my experience was not so great. I spent $10,000 with this man Craig and very little was said in two years. Just going to court and getting in continuances then at the pulmonary hearing, he didn’t even have any of my photos or videos To offset with law-enforcement was trying to say I couldn’t believe it after he told me he was ready countless times My experience was not very good at all

Is he $$$, yes. Does $$$ mean better? In this case, absolutely. We had 0 problems, mishaps, or difficulties with our case. It went smoothly. Beautifully. As beautiful as a giant mountain of stress can be.

Attorney Chuck is awesome and our case manager Dinora Castro gave my family a ton help. I was in an auto accident in 2022 and this firm helped me win my case. Unfortunately, my son was hit by a negligent driver the following year and injured while riding his bike. This firm settled his case as well, which turned out better than expected. Hopefully we will not need them again, but I do recommend them to others. Kind hearted professionals. There were so many lawyers on Google -we took a chance and got lucky with this firm.

The customer service is very disappointing! Do they really care about their clients? I feel unwelcome at this law office. They don’t respect people’s time and make you wait over an hour after you took the time to schedule the appointment. This is the 5th time they do this to me and it gets worse when they say wait for my call because they won’t call you. The bad part is that I Paid for the whole service already. Probably that is why they treat me like trash.

Jeff went above and beyond for my fiance and I. He made accommodations for our location, working with us remotely in an area of California he doesn't usually cover geographically. What's more, he was incredibly personable, calm, and clear in his communications, taking the time to explain the more technical aspects to us step by step, and always remaining patient and understanding as he did so. Leon and his team has been nothing but amazing! No one wants to make a choice to go through with bankruptcy, but sometimes, that's the only option available. My case was approved fairly quickly and the team answer all of questions throughout the process. My lawyer Leon readily offer for me to call him even on his days off - which I really appreciate. We couldn't afford the business rent, credit card debts, and etc.. We had contacted several bankruptcy lawyers at that time. Joseph helped my wife through a difficult bankruptcy. She had unresolvable personal tax debts amounting to $75,000 left over from a deceased husband's past financial mistakes and extreme medical bills caused by an unfortunate accident and lousy healthcare thanks to the Obamacare health law.
Joseph was extremely helpful in getting us organized, making sure we had every document ready to go for court. We only had to personally appear in court one time. Joseph was always available by phone and email and promptly answered all our questions. Even when we had questions months after the case was finalized, he still answered our calls.
Joseph went far beyond our expectations and we highly recommend him. We didn't choose him just because he was affordable. We chose him because after interviewing several attorneys in the area, he communicated the best with us and had a realistic plan. Ultimately, his plan worked.

I don’t typically write any reviews but Shiela was so Amazing from the initial consult to the end of the case that she deserves people to know what a professional, compassionate, kind attorney she is. If your looking for the best attorney than stop looking. I liked her immediately because she listened without any judgments, she didn’t rush me off the phone, she really listened to my case. It was so refreshing to find an attorney that was so good at what they do, make your feel comfortable, and pass zero judgements and care all at the same time. She gives you the facts, helps you understand what to expect which helped me so much. I found Shiela after my previous attorney really messed up a simple case for me and made it beyond complicated. I've been going through a horrible case where my rescue kitten was murdered at a tow yard, because the police officer and Tow driver refused to release her to me.. It was so devastating.. I highly recommend Ruben Fuentes! He helped me with my divorce and I was divorced in about 6 months! He also helped me get the child support and spousal support that I was entitled to by law. On top of that he also gave me a reasonable price and let me make payments. I was not able to find another attorney that was willing to arrange a payment plan for me. On top of that Mr. Fuentes and his staff gave me the best customer service and they were not rude. It was a pleasure working with them. Rick Baum guided us through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and we felt supported every step of the way. Our first consult was a year before we actually filed; we thought we could "do it on our own" and when that effort was obviously not yielding substantial inroads into our debt, we went back and started the official process. I was so nervous (and ashamed!) about it all, but Rick was both candid and supportive. Over the five years of the "plan," he responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed his help. He also has a great sense of humor! We are now finally done; though the filing was necessary more than desired, we are quite relieved it is over and that we had such reliable, efficient, and effective counsel. If your household or company is seeking an attorney for Chapter 11, she is the one. Prior to finding Elaine, our family has undergone horrible experience with another attorney in town, who claimed his firm has full knowledge and experience in dealing with Chapter 11 cases, NOT! Our case was almost sanctioned by the Judge due to a mistake made by our previous attorney. Thankfully, Elaine rescued us from horrible nightmare.
