I just recently had Wesley Todd as my lawyer. I'd say at first I didn't know anything about him besides the review's I read on line haven't even meant him. I ended up retaining him he went above and beyond for me. He got my case dropped way lower then it should have made sure I was well aware what was going on and made sure I was the ones making the decision but giving me advice like a lawyer should. If you guys want a lawyer that's for you this is your lawyer. I stand by this lawyer and I'll be referring him anywhere I go..

After a consultation I engaged Attorney Wesley Todd to handle a post Judgment matter on my behalf. His presentation was succinct and clear when filing the Motion. This will be my first of two reviews. First, never has a lawyer been so detailed up front and compassionate. That's a big deal to me. Second, up to this point Kim has been wonderful. She continues to work on my case and has been patient over the process. It's difficult for me to be patient because updates do not come as often but she will answer any questions I have. Up to this point, the office staff has been wonderful and I very much think Kim Wickham is the best Lawyer in the area.

I was overcharged for Reckless Driving and MDOP with little evidence to prove any guilt. As a teenager, I egged a house and drove away when the homeowner came running out and followed me in a close/reckless manner. I kept driving until they stopped following. I spoke alone with the Prosecutor who offered MDOP less than $200. The “victim” did not provide any proof of damages to their property nor any proof of reckless driving (no video/his word vs mine). Would have been a relatively easy case to argue for an experienced defense attorney. Fish could have cared less, I was a waste of time to him and acted annoyed anytime I asked about a defense strategy. I ended up taking a plea deal and being over charged because I lacked confidence in my attorneys ability to adequately defend me. “Just take the deal”. He represented my accused and when I reached out to him he showed little interest in the matter of the case much much interest in trying to convince me to dismiss charges. His statement was based on evidence or facts but I quote “do you really want to go through with this? you can just drop it and follow up later if you need to” the statement and more made it clear my case was an annoyance to him

Hired him for a custody dispute took forever to process papers, constantly wanted me to come to his office to meet and discuss the same things we already discussed at the cost of 200 dollars per visit, did anything he could to add hours to my bill, he is a poor lawyer and i would not recommend to anybody.
