I highly recommend John Shoemaker for every aspect of Real Estate Law. The City adopted an inspection scheme targeting minority tenants in transitional neighborhoods. We hired John to draft the HUD complaint. The work quality, responsiveness and his knowledge were above expectations. The cost was below what we anticipated.

I met John Daly through a mutual friend. I had been arrested for the first time in my life during the past year and had made some mistakes in handling the terms of my probation. I was very stressed out about my situation and the possibility of having my adjudicated 5th degree felony possession charge become a conviction as a result. John offered his help on the spot and was very confident about the facts of my case. This was very comforting to me as I had no experience in dealing with legal trouble on this level. In short, John is the guy you want on your side--whatever the issue.
A longer answer would take more than the 3886 characters I have remaining. But I'll just say this: from start to finish, John was always there to answer questions, provide counsel and educate me about the road ahead. Always made me a priority. From our first meeting, he made an uncomfortable situation more palatable thanks to his complete lack of ego or pretense. John was very up front with me about expectations and offered no guarantees that we would get the result we wanted. Though, in the end, that's exactly what we got.
I would recommend him to anyone looking for a smart attorney who can truly help you out.

Mr. Lin is an effective attorney who is thoughtful and diligent in his approach to each legal issue presented to him. Mr. Lin has performed work for me in matters such as, but not limited to, negotiating and drafting business contracts, reviewing existing contracts and providing ongoing legal advice as needed. He has been an excellent litigator for me when I've needed to initiate and defend against company lawsuits.
I do not enjoy the legal aspects of being a business owner and Mr. Lin brings a level of security and peace of mind when it comes to disputes, both big and small.
