Mike was beyond amazing to work with. He is an incredible attorney and we got a favorable outcome on my case. From our first phone call he listened to me and was very sympathetic for my situation. I had spoke with several lawyers prior and they were not as kind or compassionate as he is.
This was my first time needing a lawyer. Mike helped make the entire process smooth and not intimidating. He is very good at his job and does it with ease. He is also very reasonably priced.
I fully recommend Mike if you are in need of an attorney. I hope to not need a criminal defense attorney in the future but if I do, Mike will be the one I call and who I refer people to.

I was accused of a crime that threatened my reputation, my freedom, and my professional role when an embittered adolescent with social-emotional needs falsely accused me of physical assault. Having had very limited exposure to criminal proceedings previously, I had no idea what to expect and was, to say the least, terrified. Mr. Daniels was more than trustworthy, knowledgeable, and responsive, he was real. He provided me with the insight I required to maintain my sanity during an incredibly difficult time in my life. Though he had much larger cases than mine, I only discovered this through happenstance and otherwise would never have known I wasn't the most important he had ever had. I would recommend the Law Office of Christopher A. German for your bankruptcy needs. He is honest and upfront with you. There are no surprises, and you know exactly what to expect. He's thorough and takes his time answering your questions and goes over everything with you before your meeting with the creditors. After my meeting I couldn't be prouder. The night before we went over everything and he answered any questions that I had. He made sure I was prepared and at ease for the meeting. However, that's not the only reason why I was proud that he was in my corner. I had witnessed a party go before me with their lawyer and I couldn't believe how unprepared she was and the lack of representation and pride she had in herself and in her client. Mr. German doesn't treat you like you're just another number to him. You're his client and he treats you as such. He communicates with you every step of the way and ensures that you are clear on what to expect.
Mr. German was professional, prepared and represented me very well. Charlie did a great job trying to defend my case. Although the DUI did not get dropped, he did get my careless driving dropped. DA was not budging on jail time. Danny stepped in at my last courtdate, and was able to get me IHD. On that, I was thankful. I feel I did get my $'s worth from this team. They really do try to get the best deal possible. I would say I would use them again. However I will not need their services in the future. As I will NEVER LET THIS HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. Colorado has become tougher through the years for DUI. The cost alone with everything involved is not worth admitting to having a few drinks and refusing Breathalyzer or Blood tests! If you are ever in this situation, call these guys. They are not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. It is worth having this team of lawyers by your side through this process.

I feel so very grateful to Kaplan Morrell. Their whole team was fantastic. I worked a lot with Tammy Roberts from their office and she was amazing! I lost my job and was hit with huge medical bills due to covid. I was about to get evicted when I started reading about bankruptcy. Adam and Denver Bankruptcy Relief saved me from living in my car. I didn't have to do much but a few phone interviews, fax some paperwork and do a phone hearing because the courts were only doing phone hearings. I got out of debt for 500 dollars and I am here to say Adam was kind and cared about my situation and was literally someone who saved my life. I hired Mr. Tirella at Denver Bankruptcy Relief to file my chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He was laid back but seemed to know all the complexities of the law. I felt like he responded to my emails and calls within a day and was with me every step of the way. I can say I received excellent service and representation and was able to conduct a good amount of the process over email. My only complaint is that I had to find two years of tax returns which i initially thought was annoying. It turns out those are required for the court. All in all, he's a very good lawyer.

I got into trouble with the IRS. With their fees and penalties, the amount they wanted was over 80,000$. I tried an offer in compromise but the IRS was not helpful with that. I made an appointment with Mr. Tirella and Denver Bankruptcy relief. Mr. Tirella explained to me that in a chapter 13, the only tax I would owe the IRS was the basic tax debt and not any fees interest or penalties. I ended up owing a very small amount and was able to pay it off over 5 years in the chapter 13. I got my life back in order and thank Mr. Tirella for his hard work.

Colin McCallin is the one of the best attorney in Denver, very honest and straight forward which makes him really nice he will not give you false expectation but do everything he can to make sure you are in good shape. They haven’t always told me what I want to hear, but they have always considered my opinion and that has been reflected in the things they have produced on my behalf. My case is not over, but they believe in me and have taken my side with the best they have to offer. Their rates are fair, and I have never had the feeling they were fabricating hours as so many law firms do, especially the law firm that is attacking me. I suspect I will have more to add to this review in the future.

We recently moved Jarret and his bill is yet to be paid. If your looking for a lawyer don't look here. We reimbursed him 22.50 for a 4-6 dollar planter. He owes us over a thousand dollars and we may have to take him to small claims court. I can't say he's a bad lawyer because I'm not sure but if you are serviced and your only gripe is a 6 dollar planter that we told you we felt uncomfortable moving was broke. Then you found a way to not pay while it looks like you did. Jarret Benson has no morals. Find a lawyer who will have a ethical code.
