Cutrer Law Group represented me on my child custody case that just came to a close recently after two years. They were very knowledgeable in their work as every time I had a question on any specifics or substance of the case, they were swift in answering my questions and open to any method of communication. Additionally, I didn't have any suspicions on the integrity of the work they put in on my case. The work got done and I was pleased to see how quick and efficient they were despite how my case went on for two years in total. It was an expensive process, however, it was worth every penny and if you are looking to cut corners on a cheaper law firm, the quality of work may not be as great and may hurt you and your case in the long run. Most everything I asked for was granted on my end and I couldn't have done it on my own. With that, I want to extend my thanks to this firm on dealing with the drama and headaches that may have accrued on the court's end, the opposition, and even my end if there was any.
I pray and will continue to pray that God's hand will work through this team to continue to produce justified and fair results for anyone that decides to hire this firm.

Joan is committed to making sure everything is handled to your satisfaction, so you can lessen your stress. She answers all questions, or will help guide you to find out what you need to know. In my case, Joan has accompanied me to family conference updates on medical progress of a brain injured family member for whom I am now guardian, and he is well cared for in a proper facility. Joan continues to stay in touch throughout the year and checks on how I am and how my ward is progressing. If I had had to accomplish on my own all that Joan has assisted me with, I would be lost and buried in red tape. Joan answers questions promptly, and when she is tied up, will let you know when to expect her attention. She asks specific questions and has been immeasurably helpful in a complicated situation. Attorney Ronald Addison works for Ross & Matthews servicing customers who have purchased a LegalShield Membership.
Sadly, he sent me a demand letter on behalf of one of these members filled with misinformation to include that I could not file a claim against their homeowner's insurance for damages. The letter stated "You have requested a copy of (Client's name) insurance policy so you may file a claim for repair of the damages. You are not Insured under (Client's name) insurance policy and thus cannot file a claim under that policy." WRONG!
