I met Erica when my legal trouble began over 3 years ago when she was appointed to me by Dean hearing. I have since personally retained her twice for remaining legal troubles. She is very forthcoming with what to expect. she doesn't tell you what you want to hear but she tells you the truth in what to expect and she has really saved me a number of times. Jail sentences I probably would have received had it not been for her! She is very will to work payment arrangements out as well. Absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Mr. Kruescher was referred to us by a friend who advised my wife and I that we needed a comprehensive family plan. Mr. Krueschser helped us gather the information necessary for our first meeting which took place at our house. He was extremely helpful in bringing us issues that we had not even considered but were pertinent to our will and trust. At our follow-up meeting, a draft was ready for our inspection and my wife and I were given an opportunity to make any changes and alterations we felt were necessary to make sure this plan fit our family needs. I hired them for my disability case. I have been unable to work since 2017. The only way I have mobility is by using the DONATED wheelchairs that were given to me because I have zero money coming in. I have Diabetes, chronic pain, IT Band Syndrome, Agoraphobia, anxiety and depression, and they tell me it's my problem that I wasn't approved. They were very lazy and didn't do one thing to help me get approved. You are better off trying to get SSDI yourself rather than hiring this lazy bunch of lawyers.

Very unprofessional. Rarely answer phone calls or voicemail. She we do the opposite of what she says in many cases. If she says she will call you tomorrow it won't be until next week.
When time came to the courtroom, she barely had any argument to the defendant's attorney. As a result, I am now in debt because I could not obtain the funds to pay off my medical bills for an accident that should have never happened. On top of that I still have to pay her.
This was a real regret. If you are in a dire situation please don't go here.

Beyond incompetent. If you are looking for legal counsel that can spell, write, address an envelope, or complete basic demographic information correctly, you are better off hiring a third grader. If you choose to work with MENN Law, then anticipate spending your time doing their job, including: reviewing and proofreading any and all correspondence, especially anything that serves as a permanent legal record; requesting corrections; fighting for a straight answer on anything as basic as where to click to fill out a common, government form; arguing to NOT pay for error-ridden or corrective work, and; doing the work yourself.
