tireless work ethic and most importantly---has a high degree of integrity. Neil Crane and his team are the best. I was forced into signing my mother into a nursing home. They told me only my mothers assets would be affected. They lied they took her house and wanted mine as well even though my mother had nothing to do with my house. My husband had a heart attack and other things that caused him to be disabled and not be able to work anymore. My job after 30 years was outsourced I got behind in my mortgage and they were going to foreclose. Neil and his staff helped me keep my home. I am truly grateful. Also a special shout out to Audra.

Attorney George Weber, immediately made me feel comfortable by saying "call me George." I was extremely nervous and George put me at ease. I was given forms to fill out and left alone in his conference room to complete them, then answered as best I could. Giving me plenty of time, George returned and went over the forms in a systematic and thorough way, finding some vulnerable liabilities no one else had mentioned prior to my visit to this office. Methodically going over all the details, I was giving personal advise that suited my situation and invited to come back for any more minor questions. Eventually of course I'd have to pay a fee which after experiencing all the good advise would be well worth the investment. Amazingly, the excellent advise and lengthy time spent was free of charge. Pretty incredible especially when so many consultants are more concerned in how much they charge and collecting money up front and don't even do a decent job. I highly recommend seeking out Attorney George Weber's services, you'll feel much better upon receiving his good advice and experiencing his calm, pleasant demeanor that will allow to feel better about whatever your financial situation.

Recently, the economic downturn required I face the prospect of having to close my business and force a new economic reality upon my family. We knew much would change but there was one thing my wife and I hoped and prayed for: to keep our home. Involved with a franchise, the Small Business Administration and a national, deep pocketed landlord, we faced an uphill battle and few encouraging words that we would be successful.
I interviewed five bankruptcy attorneys in total. None provided the feeling of confidence and the sense that our goal was attainable until we met Gene Melchionne.
While our bankruptcy was very complicated and at times stressful, Gene was always there to keep us calm and on task. His demeanor is exceptional and his willingness to go the extra mile, dig deep to find creative solutions and continuously look out for our best interests was always very clear.

We had occasion to seek Attorney Peter Lawrence's opinion concerning our unfortunate need to declare bankruptcy and then seeking a Deed in Lieu for our home from a major bank—a bank that sought to confuse, delay and bully us. Although we were in a financial situation we would have never anticipated, Peter was kind, understanding and compassionate when explaining our options.
We found him to be patient with us even when he had to re-explain aspects of the legal process we were confused about, especially with the Deed in Lieu negotiation. It seemed the bank's tactic was to send conflicting communications and it seemed that one department of the bank did not communicate with other parts, often time conflicting with previous communications and statements. Peter was able to put us at ease with his knowledge of the process and his assurance that there would a satisfactory outcome. His calm demeanor, his understanding of our embarrassment being in these difficult situation and his ability to not “talk over us”, but explain in language we could understand, made resolving our problems more endurable.
We would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Attorney Lawrence!
