Tom helped me through a moving violation court process. Tom was knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. Without Tom my license would have surely been suspended and I would have been made to pay hefty fines. Tom was able to pick apart the charges and show that I was wrongly charged and we beat the case. I filed trademarks with the USPTO and then received office actions from the examiners. I was not equipped to handle the responses so we hired Company Counsel LLC. The WORST lawyer we have ever deal with. I enter US Illegal ( Not proud but this is the truth ) then I got married with a US Citizen we (me and my husband ) hire Mr Steven . He apply for me I130 and I485 which I'm not qualified for this form (This is for who enter legally ) . I was pregnant that time and I heared from deferent lawyers and Immigrant that what He did for me is a mistake and Im waisting my time with him .Me and my husband called him we tried to explain to him . He was so mean .His words : I know what Im doing . I'm not doing my job with your way ,Im gonna do it with my way.
after 16 months waiting . the I 485 is denied . I ask many professional consultants .NOT HIM OF COURSE .ALL they said its a stupid mistake from someone who consider him self an Immigration lawyer . He should apply the waiver not I 485 in this case . In the END Insted to Apologize for waisting my TIME and Money . Mr Steven said my email was TOXIC and He decide to leave the case . ( He can't even admit He's wrong )

Mr.Kessler was recommended by an acquaintance of mine. After my initial meeting with i was very impressed with his knowledge and direction pertaining to my personal injury problem. I hired Richard to represent me in an accident case. What a mistake which I could tell from the beginning but hung in there for two wasteful years then preceded to let him go and hire someone else. He did work the first year but the second year I had very little communication from him and his favorite line was " I am working on it". He was lying to me by telling me he was waiting for medical records from two of my doctors, this went on for months until I called the doctors myself, got the records and they preceded to tell me that they never had any requests from him asking for my records. by then the case could have been settled.
He would have dragged this on forever if I had not stepped up to the plate and let him go. He was very unprofessional and after the fact found out he has a tendancy to do this with other clients. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Do not use Seth P. Maltzman and his office…
He does not care about you… He’s shown he just cares about himself…
This guy is awful at communicating and handles himself very unprofessionally.
All he wants is to do the bare minimum and throw you to the side to get to the next client.
After my mother passed away, this man reached out to me about distributing a few hundred dollars from a small last bit of inheritance left from an estate account he managed. After confirming details, he issued a check.
A week goes by and the check failed to deposit… it bounced… what does he have to say?… that the estate is no longer under his control, and that he would provide details of who to contact.
So what does he do? He sends me an address of the remaining family member (which we already knew) but provides no contact information of whoever is managing the estate account.
He actually doesn’t explain at all what’s happening, and then blocks my number after I ask why he acted the way he was.
He reaches out to me first about a check, the check fails, and doesn’t finish what he started, and blocks me? How does that make sense?
All over a few hundred dollars…
Like I said, do not get your legal work done by Seth, he unpleasant to speak with, and really doesn’t care about helping you.

She advertises herself as Special Education Law Group. We signed a contract with her to force the school district to provide an IEP to my special needs child. She was all along on the side of the school, even making hurtful remarks about my child’s disability. She lied to us all the time. She was interested only in the money. She is a disgrace to the real lawyers advocating for special needs children.

I was so optimistic to have my child’s case reviewed because I knew how poorly the district was handling my child’s education and special needs. Unfortunately I found engaging with this law firm to be excessively expensive while receiving little to no actual guidance. I was left dealing with the school district for months with no real strategy to achieve my goal. The district ended up receiving a lot of good advice from this firm on how to correct their errors and it was on my dime while I was left looking like a fool. This firm actually drafted and sent a proposal to the district for tuition expenses towards a school my child couldn’t get in to! Because there was no sensible strategy and my case was delayed again and again I constantly had to reach out to the firm and was charged a ridiculous rate for communications. No decent lawyer will over charge for advising a client on what should be their field of expertise.
Bad experience, I would not recommend this firm unless you are well versed in special education law yourself otherwise you will be taken for a ride and your child ends up suffering.
