The title almost says it all. Dave guided my spouse and I through our bankruptcy case. It is by no means a stress free process, but along the way I had Dave's guidance and reassurance.
Throughout the process, Dave helped me understand what was needed of me, and what to expect.
Dave was available when my work hours didn't allow me to reach him during the usual 9-5 time frame.

I was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Fall 2023. At the advise of a friend, I contacted Andrew Cherin to assist me with the claim mediation with both my auto insurance and my health insurance. He was able to claim me the maximum payout from my auto insurance, and got my health insurance to waive any reimbursement out of the auto claim! I am positive things would not have gone as well as they did without his help. I pray that I never need his services again, but for sure know that he's the one I would call if I do!

We were referred by our car dealership person to Jordan after we could not get into a car. We filed bankruptcy in august 2018 and discharged December 2018. The process was easy and painless. Jordan is very responsive and helpful. He is fair in his prices as well. He always gets back to you same day and does a good job at making sure to stay on top of things that he needs to be on time with your case. I highly recommend Jordan for bankruptcy filings. He is very professional and very easy to work with.

I couldn't be more impressed with how speedy and professional Jordan was as well as his paralegal. They worked around my schedule, allowed me to pay with a very reasonable payment plan, and offered prices lower than any other bankruptcy lawyer in the area. I was quoted a price at last 50 percent lower than other law offices offering similar services and I paid exactly that price, no hidden fees. Don't hire anyone else!

To start with, Jamie was referred by my auto accident lawyer. Jamie was highly recommended by him. Jamie helped me get my finances/assets in order in case of litigation. My insurance claim adjustor said that with Jamie's name attached, the other law firms took notice! Jamie not only got my financialaffairs in order, he worked with my auto claim lawyers. Jamie was not only professional, he was very sympathetic and understanding and assisted me with a situation I had never dealt with. I was so fortunate to have Jamie in my corner. Mr. Tracy did a very complex Chapter 7 bankruptcy for both our business and personal finances. He and his assistant were always available for questions. Mr. Tracy is well respected by the Bankruptcy Trustees, knows exactly how to present to them in court, and made what could have been a very painful process much easier than expected. I had called several law offices in downtown Seattle briefly stating my homeownership situation. Most of the receptionists were short toned and very un-helpful. When I dialed for Engel Law Group, the receptionist was very warm, friendly and sympathetic. She connected me right away to Dean D'Mellow and from there Dean educated me about my options. I first spoke with Dean about a Chapter 7 bankruptcy in December 2009 I didn't choose to file until right before Christmas in December 2010 (wish I had filed sooner in retrospect). We definitely recommend Mr. Daryl Campbell. He assisted us by helping us comprehend a financial document that we had signed. He was prompt in contacting us at the agreed upon time and counseled with us for almost forty-five minutes interpreting the language of the document, making sure that we understood our financial position, the legal implications, and informed us of our options and limitations concerning the signed agreement. I originally hired Sean because a plumbing company had caused structural damages to floor joists during a renovation and they would not accept responsibility. What happened instead was Sean transferred me to Joe and the lawsuit lasted 2 1/2 years. We ended up going to arbitration and I won all damages but zero lawyers fees.
Incredibly frustrating experience.
I wouldn’t hire nor recommend them.
I regret hiring Sean and Joe.

I worked with Will Reingold, Jr for my divorce, who was recommended to me by a friend. He was friendly and knowledgeable for a process that is painful for most. The guy always works and never seems to miss a beat. He is always on top of it and prioritizes to get things done/executed like you're his only client. He made efforts to resolve more complicated challenges like parental rights of embryos even though it's not his wheelhouse.

Jim did a great job for me- got my Bankruptcy through and completed without a hitch, kept me informed the whole time. I had an issue with the state, since I'd made too much money to technically qualify for a Chapter 7, but with the downturn in the economy, I'd lost my job and my outlook on getting a position making comparable money was bleak. (I still don't have a job making what I used to, and would never have been able to pay back my debts under Chapter 13.) Jim was kind, helpful and thorough. I highly recommend him.

Credit to the LvBC team - Seth and Karl are outstanding!
I hired them to assist with a residential real estate case. I performed an initial consultation with several other firms, but Seth and LvBC clearly stood out even at early stages. Throughout the entire process they were consistently responsive, informative, and realistic/honest with me. I truly felt like I had expert guidance at every step, and that they took their duty of looking out for my best interest seriously.
LvBC got a tough case - it was a complex situation, the case lasted longer than expected, and there were multiple teams of opposing counsel to contend with. Seth and Karl are the real deal though - and they helped secure a favorable outcome for me. I have seen them work, and they are the folks that you want on your team.
