I worked with Douglas Phillips, from the Phillips Law Group, on a strange case were I was being falsely accused of owing a landlord fees, that ranged more than 10K, at a residence I never resided. Mr. Phillips was very knowledgeable in informing me on what documentation I would need to provide for the case and other steps I would need to take to prove my innocents. He was prompt in responding to me, and in communicating to the plaintiffs attorney about the case. He defended me to the full extent of his lawyer ability, and my case was dismissed after all his persistence. Thanks Douglas!!

I recently had an issue regarding drinking and driving. I was accused of driving under the influence along with other charges.
Mr. Phillips information was mailed to me and according to his bio, he specializes in DUI charges. I contacted him and told him about the incident. He agreed to take my case and what happened next was unbelievable. He got my entire case dismissed and expunged . I am very grateful for Mr. Phillips assistance and expertise. I was recommended to talk to Tyler by prosecutor's office(civil level). Although Tyler didn't take my case I think they felt the need to point a "female"100% disabled veteran in the right direction to deal with a golf playing alcoholic with a nuisance neglected dog in a 55+ community. I have reach out to this office numerous Of times to set up a payment plan and he refuses to get back to me , i have called and left emails on top of emails overall if it doesn’t benefit him he doesn’t care i have reached out respectfully so i could save my future as a 21 year old and grow and do the right thing and make a payment plan to pay back my debt and all mr young does is ignore people ! i waited months for an answer back on email i have spoke to this man one time and he told me he would get back to be and has left me high and dry .

I am unhappy with my experience with Joe Snee, particularly with his managing my billable hours. I had a terrible experience recently with retaining one of his junior associates. When I voiced my concerns as I was being billed for legal advice that was different than other senior attorneys in his firm, Mr. Snee was very rude and condescending. His junior associate wouldn’t even return my calls in a timely manner which I found to be unprofessional. Joe even threatened to sue me when I told him I was going to be writing a negative review to warn others, which I was advised to do by my other attorney. It was obvious he was too “busy” to care about me as a client. And their retainer was much more than the other attorneys in the area. Please be cautious.

The billable hours seemed to be exaggerated. They also messed up the lease contingency and the lease started early and cost us an extra $30k and immediately after told us they wont continue until we paid them. Snee told us they would fight for us tooth & nail but when the time came he didn't put up a fight at all. The day of the liquor hearing he called us by the wrong names. The guy is old for the job and it shows. In my opinion he's a crook. He knew how the hearing would turn out and continued to grab as much money as he could. Be prepared to spend a lot for his services!
