I have hired Dawn on three separate occasions to look over my contracts. What most impresses me about her is her responsiveness and honesty. It is truly hard to find people that do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. In addition to that she doesn't give advise that she isn't comfortable standing behind. For example, when I asked her questions that didn't relate to what she specializes in she was happy to direct me to someone else that did. I very much appreciated that she was honest and referred me to someone else rather than giving me an answer that she wasn't confident in. After working with her on several occasions I can confidently say that she will be an important part of my team for years to come.

Dawn has provided me with legal consul three times. Twice over the phone and once in person. Issues discussed included employment, cross border employment, non-compete documents and legal ramifications of competing with former employers.
She followed-up on each of our meetings with an email detailing our discussion. These included additional information she researched after our meetings as well as links to relevant laws or cases. This was extremely helpful.
Her 'bedside manner' was professional and approachable. The law will always have 'grey' areas, Dawn presented these in a manageable way that allowed for effective decision making. Priceless.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of engaging with Swanson Law Firm P.L.L.C., and I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with their
abysmal communication and overall lackluster service. From start to finish, my
interaction with this law firm was nothing short of a nightmare.
The primary issue that plagued my entire engagement with Swanson Law Firm, was their complete disregard for effective communication. It seemed
like getting a response from them was an insurmountable task. Emails went
unanswered for days, and phone calls were met with endless voicemail loops. It
felt as though my case was nothing more than an inconvenience to them.
When I did manage to get through to someone, the lack of
information provided was astonishing. It was as if the staff
were intentionally vague and unhelpful. Basic queries about the progress of my
case were met with generic responses that left me more confused than informed.
It became evident that they were either unwilling or incapable of keeping their
clients in the loop.
The final straw was today when I called and was informed my attorney would not be back till next year!!
