I contacted Carl Lamb almost a month ago. He sounded interested in my case at first and asked me to send all of the information. I did, and then nothing has happened. I have called and emailed repeatedly and haven't gotten a response. I still don't know if he thinks I have a good or a bad case. He just ghosted me and wasted a month of time on an important issue.

Mr. Moore represented my son first as a court appointed public defender for a minor offense. I was astonished when I received a call from him--imagine a public defender actually initiating communications and diligently working for a client.
We were so impressed by his candor, character, work ethic, and communications that we retained him again on another matter.
There are good lawyers and bad ones; Jacob Moore is a one of the good ones.

Jacob was appointed as my public defender. I was luckly. He explained what would take place and what the chooses I could make. I heard other inmates talk about how they never heard from there public defender.
I had charges in two different counties. I hired Jacob to represent me in another county because he had done a very good job in the first county.

I hired Mr. Moore earlier in 2015 with a suspension of license infraction and was looking at HTV status, something I could not afford due to my job. His rates were very fair and his professionalism was top notch. He ended up getting it dropped altogether for me and even refunded me some of the my payment since he did not have to use it all! Usually lawyers take your check and never look back, but he was very honest with me and said that it had not taken my entire payment to finish the job. I was and still am beyond pleased. I would recommend him to anyone.

I looked at several local Bloomington attorneys before deciding on Freitag and Martoglio. The thing that put them over the top for me is that they seemed genuinely compassionate and interested in helping my mom and I settle an estate. They communicated clearly, offered solutions that were helpful and in my mom's best interest, and unlike other local attorneys their fees were fair and equitable. Honestly they went way above and beyond for us.
If you want top notch legal representation from attorneys who care about you, then this is your law firm. If you want to fund the fancy buildings and vehicles of the attorneys who represent you and get lesser representation, then pick a random phone number from the list of other estate lawyers in Bloomington and start writing checks.
I definitely recommend this firm to my family and friends and to anyone reading this review.

Very disappointed dropping us a second time. After the fall in October being off work
Have neck surgery and dr. Appointments be in pain since till this week 1/21 FedEx envelope said sorry. Snap just like that we can't help he says I'll fight for you and snap it's just that easy. Well.... it's not don't waste your time. He doesn't work for me but his letter said I worked my butt of time and money well I've lost time and money and still haven't returned to work. I didn't expect this to happen to me I didn't plan on falling for this to happen but unless you have a big permanent injury and disabled you might not want to go with .him or any of his team
Ken and his crew don't care and don't fight. And I have a neck injury and loss pay and hospital bills the rest of my life. Don't waste your time on him go with someone else or just deal with the permanent consequences.

I was originally referred by friends to Jessica Merkle, but ended up working with Josh Radicke for my case (family law). Josh is a wonderful attorney and person. Absolutely DO NOT! have these people represent you. They ALL play the game, run the rat race pretending to busy working in your best interest, all the while they just eat up your retainer fee, AND then bill you more even when you tell them "I don't have any more money for attorney fees" even still, that is NOT clear enough for them. CLEARLY they are too educated to understand common English. Do not hire these people. They don't care about you, your hardships, or the outcomes of their advice. Ex. they advised me to let me ex fiance "have possession of our jointly owned property", and argue it in court at a later date. Well HE set it all on fire (83K truck, 60k worth of tool) and committed suicide that same night. They seemed shocked when I told them again he is mentally unstable yet they cautioned me about securing a protective order. People make sure no family, no friends, no acquaintances, or even your enemies hires this firm. They are as evil and conniving as those who you are hiring them to protect you from.

I have no idea why I'm going through these attorneys. I'm just a volunteer.
In July of 2023 I asked for a simple meeting to go over reasonable accommodations with my volunteer agency and I did everything that was asked of me, including going through their local board, who never addressed the evidence or medical documents I provided.
Shockingly, this volunteer agency (CASA) is now using their donor funds to hire private attorneys in Bloomington to handle their employment and discrimination cases. I'm still on leave against medical input and the director of the agency and Ms Cimera from this office are unable to efficiently respond to my basic questions while there are children on waiting lists who need advocacy.
Am I on a medical leave or a personal leave? Can I set up a meeting with my volunteer agency to go over my concerns?
