We didn’t know we were being scammed as it was all so confusing. Brian returned my call and said don’t follow their instructions regarding a new “Failure to show up in court scam” He then called the sheriff impersonator who would not give his badge number and hung up confirming the scam. What a relief we felt and Brian was so kind and helpful, and didn’t charge us anything. Thank you for being a true friend and supportive citizen.

Today marks the day where I am able to exercise my God given rights as a father to parent my own sons with sole legal and physical custody! This would have not been possible without Mindy using her vast knowledge and wisdom of family law.
If you asked anyone, this was a very difficult case that I've been fighting for over 5 years!!!! Mindy came on the case at year 4, and within 3 months of being on the case, she was able to help me find the solution that I needed to win the case! If it had not been for circumstances outside of our control, the case would have been closed within those 3 months of her coming on.
Mindy has such a heart and desire for complete justice and will not rest until every wrong is made right! We hired this law firm to assist with guardianship and conservatorship. The law firm was wonderful...to start with. This law firm does not help with the entire process. We were asked to withdraw counsel before the first and final hearing for conservatorship. We were told that the law firm does not help through the whole process because conservatorships can last 7-8 years, despite ours lasting less than a year. They left us to complete the legal paperwork on our own. Also, they suggested to create a trust to avoid probate. This was frowned upon by the court because they did not ask the court's blessing before it was done. The law firm told us the trust was not funded, which was not accurate because it was funded with the house, which by the way, had a lady bird and the trust messed this up. We also tried calling Rutkowski about help with probate, despite being a client, three weeks later we had not received a call back. This law firm was originally referred to us. We would not recommend this law firm, unless you want to pay alot of money for bad advice.

Getting a divorce is tough enough but trying to find a divorce attorney that you are comfortable with is even tougher. Sometimes,in my case,you just have to narrow a few down and then go with your gut feeling. Delia was really great and understanding with my situation. My now ex-wife and I were able to basically have an amicable divorce and Delia guided me/us (I did keep my wife abreast of my convo's with Delia) through the divorce to make it as easy as possible for us to go through something as emotional as a divorce. She was even able to prepare some extra paperwork besides the divorce for me also which was appreciated. She explained the divorce process and what to expect every step of the way. This is one time my gut didn't lead me wrong and I'm really happy that I was able to work with her. She is definitely a cool chick and I would absolutely recommend her If you do find yourself in a position where you may be contemplating a divorce and have questions or actually going through the process. And I’m not saying this lightly - If it were not for this man, I would have lost everything, including my freedom and even ability to write this review.

Mike was incredibly prompt and attentive when he did my consult; I felt definitely heard out when explaining my situation and having to make some hard choices for my family, however Mike gave amazing advice to help guide me to a solution. Although it was only a consult, I plan to move forward and hire him for anything regarding family law. Mr Goldman, the head attorney of the firm I inquired with who referred me to Mike, called me after hours because of the urgency of the situation and gave amazing advice. I first met Kirk through a client. She was getting help revising an existing trust. I found his advice very practical, and was fairly priced. He was recommending what was best for her. So I had lunch with Kirk to learn more about him.
Since then he's helped a number of my clients, and has done some work personally for my family.
Kirk has been an excellent resource. When I come across an interesting estate problem Kirk has always been there, willing to lend professional guidance.
As a Financial Advisor, one of the risks in recommending others is that they might do something wrong. Financially there is no direct upside for me, but there could be significant client relationship downside if the other professional makes mistakes or treats my client poorly.
If all goes well however, then the bonds I have with clients are strengthened. They know I’m going beyond my job and making sure their estate is in order. And they see me as a resource to help them find the best people. They appreciate that I take the effort, and am looking out for their best interest.

Hired Counselor Burdick regarding a complaint. Though his knowledge and expertise was able to navigate the dismissal of the complaint. If you find yourself in similar circumstances would definitely recommend hiring the most experienced lawyer defend your position. My brother-in-law and I wanted to buyout our siblings from the family business and we didn’t want to use the family’s lawyer because we thought he favored our siblings. My accountant recommended Don. He helped us from drafting the term sheet through the purchase. The federal tax issues were complex and most frustrating for us, but Don has obviously done these before. While not a breeze, it was most valuable to have a business lawyer with tax experience to be sure that we didn’t do anything stupid. I sometimes need a lawyer to review the engagement contracts and term and conditions required by our clients, especially ones with crazy tax provisions that are out of state. The small business incubator at Oakland University referred me to Mr. Katz last year because apparently he is an advisor there. Since then, he has reviewed four or five engagements and drafted the terms of services for our website. More than once he has kept us out of trouble with some practical business and legal advice. He quickly turned around the contracts that I sent him. I mostly like the fixed price plan, it really fit my budget.

I was referred to Ms. Brown by a former divorce client of hers after my spouse filed for divorce. She met with me for a consultation and explained the divorce process clearly. I interviewed several lawyers and decided to hire Diana. It was the right decision. The case was long and expensive, but it was worth it because I had good representation throughout.
