I would give a negative 5 stars if possible. This is worst law firm. I had to get a new attorney because they lied and didn't do anything. For years. They cost me thousands in my settlement because of way they handles case at first.

Chad handled my disability claim with the social security office after they had turned me down. He was easy to work with. Very thorough and patient. He put a lot on hours in on my behalf. Explained the process well, answered my questions, and kept me informed as to what was happening with my case. He even assisted me in getting up to Salt Lake for my hearing. Put your mind at ease! Jory is simply the best in the bankruptcy field. I called several attorneys to find someone suitable for my case. I have a few complications so I wanted to make sure I hired someone who could help me. After talking to 5 or more different law offices. I am grateful one of the attorneys recommended Jory. Per that attorney, I had a more complicated case and Jory would be the best person in this field to help me. It turned out to be true. Jory is knowledgeable, experienced, and answered all my concerns clearly. I never needed to worry even when I had extra investigations. Jory's fees were average. He was not the most expensive or the cheapest, but he was the best for sure. Went in for my consult and right from the start I had to correct details that we went over during the initial phone call, this showed that no direct notes were taken from the beginning. I’m dyslexic and notified her of this in the initial phone call, so I had my fiancé come with me so I don’t loose focus when numbers start to come around, they started talking to each other about life stories, to the point I started questioning if I should leave the room and let them socialize, most of the conversation was plain banter but then Luara stated something about “White Genocide “ I felt like leaving but this was about my financial future. As they continued to talk until I had to openly say out loud “ hey can we get back to the issue I came here for?“ it still took a few minutes after, for her to get back to me “ THE CLIENT” and answer my questions. I was a Dental Assistant for 13 years and know when a patient comes in with problems that you make the entire appointment about them, not about the lack of information you have in your life the county you live in like a mayor that hasn’t been in Office for almost 10 years, and never say anything about acts of “ White Genocide “ to ANYONE… regardless of the color of their skin, especially to one with a name of Colored decent

I wish I could fully convey my thoughts about Scott. Scott took on my case midway through the process when my previous attorney quit my divorce. I found myself in a really bad spot having to find a new attorney that was willing to go to trial with a judge that was not in my favor, and against my ex’s attorney who was free. Scott had good graces knowing that I came from an attorney that honestly loathed him, and he took up my banner in the middle of his heavy case load. I cannot tell you how indebted to him and his team for making the impossible possible.
By the time my trial came my case had been completely revamped. His partner Mckail worked diligently on my exhibits for my case and spent the time to really prepare all my witnesses before trial. We walked in to court with a better case than I had in the last year, and Scott’s acumen in the trial was shrewd and well informed. His arguments consistently met with the approval of the judge, and he deftly handled my ex’s attorney when they tried to sneak in testimony that was underhanded.
In the end I got what I fought for two years for, my kids and the equal right to be involved in their lives. My children and I are the direct benefactors of Scott’s skills and help. I absolutely give my recommendation to Scott as an attorney worth working with.

Mark was the best mistake to ever happen. I couldn't find the firm I was looking for and stopped to ask their receptionist directions. Mark overheard our conversation and took time to talk to me. He represented me in keeping my vehicles in a bankruptcy case that was my husband whom I was separated from. He was efficient and very fairly priced. I can't say enough good things about him.

We had unforseen delays in obtaining some of our needed paperwork for our bankruptcy, due to a less than compliant previous employer. Things became so complicated our council dropped us. We appeared in court as prepared as the circumstances allowed us, with no attorny and appealing Pro se.
Mark was willing to speak with us before hand, technically he was our opposition. Much to our surprise he worked with us to find an amenable resolution.
The amount of gratitude I feel for helping, and stepping in on our behalf, when he was technically supposed to oppose us, is something I can't fully express.
Thank you for seeing people behind the situation, and not forgetting that something you're professionally trained for and probably see as routine, is likely the most terrifying thing the average person has ever been faced with. I will always recommend Mark first, to anyone needing legal council, in his specific preview.

If you want to sleep at night without any worry or concern about your case then you have to retain Jason Richards! If you are ok with being sick to your stomach and full of worry and doubt, then hire anybody else.
I left Utah in 2015 for personal reasons, leaving behind my little girl. I wound up in Long Island, NY. My daughter came to visit for the summer, we just bought our dream house, have great jobs, were about to get engaged, and were already planning a fall wedding. We had a lot on our plate. Then, my daughter informed me, that her living situation at home was less than ideal. Frankly, it was dangerous, neglectful, and irresponsible. I told her “they’ll have to throw me in jail before you ever go back there”.
A friend of mine who works for DCFS in Ogden gave me one recommendation. My wife’s uncle who is a big shot attorney in NYC did his research, also giving me one recommendation. That Jason Richards is the best of the best! I was told “he’s a bulldog in the courtroom”. So that’s what I did. I explained my situation, and knowing how challenging it would be for a father to gain custody across State lines, he gladly accepted the task.
From the get go I was expertly guided through the labyrinth of procedures that we would have to go through. He conveyed his opinions effectively, while ultimately allowing me autonomy to go in the direction I wish. I took all of his suggestions, the best thing I’ve possibly ever done. Ultimately it took us about 9 months, several flights from NY and back, and a lot of digging, but we won! We won in a landslide because Jason IS a bulldog in the courtroom! The way he prepared and executed was one of pinpoint precision. He was always steps ahead of the opposition, prepared to counter in ways that literally left them without a rebuttal. He was there to answer any questions I had at literally any time of day. He made a situation which could be extremely frustrating, exhausting, and at times overwhelming, as peaceful as a massage Oceanside while on vacation in the Bahamas! Jason not only was my representation, but at this point I consider him to be my friend. An extension of my family.
Again, I cannot stress enough, JASON IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST ATTORNEY YOU COULD POSSIBLY ASK FOR, stop questioning yourself and hire him. It’ll be the best decision you’ve ever made for you and your family.

Jason came highly recommended. We had previously worked with another lawyer who left our custody case in a shambles. I notice a number of many other posts regarding Chad Rumsey's professionalism and ability to deal with a number of different issues in his dealing with securing Green Cards for people . Rather than repeating many of the same accolades I would prefer to address my very specific issue that Chad ( I now call him Magic Man as a result ) was able to overcome and get me my coveted Green Card . I am dealing with a severe health issue and that led Chad to find me a waiver from all the requested vaccinations as my doctor issued a letter suggested by Chad where it would not be advisable to take these vaccinations . His suggestion here made all the difference and allowed to move forward in getting Immigration to agree and issue me my Green Card . Chad saved my life in so many ways that are hard to put into words ! If you have just normal requirements or need help with other issues like I had , Chad is clearly the Attorney to reach out to as he is clearly able to " think outside the box " and will surely find a way for you too to get your Green Card . I hired this attorney to help me with bankruptcy paperwork. He gave me good advice and in less than three years my Chapter 13 was discharged last September, 2014. Follow exactly what he asks you to do and you'll be fine. I am now getting my credit back. Don't reaffirm your mortgage as the bank will then be able to enforce the original terms of your mortgage, just keep making your mortgage or second mortgage (if you have a second) payments. Ask the lender to give you a report on your payments to disclose your payment history and supply the report to your refinance lender when you are ready.

Don't know who these Brian Matt and Deven people are, but it matters not. Lauren Shultz can be found here. 4.5 years of high-conflict divorce hell. Who knows, maybe someday AI will create the perfect lawyer. Until then, Lauren is about as close as it gets. At least 2x more thorough, organized, and responsive than whoever's on the other side of the courtroom. She advocates for her clients but also keeps you in check to make sure you're being productive and reasonable vs vindictive and revenge-y. IMO her tendency towards the high road is probably the single most woefully undervalued trait in a lawyer. As far as I'm concerned, Lauren is really more of a benevolent superhero than a lawyer.
