My husband and I put off our estate planning for a long time. We didn't know how to find someone we could trust. Thankfully, some friends of ours told us about their experience working with TJ. They felt he was an excellent attorney and had handled their affairs well. We wholeheartedly agree with their assessment!
TJ was very responsive. We initially contacted him through his website and he responded to our inquiry within hours. My husband is a pilot, and it can be difficult to schedule meetings with him. TJ worked within our time constraints and quickly rearranged when needed.
Once we were in our face to face meeting, TJ, and his assistant, Gretchen, listened well, explained thoroughly, and never made us feel inadequate or judged by some of the "off the beaten track" requests we had.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience under less-than-ideal circumstances with worker’s compensation. Denise and Conrad were quick to respond when I had questions and explained every step very well. I contacted them after being jerked around by worker’s compensation insurance company for an injury. Denise helped me get more treatment that improved my injury and negotiated a good settlement. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in heartbeat!

I wish there was a rating of 1 to 10 because Mr. Keyser deserves a 10 out of 10! The overall experience of going to court can be a very unsettling and stressful process... Mr. Keyser genuinely cares about his clients and the overall outcome of their cases!
While I was drowning in anxiety and uncertainty of my case, Mr. Keyser walked me through the entire process and actually got me a better outcome than I had originally anticipated!
I would highly recommend to have Mr. Keyser in your corner for all of your law/court needs!

I met Rick Schreiber through a friend that used his services years before I had to considere filing myself. Rick, who prefers being called by his first name is very nice to get along with. He made the whole experience a very easy going process and I never felt judged, which was one of my insecurities or fears.
He’s soft spoken, very organized which is something that I appreciate since I’m not; he has a small office that helped me feel comfortable. When he needs you, he makes sure you know before hand and not only emails but calls you. This approach helped me come down when I was out of my comfort zone. In the end, filing is not something you consider it will happen to you, but now that I have gone through the process, I’m honored he took my case.
I would recommend his services with eyes closed.

It’s never easy to come to a tough spot in life where you need to file for bankruptcy, but it is your right to do so. After completing a five-year chapter 13 plan successfully, looking back, the law firm that I partnered with was absolutely my 2nd most important decision. From getting it filed, to walking alongside of me during the 5 year plan, Michael Bolinske and his team were superb. I have no doubt that my bankruptcy would not have gone as smoothly as it did if I had chosen another firm. My advice? Chose the Bolinske team.

Michael Bolinske is a caring and compassionate attorney. He truly understands that when people are in a situation like this they are stressed, sad, and even depressed. David and I initially were both up north with bad cell service but he stuck with me and I did the same. He felt like the only lawyer I had heard from that actually cared about you and not just the money he’s making . We shared stories and talked about life over the course of several months. Dave Kelly put me at ease on my first visit and i knew then that everything would be ok! He was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding regarding my situation. I’m too late for this review since my discharge was granted early January of 2019 but taking advantage of the free quarantine time to show him my appreciation for his work. David Kelly was outstanding throughout the whole process which we started around July of 2018. He meticulously gathered all the necessary documents needed while in consultation with him 24/7 through email. We would meet every forthright at his office and he would explain me in detail every step of the way. We finally filed mid October 2018 and I got my discharge on January 2019. I would highly recommend his services because he was so detail oriented to my case. A fantastic all round bankrupt lawyer.

Not only is David a great lawyer and works hard on your behalf but he cares about his clients. He goes over and beyond. Seriously! This guy will work harder for you than anyone. I know this personally... he did for my case and its 9 months later and he is still taking my questions. He is always there for me and my family. He is a very honest and stand-up guy. Liz filled in on my case when the attorney I had been working with for years was on maternity leave. I was reluctant to work with someone new because my case was cumbersome and overwhelming, but Liz far exceeded my expectations. Attorney doesn't reply to email text or phone calls. Did not respond to me for a court date and was late then zoomed I to it to my surprise.
Vantage is not wanting to refund my money and I received 0 services as promised.
Once I made this an issue which started only days after signing up they said they would resolve ot and after the court issue now vantage is also not returning my phone calls.

Mr. Blaschko handled my Chapter 13 bankruptcy a few years ago. The results were excellent. He was able to use a delay on the trustee's part to get a quite favorable plan approved. I was able to complete my plan successfully. Mr. Blaschko handled the annoying details too, like a creditor who kept making excuses for not providing a lien release even after their claim was paid in full.
Mr. Blaschko does excellent work in business contracts and estate planning as well. I highly recommend his services.
