Ben Wright's law office provided me with a personal verbal message regarding my situation. The response given was very helpful and insightful regarding my next steps. He explained my situation from a legal point of view along with some facts regarding what I could or could not do. His message felt, very much like, we were sitting across the table discussing the matter and included not only a thoughtful approach of ways I could proceed, he also added, in what I would consider, could have been answers to my follow up questions.
Although, I am not able to file another bankruptcy at this time, I will keep Wright Law Offices on top of my list for handling my bankruptcy in the future.

I found Diane Drain just by going through Google and looking for an attorney who can help me understand bankruptcy. She was quick to reply to my questions and clearly explained what will be expected of me. It was a scary thought for me, filing for bankruptcy because I have always believed that I should he responsible for my debts even if they have been putting me in so much stress that my health started to suffer. But Diane showed me that there is light at the end of the tunnel and that I am not alone in my struggle. Diane and her assistant, Jay, helped me without stressing me more. They made the process easy. They made me feel better and made me learn to accept the fact that I cannot help myself get out of my situation alone, that I needed help. Went on vacation and things seemed to have turned for the worst. Contacted Lerner and Rowe and Sean was assigned to my case. Felt like I had ruined my life but Sean was with me every step of the way. We were very fortunate to have found Mr. Larry Karandreas to handle our Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I highly recommend him! He is a superb negotiator who is staunchly on your side. Our case was somewhat complicated and we ran into several unexpected snags during the course of our bankruptcy. Mr. Karandreas handled these surprises with professional aplomb. At the outset of our case Mr. Karandreas was able to set aside a large portion of our debt that was held by unsecured creditors that had not contacted us for a number of months. Here is some good news for those who are thinking about filing for bankruptcy. At first, considering a bankruptcy was a depressing experience. Finding an attorney that you could trust to provide you the best advice was not easy. Getting experienced and knowledgeable legal advice was a "lifesaver" during this process. Mark, and his wife Kelly, are The Team that walked us through a painful and oftentimes scary process that protected our hard earned assets and allowed us to pay off some creditors which made us feel that we had been as responsible as allowable under the law. A Chapter 13 bankruptcy allowed General Motors to survive and to save thousands of jobs. It help us to also survive and continue to feel like productive citizens that just didn't walk out paying nothing to those creditors that the law said we had to pay. We completed the process successfully and we know we did it because of the excellent services provided by Mark and Kelly. We hired Matt because we we were having trouble understanding how to work out our international taxes and US taxes. He was honest with his legal scope on the matter, and was effectively able take care of all our necessary needs in a thorough, professional manner to ensure we did everything according to law and IRS compliance. Additionally, we felt his pricing was fair and appropriate for his work, as sometimes attorney hourly charges can get a pricey.

Mr. Black has provided a variety of legal services to my family and me over the last several years. I had a terrible situation where I was going through a divorce from an irresponsible person that allowed back taxes to pile up by not withholding from his checks for years. At the time, we owed over $60,000 in back taxes to the IRS. This attorney was able to bankrupt the IRS as well as take care of the "no fault" divorce papers for us for a very reasonable cost.
