I had the great fortune and pleasure to find and work with Sean Laird on a case I was seeking representation for. I hit the jack pot by shear luck, or a blessing from above, using a Google search for a nursing home lawyer. Sean Laird was straight forward, sharp as they come, and kind to boot! He is not pushy, bossy or arrogant…experiences I have come across more in my particular field generally speaking; having worked with different types of lawyers on cases. So if that has been your experience too, you won’t find it with him. He is excellent at what he does; he’s to the point, guides you if you get ahead of yourself as these cases are emotional, and does so in a balanced approach that you feel valued and part of the team. He is tough in his fight for you and/or your loved one. I have the upmost respect for Sean Laird, with or without a settlement. If I ever had any case or situation, where I needed a lawyer, I would want him to represent me. Unfortunately, as far as I am aware, he only tackles cases involving nursing homes- elder care abuse type cases. I hope to never need a lawyer again, but if I did, I’d want him. If you are in need of this type of lawyer, look no further. He is a gem in a sea of stones. He really is that good. He came through for my mother and I, with an amazing result. I felt my mom was honored and justice served with the outcome he got for us and a strong message to the nursing home administration. May my mother rest in peace, and I have to thank Sean for making that possible.

In 2015, I still vividly recall the day I walked into Elder Care Abuse Attorney Sean Laird's office. It had taken me almost a year to find the courage to walk into his office and once again relive the horrific abuse that ultimately led to the death of my family member. Sean's demeanor was caring and calming which made it easy to explain the timeline of events that led to his death. Sean asked many pointed but relevant questions. I felt he was very calm and easy to converse and at the same time assessing my truthfulness and inquiring about specific events that led to his death. Mr. Meisner was thorough and insightful and did a great job advancing and settling the cases for my daughter and myself after a violent car accident.
He also provided preliminary paperwork and advice immediately that would prove helpful in assuring a smooth settlement.

First, where do I start without sounding "overboard"? Let me use an analogy of our situation that can paint the picture of our situation. As with others, my wife and I have wonderful jobs and are hard working "common folk" that was riding a real nice wave of success (six figure earnings, travels, purchases, investments,etc.), but we came to realize that we were drowning in a sea of debt. When we realized that we were in trouble...we were "Really" in trouble (in terms of indebtness)...we needed a "lifeline".
Here's were Jeremy Winter and his AttorneyDebtReset staff came to the rescue. We had never in my adult life needed an attorney and never thought we would be declaring bankruptcy, but we were doing just that. We were ashamed and unsure of our next steps....Jeremy made our whole experience less stressful than we thought it would be.
In meeting with us, he provided a reassuring atmosphere both in the setting and with his words. He walked us through the entire process and was prompt in his responses. When his staff needed to perform a follow-up in obtaining additional information they were so professional. When the process was done we were able to start our road to recovery with a plan that worked out for all parties and allowed us move forward.
With this being said, Jeremy Winter and AttorneyDebtReset are truly a blessing for people who find themselves in a situation requiring their expertise. These people know how to handle your business in a way that respects your dignity despite the miscues some of us go through. Never at any point did they make us feel unwelcomed because of the situation we were in...quite the opposite. I believe that they truly want to help individuals in seemingly impossible situations. Yes, they run a business and must get paid, but this is second nature as far as I am concerned for there are some many attorneys out there seeking just that...to get paid. These guys have something about them that makes you feel that, "yes...this is the right place". I would recommend AttorneyDebtReset a million times over...they are just that good (Great!). I can't say "thank you" enough (although I've expressed that each time I received email from Jeremy and his staff), but I really feel that this group of people are standouts. Atty. Montefalcon was recommended to us. We made an appointment with him and explained that we were from out of town and on a tight schedule. So he actually came in on a weekend to get the paperwork completed!
We had to go to the Philippines to sell our deceased parents property and close their bank accounts as well. All this in 1 week. I was dubious that this could happen, but when we arrived, our broker said that because we had all our paperwork In order, we were able to complete the sale of the house in 4 days!
Atty Montefalcon thought of everything, from my sisters name change affidavit, to including both siblings on the special power of atty! Additionally, we were able to close their bank accounts without much hassle, because we were prepared with the banks required paperwork.
If it weren't for atty Montefalcon's diligence, we would not have completed everything in record time and be back here in the states to go to our regular jobs! Thank you!!! You're a miracle worker!

I discovered Frayley & Frayley when searching for Ch. 7 Bankruptcy assistance. I had already obtained several quotes from local Bankruptcy Attorneys in addition to trying to get help from an organization called Capital Pro Bono legal services which is the only legal service offered to low income individuals by the County of Sacramento. Unfortunately, I had to print & send them a copy of my credit report & then a week later was able to talk to someone who then was very negative about my personal circumstance. After that bleak experience, I was able to have a free video conference with Mr. Gary Frayley. His approach was unbiased & genuine. He is known as the Guru on the Hill due to his many years of experience including teaching law students & being very active in the community.He also speaks professionally at Legal conferences & forums. I appreciated his honesty & that he was not trying to mislead me into retaining his services. He said he got into Law not to make millions of dollars by taking people's hard earned money but because he wanted to help people. I would highly recommend Gary Frayley to anyone who needs legal help with Bankruptcy law. They don't make 'em like that anymore.

Amber was a saving grace for me to stumble across. I actually already had a previous attorney who wasn’t getting anywhere or making any progress in my case when I hired Amber. My previous attorney had been working on my case for approximately 10 months and when Amber came in, she was able to get my sentencing reduced with the DA and close the case within less than 2 months. I was referred to Daniel Martin, but I didn't think we would use them, we just had questions. Truthfully I didn't have any idea how to deal with this type of situation so I chose to hire Daniel and I'm glad I did. Daniel guided us through a process that was completely foreign to us. We did not have the time nor the knowledge to fully understand how to handle the paperwork, our rights, and the court process. Daniel was patient, non-judgmental, and understanding. 10 out of 10, highly recommend, do not look else where! Hendrick is amazing! I originally retained him when I was charged with resisting arrest about 3 years ago. A day before my first court date Hendrick took my case and from that point forward took care of EVERYTHING. Fast forward to 2024 my husband was facing a felony charge that could carry a 3 year sentence, Hendrick was able to negotiate time served, home detention for 30 days and his immediate release. I had a private student loan with AES, American Education Services. The loan amount was for 88,000. I had paid on the loan for 6-7 years. Ran into some hard times and wasn't able to pay it. And for about 5 years I had no contact with AES nor did I make a payment. I was sued, showed up on my door step and served me papers.... I cant tell you how many attorney's tell you "kick rocks" when they hear what type of debt I had. Linda was able to take care of this. My case ended around 2015 in El Dorado County. The debt still showed up on my credit report as of July 2018.. By October 2018 the student loan is gone. All three reports show AES is no longer on my credit. Linda is GREAT!!!!! I feel like Linda helped me win the lottery. AES would have followed me for ever.. I would have never been to move on with me life. LINDA GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK.... THANK YOU LINDA!!!!!

Passed off to Julia when the partners who originally created our family trust were unavailable to handle a simple matter of revoking a family trust. We made it clear we wanted to revoke, but she kept trying to upsell to create two new trusts. When I expressed frustration that the possibility of signing a simple piece of paper to revoke wasn't offered in the multiple emails we exchanged and we both reinforced several times that yes, we wanted to revoke, she said we were being rude and hung up on us. Whether she likes it or not, as a service provider who has frustrated a customer, she needs to professionally deal with frustration, and clarify questions when she's not making a compelling argument. Otherwise the Summerall law firm was quick and easy to deal with, shame she was unable to resolve a simple matter.
