We were referred by our car dealership person to Jordan after we could not get into a car. We filed bankruptcy in august 2018 and discharged December 2018. The process was easy and painless. Jordan is very responsive and helpful. He is fair in his prices as well. Mr. Tracy did a very complex Chapter 7 bankruptcy for both our business and personal finances. He and his assistant were always available for questions. Mr. Tracy is well respected by the Bankruptcy Trustees, knows exactly how to present to them in court, and made what could have been a very painful process much easier than expected. We definitely recommend Mr. Daryl Campbell. He assisted us by helping us comprehend a financial document that we had signed. He was prompt in contacting us at the agreed upon time and counseled with us for almost forty-five minutes interpreting the language of the document, making sure that we understood our financial position, the legal implications, and informed us of our options and limitations concerning the signed agreement. Jim did a great job for me- got my Bankruptcy through and completed without a hitch, kept me informed the whole time. I had an issue with the state, since I'd made too much money to technically qualify for a Chapter 7, but with the downturn in the economy, I'd lost my job and my outlook on getting a position making comparable money was bleak. (I still don't have a job making what I used to, and would never have been able to pay back my debts under Chapter 13.) Jim was kind, helpful and thorough. I highly recommend him.

The title almost says it all. Dave guided my spouse and I through our bankruptcy case. It is by no means a stress free process, but along the way I had Dave's guidance and reassurance.

I do not recommend. At first everything was fine, the company gave me access to the CRM system to add documents and control the status. I added all the documents very quickly. The company was constantly in touch Katya and the team (Kimberly and Abel). But then they started disappearing and not answering questions, they promised one deadline, but did nothing within the specified time frame and do not give an answer on the actual status and when it will be ready. As a client, I am worried because I did not receive the service for which I made an advance payment and I am wasting time with filing a case.

Will Reingold was one of the attorneys who represented me in my divorce. Will’s overall attentiveness to the case and its myriad of deadlines demonstrated a high degree of detail-orientation that was incredibly reassuring during a very difficult period. It was a contentious case in which many motions were filed by both parties, which meant a lot of legal writing had to be done. Will’s writing was unfailingly crisp, concise (while still comprehensive), and persuasive. Through his writing I could tell how seriously he took my case, and how much he cared about the way his rhetoric would put me in a position to achieve a positive outcome. Additionally, the speed with which Will was able to produce incredibly well-written artifacts was equally impressive. Nelson Boyd Attorneys represented me in a bicycle crash and did an excellent job. They are a caring, professional team, where I got the benefit of them both working on my case together. Each brought their individual strengths to my representation.
As much as a legal intervention is an inherently stressful undertaking, Nelson Boyd made the experience as low-stress as possible. They did this by being good listeners, providing assurances that they were fighting for me, providing prompt and excellent communications, and always doing what they said they would do.
My suit was settled satisfactorily (they worked on contingency) prior to reaching court, which was preferable since it took nearly two years to get to that point-- though not due to any fault of Nelson Boyd. Going to court would likely have taken another six months or longer. My case involved personal injury and I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing this sort of representation -- and probably other issues, as well. At minimum, it will be worth your while to call them to discuss your problem.

So far they have been on top of things clear communication and got me into one of the best chiropractors/physical therapist. I could imagine state of the art facilities and they’re always there to answer my calls and emails. Unknowledgeable, Way Too Expensive, Dropped the Ball and Miserably Failed Us
Paid $3,500 for absolutely nothing accomplished! Lacked basic knowledge and failed to get it yet charged a fee for nothing but excuses. Charge for reading and sending every email, even though the staff were not well trained to explain important information. Cancelled twice at last minute and was always providing unencouraging depressing hopelessness. Finally dropped me for complaining. THIS IS THE TYPE OF ATTORNEY WE WERE ALL WARNED ABOUT! Complete waste of time and money.

I first learned about Angel's services through a "Wine & Wills" event she hosted in Seattle, and I was very impressed by the level of information she shared and the way that she educated about the great importance of considering how we'll leave our affairs after we pass, and how this really does affect all of us. I scheduled an exploratory call with her afterwards that my husband could also attend. It did require a little preparation, but nothing crazy and everything that was requested was totally necessary to having this conversation. At the end of that call, she showed us all of our options and it was easy to understand what would work best for what my husband and I wanted and valued for our family! Working with Angel now, the trust is almost 100% "funded", meaning that should I pass away early, or my husband precede me in death, the other will have an easy, relaxed, peaceful experience, and can focus on grieving rather than worry about our assets be unduly taxed, caught up in lengthy and stressful probate court proceedings, or even become stranded where the surviving spouse does not have the proper permissions with the banks, etc and is unable to access parts of the estate. The way Angel's services work, is that after you pay the flat fee, you have her support for life. This has worked out great for us, as it took us a while to actually complete the actions.
