I knew I needed to file bankruptcy to handle my situation, I visited with four firms to see who I connected with the most and DeMott law fit the bill. They never once shamed me for my situation and understood how I felt. Mr. DeMott was very upfront on what would happen and he was confident on making sure I would be able to protect my assets. Alison and Cindy are spectacular, they made sure I completed all the paperwork and had everything I needed. I went to Mr. Matthew's office to file bankruptcy. Not only did he help me through that difficulty, but when my ex tried to grab more money from my bankruptcy, he went above and beyond to correct what two family attorneys did not do in the past. Instead of the ex getting substantially more, I received a reduction in a monthly payment I make to the ex based on what was agreed to in family court. He didn't have to bring this up to me much less spend time to reduce the payment to the ex as well as the Ch 13 bankruptcy payment...but he did. He is an upstanding attorney and an all-around great guy. I'm sure he can help you too.

I'm writing this review because by far, Mr. Falkiewicz literally saved my daughters wellbeing. I, being a 20 year Army Veteran and living in Florida was able to take on my custody case. I did my research, made some phone calls and then made the best decision. I don't believe all lawyers are the same. Mr. Falkiewicz is very courteous and really took to heart the case at hand and went above and beyond. Even now when needing a court document from South Carolina, since I still reside in Florida, was able to retrieve it for me for child support purposes. His Professional demeanor excels him, when he took my case, he knew exactly what needed to be done and explained in detail what was expected of me and to this day, I'm still indebted to him. By that, I mean my daughter is in a better place. Living with her mother, she was in a drug environment home and at 7 years old, was put in the position of being the adult and missed 45 days of school because of the conditions her mother put her in. Without Mr. Falkiewiczs’ knowledge she might still be in that environment and I owe her happiness to him. So, if you're looking for a lawyer to get things done, my advice is that you can stop your search here.

The first time I hired Mr. Landers he took on my case because he thought it was Just, and did so knowing he had virtually no chance at being paid because it was a Workman's Comp case for which there would be no attorney's fee. The second time I hired him he stood up to a large international corporation, filed a federal lawsuit, and got them to settle in my favor, getting me everything I was asking for. Mr. Landers is the most Principled Attorney I've known or worked with.

This will be a long review but my divorce was long and it is necessary to highlight all the ways Greg helped me. My case was complicated from the start as my estranged husband refused to participate at all in the divorce. He just ignored all requests for any paperwork to even get the process started. He moved out of state to further frustrate the reach of SC courts. Attorney Forman was knowledgeable in filing extensions when these antics required it. He was able to navigate through the courts even collaborating up to get action through the Pennsylvania courts to enforce SC motions.
Attorney Forman did not budge at all even though my ex was making everything as difficult as he could. When I finally got my day in court for finalizing my divorce, Greg made sure to put things on record to ensure if my ex decided to later continue that I was protected and ready.
I do not wish Attorney Forman to have any cases like mine ever again but he is more than capable of handling even the difficult ones. He is amazing and I always knew he was fighting for me and I was in good hands.

Mr Forman has a straightforward and no nonsense approach. If you like clear communication and clear expectations, and you dont want to waste time with the drama or theater that often accompanies divorce, he is the right choice for you. I reside in Virginia. I sought an attorney to help me change the ownership of a deed to property that I own in South Carolina. Via email, I requested a quote from six South Carolina attorneys who practiced real estate law. My experience follows.
Of six attorneys, two attorneys responded. Gary A Pickren (with Blair | Cato | Pickren | Casterline, LLC) was the first to respond. I researched his firm and read his profile. I liked what I read. He quoted $200.00 to complete the work and said if I provided the current deed, he’d subtract $50.00. I provided all he requested.
Gary determined what I wanted and secured my business. His associates Brandon J Gregg, an associate attorney and Chris Kinon, a law clerk afterward worked with me to derive the product. They promptly answered my questions and quickly delivered the product. I found them to be a down to earth group with to work and to be professionals at preparing the product. On that note, the product looked good, so good that I had thoughts of framing it.
As for their service (deed preparation and recordation), their performance was outstanding. As for their product (a deed and affidavit), the quality was excellent especially for the price. Given my experience with them, I highly recommend Gary A Pickren and his firm, “Blair | Cato | Pickren | Casterline, LLC”.

I wouldn’t give one star to Dr. Richard Laws.
His demeanor when the patient doesn’t have signs or symptoms is great. When you present with signs/symptoms- he becomes sarcastic , dismissive , caddy, rude, nasty.
He’s lucky my veteran husband wasn’t with me today. It’s clear he didn’t read my medical chart and isn’t educated on dermafibrosarcoma
Folks, the MD behind this guys came stands for mean dog.
I left there untreated , belittled by this narcissistic person. He looked at me and said “People have it a lot worse than me and that I may need to just live with pain”.
Being a nurse myself , no person has to live in pain. I asked for change of provider. I may need to return to TN for quality healthcare.
It’s a shame one person’a actions ruins for the entire clinic. It’s obvious this man doesn’t want to actually “practice medicine “. He wants to come in , do nothing and steal your insurance $. DO NOT USE THIS FOOL!

Made a phone call to this attorneys office using a MetLife plan. When I say that Nadia took the time to help me with my questions and current situation would be an understatement. She provided me excellent service and went far and above and beyond what other law offices I had contacted with the same question. She listened to the history and cared about the conversation and our problem. She reached out and even was able to spend time speaking with the attorney about my situation and he took the time from after his court appearance to answer.

When I explained my problem all my responses was condescending and extremely unfriendly. I should have taken this as a hint run away. She is NOT knowledgeable, does NOT care about your problem, and is PURELY in it to get your money. DO NOT TRUST HER. You will get nothing and spend a lot. I should have asked specific questions. I currently sought out a bankruptcy case with Moss and Associates. It took three months to finally file a bankruptcy and took multiple times of turning in the same information but hey this is expected. It didn't take long for my case to get through confirmation. But what I'm currently struggling with right now is that a certain creditor is refusing to adhear to the bankruptcy plan and is now making a undue hardship for me. They are MIA even through email...and forget about calling as they just give you the run around. But hey- at least they were able to find a way to keep my car and my home. Don't expect to speak to your attorney at all, just the case worker, and even that, the case worker won't communicate with you- especially when you want to file contempt of court lawsuit against the bad creditor. You're just in limbo. So they get the job done but don't expect them to hold creditors responsible or get any updates in a timely fashion. I'm currently going to look for another attorney to take on that bad creditor- even tho it should be really be their responsibility.

Mark was hired for a personal injury slip and fall case that seems to go no where. At first he was responsive and informative. Basically, a settlement was offered but this can take over a week to respond. This has happened to many times. Also, a concern is expenses and never receive info or validation of expenses. His emails are rushed and provide no insight and god help you getting a call with him. Personally, he might be too busy and had no business taking on the case. Need to retain other counsel
