Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case.

Attorney Yaghmai has been a breath of fresh air. You hear so many horror stories about attorneys just making money and not really having your case at heart. Never was this the case with Attorney Yaghmai. This is an attorney with a big heart. He had been recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. After she recommended him I actually went on line and read about his background. To sum it up he is true to his calling. The very first day that I met him I was very pleased. He was very personable (very important to me), very knowledgable, and I sensed that he was trustworthy. One of the things that he said that was very important to me in the beginning of the case (this was a DUI case) he stated "this will not be a quick process but in order to get it done properly that it would take time but once done it would be done with no questions asked. And he was true to his word. He was worth every dollar spent and more. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help especially when never having experienced anything like this before.
