When people say they have a great lawyer and, someone they can recommend, there is a natural inclination to still feel uneasy. What do you mean by a "great lawyer" they ask me. Why do you recommend him? In short: Scott F. Wyatt represents something more than just your run-of-the-mill attorney. A man who will not only treat you like family, but is passionate about doing so!
When I first met Scott F. Wyatt the attributes that struck me immediately were: His attentive nature, calm disposition and "one of the good ole boys" attitude. I never felt rushed or worried when we were sitting in the courthouse before trial. In fact, after we went over how we were going to approach the trial, we kicked back and talked fishing, sports, music (dude has some great taste) and a little philosophy. This made my very stressful situation seem like dust in the breeze at times.
Now, he's where his true talent comes into play. I was in quite a bit of trouble. I had a potential DUI, which, in my opinion, was wrongly accused. I felt like there was nothing I could do, though. That is, until Scott Wyatt looked over my case.
He made sure we covered EVERY avenue, EVERY nook and cranny. By the time we were done he had amassed for me a case that was not only expertly constructed, but also passionately. This is because Scott Wyatt doesn't do this just for the money, he has STRONG CONVICTIONS towards helping his client and an abusive system that manipulates the weak. Trust me when I say that if you are the underdog, he's the best man in the business to even those odds.
As mentioned previously, I was so intimidated, I was so frustrated. He raised my spirits and my confidence, but he never promised me something he could not do. He reminded me, "Look Josh, we got a strong case, but there's a chance we don't come out of this without a black eye.", but when I made my decision to take this to trial, he was behind me 100%.
To make a long story short, we pressed on, it was a battle of attrition. He showed me how to present myself to the judge, told me to get recommendations from work, my union, family, friends, community service. Then first of many settlements approached...
A year probation, fines and a lowered charge. However, it would've stayed on my record and I wasn't going to stand for that. When I showed my desire to fight, I could have sworn I saw the fangs of a lion in his smile. So, we declined and pressed for trial.
After a few more lack luster settlements, the day before trial, I got a phone call. They wanted to settle... I went to court and the results were in: Expired tabs, what I was ORIGINALLY pulled over for. I couldn't believe it, but Scott could.
After the trial we kicked back at my house by the pool, had a barbecue and smoked some well deserved cigarettes. To me, Scott is MUCH MORE than just your run-of-the-mill paper work lawyer. He's a true diamond in the ruff. There is no better man in Michigan for your legal troubles. He's passionate, strong, believes in his ability to succeed and will make you feel like family.
So, when I say I have lawyer for you, I mean much, much more than that. I have not only a lawyer for you but someone who, after my experience with him, I can call on as a friend. Who looks out for his client like the alpha wolf leads the pack. So when your legal issues look too tough, I recommend Michigan's "diamond in the ruff" Scott F. Wyatt.

I have used the services of Michael Bartnik for several business and family matters through the years. He has proven to be a knowledgeable attorney who makes himself available to answer my questions as they occur. He is well versed in business matters and recently worked with our new landlord to draw up a lease that benefited our company. He has assisted in closing out estates - specifically one which involved a charitable trust. Also, he has drawn up the required paperwork to help us form a 501C3 while assisting us in the format necessary to submit it properly. Michael Bartnik has helped with personal issues such as a will, and a fight with a medical insurance provider that needed to pay a claim - all with a successful conclusion. He consistently keeps me updated on the progress of all situations. I am certain, I am not recalling all instances, but the point is that he is a great general attorney. IN 2005 I WAS CHARGED WITH A DOUBLE DRIVE BY SHOOTING IN WHICH THE 2 VICTIMS NAMED ME AND TESTEFIED AGAINST ME AT MY TRIAL. ALSO HAD SEVERAL POLICE OFFICERS TESTIFY THAT IT WAS ME AND EVEN KNEW ME AND MY TRUCK PERSONALLY. MARK WORKED DAY AND NIGHT EVEN ON THE WEEKENDS I DONT EVEN THINK HE SLEPT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HAD HAPPENED ON THAT EVENING. I WAS CHARGRED WITH 2 FELONIOUS ASSAULTS, FELONY FIREARM, AND DRUNK DRIVING. THAT IS A MANDATORY 2 YRS PRISON AND UP TO 30 YRS. I WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES ACQUITTED 100 PERCENT. THEN 4 YEARS LATER I WAS CHARGED WITH FELONIOUS ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER FELONY FIREARM AND DISTRIBUTION OF MAIJUANA. I HAD STAYED VERY CLOSLY IN TOUCH WITH MARK SINCE MY LAST TRIAL FROM THE AHMAZING JOB HE HAD DONE SO ONCE AGAIN I HIRED HIM WITHOUT QUESTION. I WAS IN JAIL WITHOUT BOND ON THE WEEKEND PLUS MY STORY WAS ALL OVER EVER NEWS CHANNEL EVEN MSNBC AND SOMEHOW SOMEWAY MARK GOT ME OUT OF JAIL ON A SUNDAY FOR 1000 DOLLARS UNBELIEVABLE. THATS THE THING HE HAS SO MANY CONTACTS INCLUDING JUDGES THAT RESPECT HIM THAT ITS ALMOST MAGICAL WHAT HES CAPABLE OF DOING EVEN OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS I WOULD RECOMEND HIM TO ANYONE TIME AND TIME AGAIN HE REALLY CARES ABOUT PEOPLE. Joe Bird has been great from the first phone call thru the end of the settlement. He has always kept me well informed via email and phone. He has called to walk me through different processes that we would have to take. Just today I was contacted by MSP, who was requesting my medical records. Instead of me having to contact hospitals etc, I called Joe, on his personal cell phone. He told me he would take care of it for me and he did. He was always 100% honest with me, on how the process worked and what to expect. The expected outcome was right in line with what Joe predicted. I was in desperate need in finding an attorneys office that could assist me with a DUI charge. Having a DUI charge on my record would’ve impacted my life negatively in so many ways.
