Owned two properties:
Investment property in foreclosure a couple of years and eventually Mr. Montalvo negotiated a release and waiver of deficiency.
Primary Home:
Defended the foreclosure tried to obtain a modification was denied 4 times ended up going to trial lost the trial. Entered a Chapter 13 Plan under the new loan modification programs was able to obtain a loan modification with forgiveness of principal and eventually got out of Bankruptcy as we accomplished our main mission of obtaining a modification.

I contacted Mr Expositio in May 2022. He was recommended by Met Life Legal program, from my employer in California. He was kind, interested, professional, and so helpful. He walked me through step by step of how to handle a Florida traffic citation. He followed up with phone call and texts and everything went exactly as he described. My wife Cynthia and Me were frightened and devastated when our brokerage firm after having lost 1.5 million dollars of our retirement savings over the course of a year and a half phoned to say we should liquid our portfolio.

I am a retired personal injury litigation attorney with more than 45 years of experience. I knew within 15 minutes of our conversation that Jeff was an extraordinary and highly skilled litigator. His analysis and legal advice was cogent, concise and as it turned out legally correct. Within days my wife and me met Jeff and his team. We retained his firm to pursue our case.

I only met with Mr. Meyer once for a consultation whether I needed to file bankruptcy or not due to two foreclosures ocurred the end of 2012. After reviewing my W2 and the form the two mortgage companies sent IRS reporting abandonment of the property, market value and county assessment, he recommended no need of filing chapter 7, and offered to do my taxes at $500.00. I thought it was a bit pricey.

Mr. Cuenant is by far the best attorney I have ever dealt with in my life. When I filed for bankruptcy earlier in the year I was very afraid of the entire process.
