Is he $$$, yes. Does $$$ mean better? In this case, absolutely. We had 0 problems, mishaps, or difficulties with our case. It went smoothly. Beautifully. As beautiful as a giant mountain of stress can be.

If you found yourself with a lawyer that promises you the world and promises top notch service just to be uncontactable after you paid the retainer, then you are in the same boat as me.
I had another lawyer before coming to David Zolkin in a last ditch effort to save my company. The other lawyer was simply uncontactable after i paid the retainer. Their secretary would always take a message but i would never get a call back. And creditors don't wait. They are super scary and not being able to get a hold of your lawyer is super frustrating.
Long story short. I cancelled the other useless lawyer and came to David Zolkin for some real help.
David is a very kind and patient lawyer. He will not sell you the most expensive product unless he feels you really need it. He took the time to understand me and my business and we worked out a way without having to go through chapter 11. which would be really expensive and a win for the lawyer.
Instead we focused on renegotiating with the creditors and to get some breathing room.
David will be by your side. Not only that he will give you his person cell number and you can contact him anytime. And by anytime i mean anytime. He will always pick up and answer your text.
He is truly a diamond lawyer and i can only recommend him to anyone that needs a lawyer for credit related issues.

Jeff went above and beyond for my fiance and I. He made accommodations for our location, working with us remotely in an area of California he doesn't usually cover geographically. Leon and his team has been nothing but amazing! No one wants to make a choice to go through with bankruptcy, but sometimes, that's the only option available. Joseph helped my wife through a difficult bankruptcy. She had unresolvable personal tax debts amounting to $75,000 left over from a deceased husband's past financial mistakes and extreme medical bills caused by an unfortunate accident and lousy healthcare thanks to the Obamacare health law.
Joseph was extremely helpful in getting us organized, making sure we had every document ready to go for court. We only had to personally appear in court one time. Joseph was always available by phone and email and promptly answered all our questions. Even when we had questions months after the case was finalized, he still answered our calls.

I don’t typically write any reviews but Shiela was so Amazing from the initial consult to the end of the case that she deserves people to know what a professional, compassionate, kind attorney she is. If your looking for the best attorney than stop looking. I liked her immediately because she listened without any judgments, she didn’t rush me off the phone, she really listened to my case. I highly recommend Ruben Fuentes! He helped me with my divorce and I was divorced in about 6 months! He also helped me get the child support and spousal support that I was entitled to by law. On top of that he also gave me a reasonable price and let me make payments. I was not able to find another attorney that was willing to arrange a payment plan for me. On top of that Mr. Fuentes and his staff gave me the best customer service and they were not rude. It was a pleasure working with them. Rick Baum guided us through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and we felt supported every step of the way. Our first consult was a year before we actually filed; we thought we could "do it on our own" and when that effort was obviously not yielding substantial inroads into our debt, we went back and started the official process. I was so nervous (and ashamed!) about it all, but Rick was both candid and supportive. Over the five years of the "plan," he responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed his help. If your household or company is seeking an attorney for Chapter 11, she is the one. Prior to finding Elaine, our family has undergone horrible experience with another attorney in town, who claimed his firm has full knowledge and experience in dealing with Chapter 11 cases, NOT! This lovely lady is great. She will fit and make time to speak to you. Not only speak;however, give an ear to hear what you have to say. Just like any busy lady she may be tied up at the moment, and at the end she will pick up your call just to not ignore you! The thing about confidence people is that they do things over and over again. Michelle will show you more then her confidence, but able to compare past cases to show what will take place threw out time. Pick her mind, you and her will cover all areas of Frequent problems that is happening with out you even knowing. Give her less then 48 hours. You will get a call back.
